Combination application of touch screen with PLC has become the mainstream of modern control field, and it achieves control and monitoring to the fieldwork through the touch screen. This paper introduces a control system based on the combination of PLC and touch screen, achieves control to the transducer and fieldwork unit, meanwhile, displays the information collected on the touch screen. The system works reliably with steady performance and is easily to expand, has reached the design requirements.

Steam control system of the steam scallop shelling machine is the key to ensure the stability and the continuous jet of steam during the process of scallop shell. This paper on the basic composition of steam generator, PLC, touch screen program design, several aspects of temperature sensor, pressure transmitter and so on. Through the transformation of the control system of steam generator, which can meet the design requirements of the task.

The test rig for hydro-pneumatic converter used in straddle type monorail vehicles was researched, and its electro-pneumatic proportional control system was set up and simulated based on AMESim/Simulink. Compared fuzzy-PID (Proportion Integral Derivative) controller with PID controller through fuzzy logic tool box in Simulink, the results indicate that, this electro-pneumatic proportional control system can meet design requirements better, and fuzzy-PID controller has higher accuracy and stability than PID controller.

On the basis of analyzing technology processes and control demands of concrete mixing station, a design of control system for this construction machinery based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and eView touch screen was introduced in this paper, including hardware selection, PLC LAD diagram programming and HMI design, etc. All expected demands for weighing, batching, deposit, mixing, unloading, conveying of the whole technology processes of concrete mixing are reached, and a totally automatic production can be realized also. The practical operation verifies that the control system is highly reliable and stable, and it greatly enhances the control accuracy and meets the equipments requirements of energy-saving.
