Using Meizhou City as an example, the aim of this study was to verify whether e-bike sharing systems can improve the convenience of engaging in leisure and tourism activities in cities, and thus increase residents’ well-being. First, quantitative research was carried out to collect data on users’ opinions. Then, qualitative research was carried out to obtain the opinions of experts. Finally, the investigation was conducted using multivariate review analysis. The results of the research showed that e-bikes should be classified based on electric quantity, the rental fee should be charged based on mileage, and the relevant corporate information should be integrated. It is also necessary to develop a software interface with functions for users to rent e-bikes and search for information related to consumption, leisure, and travel activities, and make promotion plans. Finally, people need to be encouraged to cycle to obtain the benefits of leisure and exercise. In this manner, the convenience of participation in leisure and tourism activities can be increased, people’s physical and mental health will be substantially improved, and the happiness index of the people and the city will increase.

The mismatch between energy distribution and power load in China can be alleviated by inter-regional and inter-provincial power transactions. However, it also brings challenges to transaction settlement. In the new round of electric power reform, the transaction settlement deviation quantity needs to be more standardized. Based on the analysis of the related work, this article used the analytical framework of the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the transaction type weight, the inter-regional, and the inter-provincial weight, respectively, and accordingly, quantifies the amount of deviation quantity allocated by the corresponding trading subjects. According to the size and volatility of the trading quantity, we further propose a comprehensive weighting method based on kernel density and entropy weight to quantify the deviation quantity of inter-regional and inter-provincial trading subjects of different trading types. Specifically, this article first used the kernel function weighting method to calculate the weights of different transaction types that measure the transaction quantity, and then the improved entropy weight method was used to calculate the weights of different transaction types that reflect the volatility of the transaction quantity. Then, the comprehensive weights were constructed by considering the influence of the above two dimensions on the distribution of the deviation electricity simultaneously. The deviation electricity responsibility determination model was used to clarify the transaction subject's deviated electricity responsibility, and the deviated electric quantity calculation model was used for quantification. At last, the validity and practicability of the method were verified through the analysis of examples using the inter-regional and inter-provincial power transaction data from China.

Nowadays, workability is absolutely necessary for piping concrete, which is influenced by characteristics of structure of fresh cement paste. In this paper, the movement of particles in electric field and flocculent units at different W/C were observed, and rheologic characteristics of fresh cement paste at different W/C and the pastes with naphthalene sulphonate (NS) and poly carboxylate (PC) superplasticizers were investigated using rotational viscometer (NXS-11A). It is found that at initial hydration age cement particles carry different electric quantity and electrical property; increment of W/C induces flocculent units more separated, less hysteresis loop area and lower crush point; application of superplasticizers brings much less loop area and indistinct crush point. It is concluded that 1) fresh cement paste is filled with flocculation units of different strength; 2) different units are connected with one another loosely; 3) tunnels for bleeding form in the weakest connecting area. Water can disperse flocculent units to some extent, especially for superplasticizers. However, the latter can’t separate flocculation of cement particles completely.

The issues of the use of linear measuring devices for measuring temperature are considered. A method for measuring temperature by resistive temperature sensors based on a modification of the zero method is described. This modification ensures the invariance of the meter to changes in the gain of the measuring path. Zero balance in the measuring path is automatically supported by the synchronous execution of pulse-amplitude and pulse-width modulation and using a tracking circuit for adjusting the width of the latitudinal signal. When reaching zero balance, the pulse width of the latitude modulation control is connected linearly with the resistance of the temperature sensor. The errors of temperature measurements by the modified zero method are considered. The calibration of the manufactured digital thermometer with a miniature resistive temperature sensor made of platinum is described. The proposed modification of the zero measurement method can be used to create devices containing a sensor with a sensitive element – electrical resistance, changing under the influence of a non-electric quantity.
