The paper describes a small batching machine control system that takes chip C8051F040 as the core controller. The system that has automatic control and manual control modes can complete the high-precision automatic weighing of few powder and granular material. This article describes the composition of the control system and the major design of hardware, and provides more detailed software program scheme.

Large –scale aluminum ring rolling mill is the core of ring rolling ,it is required for automatic control system to realize high precision and fast response.Based on the configuration of the equipment, characteristics of ring rolling and the process flow of production, the paper not only studied the Control principle of the automatic control system but also designed the control scheme of software and hardware. The core of system is PLC. The system can effectively control hydraulic system, measurement system, feeding servo system by the cooperation of PLC and human machine interface (HMI). It realized fully automatic operation under the ring rolling mill close-loop control. The high precision control and safe operation can be realized by using multi network communication technology and advanced full AC drive system .The rolling quality of rings is high. The design accords with the control logic requirements of rolling process control. The control system is smooth and reliable.

This paper describes a method that reform the backward control system of annealing tin machine with the PLC control technology, and designs of hardware and software of the machine so that the machine have a good man-machine automatic control system. The paper focuses on the development of automatic program based on PLC, home return program, alarm program and protection program. The result shows that this control system is reliable, stable and high precision when it is used to the machine, and improving the competitiveness of the machine in the industry greatly.

Regarding high precision and automatic control requirements for management and control system of oil depot, this paper applied RF technology in in-out oil management and automatic control theory in automatic control system of oil depot. Thus, a novel oil depot automatic in-out control system based on three level structure and RF technology was designed. In the system, the three level structures are composed of on-site control level, site management level and remote management level. A mode of combining control instruments with PLC controller was adopted in on-site control level and VB .Net was used as software for upper computer. The designed non-contact IC card management software for oil access and in-out oil control system will simplify the operation process of employees; approve levels of safe management and data accuracy for oil access in oil depot. Field tests show that this system has advantage of high control accuracy achieved 0.2 magnitude, high precision of data acquisition and easy operation for control management. The system provides an efficient technology approach for raising the level of automation and management in the oil industry.

Many problems exist in traditional gap adjusting for offset printing machine, so an automatic regulating technology is proposed. In the course of this research, the hardware system of the gap adjusting is designed by the embedded ARM controller as the core of the automatic control system, the developing process of the ARM control program is illustrated. The method for automatically adjusting the gap can simplify the operation, improve performance of the offset press, improve the stability and reliability of the offset printing process, and has a certain practical value, and has obtained the ideal effect.

A kind of PLC automatic control system which is used to flush toilet consists of programmable controller, proximity switch sensor and solenoid valve. By means of proximity switch sensor receiving input signal with the core PLC, PLC gives motion instruction to control solenoid valve carrying out flushing toilets automatically. In addition, this paper presents controlling procedure of ladder diagram. In the practical process of application, the system is of high sensitivity and good stability, at the meanwhile, the hardware circuit is simple and easier to be maintained. As far as the system is concerned, the system can be applied to different places with appropriate designs of procedure. Owning to the good universals and low cost there is better prospect for application.

A control system for multimedia classroom is designed based on Mitsubishi PLC. The specific hardware design and software design are also given. The control system functions are as follows: The manual control of classroom doors, or automatic control by the detection signals of microwave radar sensors; The manual control of lights, or automatic control by the detection signals of the Human pyroelectric sensors and light switch type sensors; The manual control of the air-conditions, or automatic control by the detection signals of the temperature sensors; The control of the projector and screen; Intelligent fault detection and alarm. In addition, the touch screen is used as man-machine interface, which have the advantages of convenient operation and maintenance, also the generous beauty. Through simulation experiment, the control system can achieve all of the above control functions stably and reliably.
