Vibration Test and Analysis of No-Tillage Planter on the Maize Stubble Surface

In order to improve metering accuracy of air suction type no tillage seeder in maize stubble ground operation, the vibration parameters of air suction seed metering device of the machine are tested and analyzed. Using the method of orthogonal experiment, with forward speed, ditching depth, ridge direction as the influence factors by experimental study on vibration characteristics.The results showed that in no tillage corn field conditions,Stubble height 10-30cm, ridge height is 0-8cm, the soil moisture content 19.78%, The soil temperature 12.7oC. Effects of sowing machine vibration frequency spectrum of 3.46-12.30Hz and 33.50-50.50Hz, the two band spectrum reflects the vibration characteristic of planter operation in the field, can be used as indoor and virtual test selection of reference data. The test results show that: the main factors causing vertical vibration of no tillage seeder metering device is 90o ridge direction, i.e. the surface roughness is greater, causing the vibration of no tillage planter seeding device more. The second is a seeding machine forward speed for 7km/h, i.e., no tillage planter work faster, causing vibration the greater. Finally is the sowing depth, the factors and agronomic seeds, soil fertility, soil humidity etc. Agronomic requirements are closely related, for the smaller vibration effect of no tillage seeder metering device.

In this paper, the defect sheet was captured coincidentally. According to the defective product’s characteristics, we suspected to be caused by the vertical vibration of the roll. When the rolling speed reached a certain value, the vibration of the fourth stand can be feel. The experiment of the vibration data collection was taken to compare the vibration parameters of rolling operating side with those of drive side by wavelet analysis. The result states that the abnormal vibration signal features can be extracted in a special frequency segment of wavelet decomposition, and the vibration frequency to the roll is confirmed which appeared product defects.

Photocatalyst of Fe-Sm-Yb modified TiO2 loaded on clay brick was prepared for degradation of NH3-N in coking water. The influence factors of NH3-N degradation rates were discussed by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimum process conditions of photocatalytic degradation NH3-N in coking water were confirmed. The results show that NH3-N degradation rates 82.23% were highest in the conditions of pH 6.5, photocatalyst charge of 1.4 g, illumination for 6h, reaction at 55°C, calcination at 500°C.

The protective silane film BTSPS was prepared on the surface of 2A12 aluminum alloys by dip-coating method in this paper. The influence factors such as the volume fraction, hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature and dip-coating time of BTSPS were studied through orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions is: the volume fraction is 5%; hydrolysis time is 180min; Hydrolysis temperature is 20°C; Dipping time is 10 min. The silane film performance was investigated by electrochemical test, sodium chloride solution immersion and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the corrosion resistance of the 2A12 aluminum alloy coated with BTSPS is improved greatly.

Pinus massoniana pollen was hydrolyzed by using the method of orthogonal experiment in pure water under microwave irradiation. The main influence factors of pollen microwave hydrolysis reaction was confirmed as temperature, weight ratio of pollen to water, microwave power and the reaction time, and its effects on the pollen microwave hydrolysis reaction was studied in detail. The results showed that the sequence of influence factors was reaction temperature>weight ratio of pollen to water>microwave power>reaction time. The optimal reaction conditions was that the temperature, 120oC; the power, 120W; the reaction time, 150min; the weight ratio of pollen to water, 1:10.

In order to research the surface integrity of SEAM, the surface figure, surface heat-affected zones (HAZ ) and surface hardness are analyzed. The author mainly researches the influence factors of water pressure, air pressure, cathode feed rate and relative line speed on processing indictor. The orthogonal experiment results indicate that the main influence factors of surface roughness and HAZ are air pressure, gap voltage and cutting depth. In SEAM, certain scope pressure atomization of dielectric liquid has deionization and arc-extinguishing effect, and takes away melted metal and heat from the discharge channel in time. Workpiece surface will be smoothness. However, the enlarged air pressure will break normal electrode discharge and make the surface smoothness worse. The research of influence of gap voltage on surface quality are accomplished.

In order to investigate the effect of hot-press fabrication parameters on mechanical properties of Al2O3 ceramic tool materials, the orthogonal experiment method was used. In the experiments, the three influence factors such as the fabrication temperature, pressure and duration time are considered. The experimental results are analyzed by a range analysis of orthogonal experiments. It is shown that the most important factor that affects the mechanical properties is the fabrication temperature and the followed factors are the fabrication pressure and the duration time of fabrication. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) reveals that the hot-press fabrication parameters will significantly affect the microstructure of ceramic tool materials, which can govern the mechanical properties. This has been validated by the orthogonal experiments in the present paper.

HighlightsA stubble chopping and scattering device based on 2BMFJ-12 no-tillage precision planter was modelled and developed.The optimal working parameters were obtained through theoretical analysis, flow field simulation, field test, and optimization combination test,The device improves the straw chopping and scattering ability of no-tillage planter.Technical support is provided for the development of conservation tillage equipment.Abstract.Aiming at the problems of poor stubble chopping quality of 2BMFJ-12 no-tillage precision planter, leading to slow stubble degradation rate, inconsistent seedlings emergence, and partial surface exposure, affecting tillage and crop yield at seedling stage, the stubble chopping and dispersal device was designed. The theoretical analysis of the corn stubble picking and chopping processes was carried out. The flow field characteristics in the volute were simulated by SolidWorks Flow Simulation. The main parameters and value range affecting the working performance of the device were determined. The orthogonal experiment method of three factors and three levels was used to carry out the field experiment with the angle of broken cutter, the rotation speed of cutter shaft and the inclination angle of negative pressure blade as the experiment factors, and the qualified broken rate, the uneven coverage, the scattering distance and the power consumption as the evaluation indexes. The variance analysis and optimization of the experiment results were carried out by Design-Expert 6.0.10. The optimized combination of parameters is that when the inclination angle of the chopping knife is -10.5°, the rotational speed of the knife shaft is 1120 r·min-1, and the inclination angle of the negative pressure blade is -15°, the qualified rate of chopping is greater than 93.01%, the coverage unevenness is less than 17.11%, the scattering distance is greater than 6.80 m, and the power consumption is less than 6.79 kW. The research results provide technical support for 2BMFJ no-tillage precision planter to improve stubble chopping and covering quality. Conventional drip irrigation systems are working under constant working pressure, but the core component emitter is prone to clogging. Round-flow emitter is selected as the research object. Computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT 6.3 is applied to simulate the hydraulic performance of the round-flow emitter under the condition of vibration pressure. Vibration modes are selected as the sine waveform, triangular waveform and rectangle waveform. Three vibration parameters such as basic pressure, vibration period and vibration amplitude are taken as the factors to design the orthogonal experiment. Simulation results show that, water fluctuation and energy dissipation of round-flow emitter in vibration mode are better than that of constant pressure. The combination of basic hydraulic pressure 8m, vibration period 72s, vibration amplitude 6m is the optimal vibration parameters. The research of this paper provides a certain reference for selecting the vibration parameters of the vibration mode.
