Alginate fibre has attracted great attention in the area of biological medical materials due to its unique biological properties. But its low tenacity greatly hinders its application area. Therefore, the preparation technology of alginate fibre has been as an important research direction in this area in recent years. The purpose of this article is to prepare the calcium alginate fibre with good properties by wet spinning. The structure and properties of this fibre are analyzed by scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrometer,thermal gravimetric analyzer and DSC.

In many application domains, data are represented as a series of values in different time instances (time series). Examples include stocks, seismic signals, audio, and so forth. Similarity search in time series databases is an important research direction. Several methods have been proposed to provide efficient query processing in the case of static time series of fixed length. Research in this field has focused on the development of effective transformation techniques, the application of dimensionality reduction methods, and the design of efficient indexing schemes. These tools enable the process of similarity queries in time series databases. In the case where time series are continuously updated with new values (streaming time series), the similarity problem becomes even more difficult to solve, since we must take into consideration the new values of the series. The dynamic nature of streaming time series precludes the use of methods proposed for the static case. To attack the problem, significant research has been performed towards the development of effective and efficient methods for streaming time series processing. In this article, we introduce the most important issues concerning similarity search in static and streaming time series databases, presenting fundamental concepts and techniques that have been proposed by the research community.

Tag collision is a very important research direction in the RFID system. Probabilistic solving algorithm is one of the important way to solve the tag collision, dynamic frame slot ALOHA (DFSA) algorithm is more commonly used at present and the probabilistic algorithm with better effect. This paper proposes an Advanced DFSA (ADFSA) which is based on a dynamic frame slot ALOHA algorithm, combined with multiplier factor and grouping thoughts. the algorithm is simple, at the same time, the simulation results show that IDFSA algorithm has better performance.

Depended on the continuous development of nanotechnology, many micro-nano positioning platforms have been developed. Considering the actual engineer need, technologies for design of the positioning platform with both large travel and nano scale accuracy have become an important research direction. Several large travel driving systems with nano resolution are compared, and further key technologies of large travel and ultra precision for design are also discussed. Analysis result is that there are two kinds of types of micro-nano positioning platform at present, that’s flexible hinges arranged structure and integrative mechanism of both general driving system and flexible structure. Merits and shortcomings for these two kinds of micro-nano positioning platforms are all presented and some useful conclusions are brought forward.

The forklift is the research object, for the reason of its large application quantities, high fuel consumption and bad emission. It is the important research direction of the energy saving of forklift to improve the working state of engine by means of hybrid technology. Based on the study of energy distribution, the schemes of parallel and series hybrid systems are evaluated, according to their fuel consumption, equipped power of working components and working parameters. The parallel hybrid system with the capacitor as energy accumulator and the project of energy regeneration with hydraulic motors are explored in detail, combining theoretical analysis. Finally, the energy regeneration,with hydraulic motor, is presented and synthetically evaluated.

The pipeline steels with excellent deformability becomes an important research direction of pipeline materials fields in recent years. In this study, the pipeline steels with excellent deformability was obtain by inter-critically accelerate cooling(ICAC) method, the influence of welding heat input on the microstructure and property of the coarse grain heat affect zone (CGHAZ) of X80 pipeline steels with excellent deformability is investigated using welding thermal simulation, mechanical testing and microstructure analysis. The result indicate that the strength and toughness of CGHAZ of X80 pipeline steels with excellent deformability decrease follow with welding heat input increase.

Streaming media is an important research direction in internet applications. In this paper, A Smallest Cache Utility algorithm based on Popularity in future (SCU-PK) is proposed. It comprehensively considered the merit of media time popularity and the smallest cache utility algorithm, using the entire file byte usefulness instead of the file segment bytes usefulness, so that a more effective byte usefulness calculation method and a more rational file segment popularity calculation method was designed and implement. The experiments show that the SCU-PK algorithm has better performance in increasing cache space utilization rate and byte hit ratio than LRU, LFU and SCU-PFUT in stream media proxy cache.

Programmers manual compiling SQL statements according to relevant software development of database existing some troubles like workload big, easy to make a mistake, difficult to maintenance, this piece research designing on data manipulation class based on ADO.NET, realize the database operation through the data manipulation class. Based on expounding ADO.NET architecture and ADO.NET object model, concentrate on the researching two things: one is automatic generation of SQL statements, designing operation function, function Arguments or global arrays, deciding which type of SQL statements to generate, the other one is designing on data manipulation class, through re-loading, packaging and inheriting to design in data manipulation class for database. Results show that the research and application of data manipulation class solved a number of problems of traditional software development; it has important meaning for improve quality and efficiency of software development, it has become an important research direction of Database software development area.

Uncertain data management has become an important research direction and a hot area of research. This paper proposes an UDAK-anonymity algorithm via anatomy for relational uncertain data. Uncertain data influence matrix based on background knowledge is built in order to describe the influence degree of sensitive attribute and Quasi-identifier (QI) attributes. We use generalization and BK(L,K)-clustering to present equivalent class, L makes sensitive attributes diversity in one equivalent class. Experimental results show that UDAK-anonymity algorithm are utility, effective and efficient, and can make anonymous uncertainty data effectively resist background knowledge attack and homogeneity attack.
