This paper contributes to examine the determinants of consumers’ post-adoption purchase intention with an integrated theoretical model proposed by our study. Data collected from a questionnaire survey of group buying consumers provides empirical support for that model. The results indicate that consumers’ satisfaction with prior use and perceived usefulness significantly influence consumers’ continuance intention. Consumers’ satisfaction is determined primarily by consumers' confirmation of expectation and secondarily by perceived e-recovery service quality. Further, confirmation also has a significant influence on post-adoption perceived usefulness

Findings - Findings of this paper reveal that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, price, electronic word of mouth, trust and perceived risk are the main determinants of online group buying. Novelty - This paper propose a framework for conceptualising factors that influence consumer's purchase intention in online group buying. Objective- This paper attempts to explore the continuance purchase intention among Malaysian consumers on the internet, through the conceptual framework as modified from the Technology Acceptance Model. Methodology/Technique The research data has been collected through the use of an internet-based survey method, with a convenience sample of 300 Malaysian respondents in June 2014; whereas, data analysis is further conducted using the SPSS software, through the measurements of a simple linear regression test, mediation test and moderation test. Findings Results show a positive relationship between perceived usefulness and trust; while the continuance intentionfor online purchase is positively significant to perceived usefulness. The partial mediating role of subjective norm is further identified, between perceived usefulness and continuance intention. It is also understood that both male and female perceive the usefulness of website as an important factor toward their intention to online re-purchase. Novelty - Most of the researches are conducted solely upon the factors or purchase intention, limited studies have been done to investigate the continuance purchase intention among fellow consumers. Purpose – Sustainable success of group-buying web sites implies that consumers not only accept them initially but also use them continuously. Most group-buying web sites, however, are unable to achieve such sustainable success. Drawing on expectation-confirmation model (ECM), the purpose of this paper is to examine the factors that influence group-buying web sites continuance. Design/methodology/approach – In total, 605 valid responses were collected via a survey of a leading group-buying web site in China. Structural equation modeling was used to test the research model. This study also compared the three competing models of continued use behavior, namely, ECM, the research model and the integrated model. Findings – The results show that perceived web site quality, perceived price advantage and confirmation are important determinants of consumer satisfaction, while perceived web site quality, perceived reputation, satisfaction and perceived critical mass significantly influence consumers’ continuance intention. The research model accounts for more variance in satisfaction and continuance intention than ECM and is the best-fitting model among the competing models. Originality/value – Drawing on ECM, this research proposes a model by incorporating three online group-buying characteristics (perceived price advantage, perceived reputation and perceived web site quality) and two social influence factors (subjective norm and perceived critical mass). Specially, this study uses these three online group-buying characteristics to represent perceived usefulness in ECM. These constructs are found to influence consumer satisfaction and continuance intention. This study extends ECM and provides a better explanation of consumers’ post-purchase behavior in the online group-buying context.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the determinants of players’ continuance intentions to play Pokémon GO (PG) and ultimately make in-app purchases, mainly from the perspectives of psychological, social and gaming motivational factors. Design/methodology/approach The research model was empirically assessed based on 362 validated responses from current players of PG in Malaysia. Analysis was carried out using the partial least squares path modeling method. Findings The results indicated that enjoyment, network externalities, community involvement and the need-to-collect significantly influence players’ continuance intention. Furthermore, the findings reveal that flow and nostalgia have indirect effects on players’ continuance intention, which in turn significantly influences their purchase intention. Originality/value This study provides empirical support for an integrated model for understanding the antecedents of the players’ behavioral intentions that incorporates psychological, social and gaming motivational factors in the context of an augmented reality mobile game.
