Research on Analysis and Design Method of the Pile-Raft Foundation with Post-Cast Concrete Strip

In order to analysis post-cast concrete strip influence to the pile-raft foundation, it has been taken to developed C++ program that is Poulos displacement solution calculating pile-soil stiffness and thick plank theory analyzing raft stiffness. Taking a frame and shear wall structure for example, it has been calculated to pile-raft foundation whether setting up post-cast strip or not that is foundation settlement, moment and so on. Results indicate that post-cast concrete strip is minutely influence to the pile foundation displacement and moment and not the control factor to this kind of pile foundation’s design. It gives some good references to similar structure analysis and can instruct this kind of pile-raft foundation design and construction

The increasing number of residents in South Tangerang has an impact on increasing the need for lower housing. The development of vertical housing with the market name of flats, apartments and is the most effective anticipatory solution to overcome land prices which result in market limitations, especially for the upper middle class. This 32-storey apartment project uses a combined foundation system between drill pile foundation & raft foundation. With the combination of these two very massive systems, of course, it will have a very expensive cost to implement and take a long time to complete. In order to avoid cost overruns, the foundation design must look at the possibilities. To determine the efficiency of the combined system foundation design between pile bored foundation & raft foundation, the researchers analyzed the value of the bearing capacity and also the settlement that occurred in the existing foundation using the Poulos method, the equivalent Raft method and the Vesic method. From the results of the study, it was found that the contribution of the pile foundation bearing capacity was 24.10%. the placement of the raft foundation is 75.90% and the settlement analysis using the Poulos 8.95cm method, the 12.41cm Equivalent Raft method and the Vesic 12.1cm method, these three results are close to the maximum settlement limit.

This article relies on 66kV transmission line new construction design of Chifeng JingHua in the Inner Mongolian area, this paper discusses about the program of tower foundation in sandy slope terrain. Based on the original design method of steps foundation design, this paper provides a set of feasible design method, at the same time, by comparing with the design of the bored pile foundation, draw pile is more suitable for this project conclusion.

Due to the physical properties of the soil between piles discrete,thus,composite pile foundation 's bearing capacity exists some uncertainty. So far, the study of the reliability of composite pile foundation is transform from the allowable stress method to the probability limit state design method. That is to say probability definite value design method. Therefor , determine the resistance subentry coefficient become the key of the design method. This paper introduces the significance of the subentry coefficient and the subentry coefficient of the composite pile foundation. Through the calculation of engineering examples, this article give the values of the subentry coefficient and provide a reference for the design of composite pile later.

A piled raft foundation consists of a thick concrete slab reinforced with steel which covers the entire contact area of the structure, in which the raft is supported by a group of piles or a number of individual piles. Bending moment on raft, differential and average settlement, pile and raft geometries are the influencing parameters of the piled raft foundation system. In this paper, a detailed review has been carried out on the issues on the raft foundation design. Also, the existing design procedure was explained.

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. The use of finite element theory and modal analysis theory, the structure of the machine static and dynamic performance analysis and prediction using optimal design method for optimization, the new machine to improve job performance, improve processing accuracy, shorten the development cycle and enhance the competitiveness of products is very important. Selected for three-dimensional CAD modeling software-UG NX4.0 and finite element analysis software-ANSYS to set up the structure of the beam finite element model, and then post on the overall structure of the static and dynamic characteristic analysis, on the basis of optimized static and dynamic performance is more superior double wall structure of the beam. And by changing the wall thickness and the thickness of the inner wall, as well as the reinforcement plate thickness overall sensitivity analysis shows that changes in these three parameters on the dynamic characteristics of post impact. Application of topology optimization methods, determine the optimal structure of the beam ultimately.
