Data acquisition for manufacturing, designed and implemented based on ZigBee protocol wireless network information collection. The CC2430 chip as the master controller node, introduced the system of hardware and software design process to achieve a remote data acquisition. Distribution system, convenient, economical, low power consumption terminal nodes, network nodes, and more features. The results show that the system is stable and reliable data acquisition can be achieved.

The design and implement of remote data acquisition system based on ARM-Linux ARM and embedded Linux was introduced in this paper. Except the introduction of its structure, the implementation process of A/D driver and the web server BOA in the software design process was also emphasized in this paper to achieve remote access A/D data change.

In this paper, the interface design of TMS320C6713 and AD7679 is introduced, including the design of the interface circuit and the software design of the interface. The configuration of every register of McBSP is also expounded, including configuration method and specific function.

This paper uses ARM7 processor LPC2290, embedded data acquisition chip AD7715 and real-time operating system μC/OS-II as a basis to design an ARM-based embedded data acquisition system. This system achieves RS-232/RS-485 communication, Ethernet communication, keyboard and LCD display embedded control applications. It has a small size hardware, low power consumption, plenty functions and highly extended features. The reliability of embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II has been certified. It makes the system more stable, and makes maintenance and upgrade program more convenient.

Data collection in the important position of modern industrial production and scientific research is increasingly outstanding, as well as the real-time collection, real-time transmission and real-time processing of high speed data acquisition requirements are constantly improve. In addition, for different occasions, the data acquisition system of data sampling parameters are different. PLD as a universal integrated circuit, its logic function according to user's programming on the device, this paper introduces the high-speed data acquisition system based on PLD, mainly expounds the software design of the system, this paper introduces a simple PLD system, using FPGA as the data acquisition chip, the main measure the infrared remote control code acquisition, based on EDA technology to design a core, using DMA access to data, to achieve high-speed system requirements.

This paper introduces an electric quantity data acquisition system based on WSN, and a special algorithm which is used in multi-channel electric data acquisition is also introduced. In this algorithm, a large number of hardware circuits are replaced by software functions, the design of the hardware is simplified, and it is of practical value. The system includes pulse kilowatt-hour meters, Data Acquisition(DAQ), data concentrators , Server and Zigbee network nodes (Router and Coordinator) and so on. This paper explains the structure of Zigbee network, the network features of DRF1605H Zigbee module, the special algorithm of electric quantity data acquisition, the structure of WSN electric quantity data acquisition system, the design of electric quantity data acquisition hardware and software and so on. After designing and implementing this system, the electric quantity data acquisition, the data transmission between each ZigBee node and the ability of anti-interference are tested. The results of each test show that each part of the system works properly and meets the original requirements of the design. From the running condition of the system, the system for electric quantity data acquisition and transmission has some characteristics such as a simple structure, accurate data, a strong anti-interference ability, high reliability of WSN, easy maintenance, good scalability and so on, which indicate it has a promising application future. This system helps to plan the use of electricity and dispatch the power. Not only is the electric energy management automation level improved, but also manpower and material resources are saved, leading to remarkable economical benefits.

This paper analyzes the Flash Memory interface, SDRAM interface, Ethernet interface and Serial-port expansion circuit. The Embedded Multi-channel Data Acquisition System is designed by MCF5272 microprocessor. The main control system of MCF5272 includes SDRAM, Flash and BDM interface and so on. At the software design, we main introduce the compile and develop of bootload and the compiler and debugging environment of μClinux build. On this base, the general methods and points of the embedded system hardware design were summarized.
