The communication method of the automatically drainage monitoring system for underground coal mine is researched. The advanced PLC control technology and visual InTouch human-machine interface are used to design the control system. The information which is measured by downhole monitoring device can be real-timely transmitted to the ground monitoring stations through the Ethernet optical fiber communication system.The monitoring system can realize on-site manual and automatic control, also can realize remote monitoring and management.This paper mainly describes the implementation process and implementation principle of the data transfer between control unit and remote host computer via Ethernet technology.

The coal mine drainage equip ment plays an important role to make the production normally and orderly. At present, domestic coal mine drainage system implement manual monitoring, namely the traditional relay control method.Feature of this method is that a large labor intensity, low reliability and stability,and complicated control circuit,it has not adapted to the needs of the development of coal.In this paper, design of the automatic drainage system is to make up for the shortage of the traditional relay control,it adopts PLC control with a combination of PC monitor to improve the safety of the work,and has a long service life, convenient maintenance, etc.

Optical communication uses light signals for transmitting information from source to destination. Optical fiber communication has been more popular for long-distance data transfer in recent years due to various benefits such as low loss, low cost, simple amplification, minimal interference, and lightweight. A simple optical telecommunication system consists of a transmitter, a medium, and a receiver. Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) is a significant improvement in optical communication. WDM is basically used for improving spectral efficiency and to handle more data from several clients. Normal WDM, CWDM, and DWDM are three types of WDM technology. DWDM uses the most denser optical channels in optical networking. Complete detail about all types of WDM is given. The optical spectrum used in the transmission of light signals is also discussed.

Batch leaching experiments with different pH and temperature have taken to the pyrite samples from coal seams, state including the reaction system with bacteria of Acidiphilium sp. and aseptic control system. The migratory behavior of 2 hazardous elements of As and Pb was detected for a period of 15days. The analysis result displayed that the most releasing amount of As appeared in the bacteria reaction system with the condition of pH 1.5, 30°C and 1:100(g:mL) solid-liquid ratio, and the contents was 73 times higher than its aseptic control system. While as to Pb, the result was opposite, Acidiphilium sp. inhibit Pb releasing, it maybe this bacteria accumulation of Pb directly or indirect.

To monitor and control the pump units of the oil pipeline, the system is expected to not only have a high instantaneity and control precision of measurement, but also keep highly reliable and stable in horrible and changeable environments. This study, taking the CompactRIO module by NI Company as the data collection control unit of system, introduces the design and realization of the monitoring system of the pump units of oil pipelines; besides, in the experiment on the system, ideal findings are obtained.
