The organizational and technological solutions for high-rise buildings construction efficiency increase are considered, primarily – decrease of typical floor construction time and improvement of bearing structures concrete quality. The essence of offered technology is: a concrete mixing station and a polygon mainly for load-bearing wall panels with starter bars casting are located on the building site; for reinforced concrete components manufacturing and butt joints grouting the warmed-up concrete mixtures are used. The results of researches and elaborations carried out by the SPSUACE in area of a preliminary warming-up of concrete mixtures are presented. The possibility and feasibility of their usage in high-rise buildings and of excess height buildings construction including cast-in-place and precast execution are shown. The essence of heat-vibro treating of concrete mixture is revealed as a kind of prior electroresistive curing, and the achieved results are: accelerated concrete strength gain, power inputs decrease, concrete quality improvement. It is shown that the location of a concrete mixing station on the building site enables to broaden possibilities of the “thermos” method use and to avoid concrete mixtures warming up in medium-mass structures erection (columns, girders) during the high-rise buildings construction. It is experimentally proved that the splice between precast elements encased with warmed-up concrete mixture is equal with conjugated elements in strength.

Concrete mixing station location occupies a very important position in the supply chain of the commercial concrete, location not only affects the cost, but the level of quality of concrete delivery service. In view of the traditonal location model only pursuing the cost minimization and neglecting serive level, the reliability is introduced into location model as a standard of concrete delivery service, to establish a multi-objective model which uses the cost minimization and reliability maximization as the objective function. Finally, the effectiveness of the model was confirmed by a numerical example.

The dust emissions from the concrete mixing station has seriously affected the lives of the residents and the workers' health, and it is difficult to achieve national environmental standards. Dedusting and its high environmental cost are currently facing important problem for the concrete mixing station. A spray and whirlwind composite dedusting technology and equipment are put forward by this paper, and applied to the actual concrete mixing station. After application, it can be seen that the spray and whirlwind composite dedusting technology play the effect of dust and match the environmental requirements.

This paper analyzes the concrete mixing station control system problems, put forwards the total design scheme, communication and database configuration, designs the PC management software. Monitoring, introduces user management, basic setting, process parameters, production process monitoring, alarm system, the running task information, material weight measurement; management, focuses on the proportioning management, task management, report management and invoice etc. From the debugging situation, reliable operation, simple operation, convenient maintenance, good results.

This paper analyzes the concrete mixing station control system problems, puts forward the total design scheme, and designs the hardware and software of programmable logic controller. In the software project, focusing on the automatic run program, aggregate discharge procedures, two feeding procedures, alarm procedures. The design also uses intermediate temporary storage technology, pressurized water discharge technology. The experiments prove that the system is reliable, simple operation, convenient maintenance, good effect.

On the basis of analyzing technology processes and control demands of concrete mixing station, a design of control system for this construction machinery based on SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and eView touch screen was introduced in this paper, including hardware selection, PLC LAD diagram programming and HMI design, etc. All expected demands for weighing, batching, deposit, mixing, unloading, conveying of the whole technology processes of concrete mixing are reached, and a totally automatic production can be realized also. The practical operation verifies that the control system is highly reliable and stable, and it greatly enhances the control accuracy and meets the equipments requirements of energy-saving.
