AbstractThe yellow-legged gull Larus michahellis has undergone widespread colonization of the urban environment in the recent past. The first urban breeding gulls were recorded in the historical centre of Venice, Italy, in 2000, and by 2005 there were already 24 roof-nesting pairs, with this number increasing significantly over the last decade. In 2016, a new door-to-door garbage collection system was introduced in Venice to prevent the accumulation of rubbish in the streets and limit the trophic resources available for the species. This study provides an up-to-date estimate of the Venice yellow-legged gull urban population using distance sampling method. We also studied the effect of the new waste collection system on the species by comparing the population estimate before (2017) and after (2018) the full implementation of this change and by analysing the trend of individuals collected in the old town by the wildlife recovery service during 2010–2018. Results estimated ca. 430 breeding pairs in June 2018 showing a 36% decrease with respect to 2017. We also found a decrease in the number of 1-year-old birds and pulli collected by the wildlife recovery service starting from 2016, when the policy implementation began. Our data did not show a significant decrease in the overall number of individuals, suggesting that the new policy has a stronger effect on the breeding success of the species than on adult survival. This study emphasizes the importance of preventing rubbish accumulation in the streets as factor for reducing the abundance of urban yellow-legged gulls.

AimsSexual dysfunction should be enquired about as a symptom of mental health disorders and as side effects of commonly used psychotropic drugs. We audited against NICE guidelines the record of sexual dysfunction discussion at initial assessment and follow-up by the community mental health recovery service (CMHRS).BackgroundResearch reports that sexual dysfunction occurs more often in individuals with serious mental illnesses including depression and schizophrenia. Sexual dysfunction is also a reported side effect of antidepressant and antipsychotic medications. NICE guidelines recommend assessment of biological symptoms of mental health disorders and discussion of potential side effects of treatments being considered prior to initiation and at follow-up.MethodOur sample consisted of 71 patients, all new patient assessments from referrals made to CMHRS between January 1st and March 31st 2019.We reviewed all initial assessment and follow-up electronic notes and any correspondence generated from these meetings.ResultOur results showed that no record was made of sexual dysfunction as present or absent by health care professionals (HCPs) completing initial assessment or follow-up.We surveyed the HCPs from the team and observed a high level of confidence in discussing sexual dysfunction and high self report of this discussion being conducted.ConclusionOur audit results show no records of the discussion of sexual dysfunction, we held to the principal that in absence of record the discussion did not take place. Our survey results suggested that HCPs were confident they do assess for sexual dysfunction. We wondered, therefore, if HCPs would be less likely to make record in the event that symptoms are denied, recognizing that the list of potential symptoms and side effects is extensive and documentation of all negative results would be time consuming. Our audit results may show then, that sexual dysfunction is not present in any of the sample; however this would contrast to research findings of higher than average rates of sexual dysfunction in groups with serious mental illness and those using antidepressants or antipsychotics. We propose further assessment is needed for the disparity between our and recognised rates of sexual dysfunction. We propose the standard that recording ‘absence of biological symptoms’ of mental health disorders or recorded supply of medicine information leaflets are adequate record. We also made suggestions for training and recording to assist HCPs initial assessment.

During the pandemic, many countries adopted physical & social distancing policies, lockdowns, or territorial quarantine. Therefore the use of electronic banking services has increased sharply, including in developing countries such as Indonesia. Electronic banking services that are popularly used by many customers are in the form of internet banking and mobile banking. This study aimed to analyze; 1) the impact of the core online service quality (E-S-QUAL) on customer satisfaction, 2) the effect e-recovery service quality (E-RecS-QUAL) on satisfaction, 3) the effect of satisfaction on customer trust and 4) the effect of trust on customer loyalty. This research is causality research or explanatory research. The data collected by survey method to 120 respondents from customers who are registered users of e-banking (i.e. internet banking or mobile banking) from Mandiri, BCA, and Bukopin Bank. The results showed that the core online service quality (E-S-QUAL) and e-recovery service quality (E-RecS-QUAL) proved to have a positive influence on customer satisfaction. This research also proves the strong positive relationship between satisfaction and trust, as well as trust also has been shown to have a strong influence on customer loyalty.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) causes significant mortality and morbidity, with an unknown impact in the medium to long term. Evidence from previous coronavirus epidemics indicates that there is likely to be a substantial burden of disease, potentially even in those with a mild acute illness. The clinical and occupational effects of COVID-19 are likely to impact on the operational effectiveness of the Armed Forces. Collaboration between Defence Primary Healthcare, Defence Secondary Healthcare, Defence Rehabilitation and Defence Occupational Medicine resulted in the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre COVID-19 Recovery Service (DCRS). This integrated clinical and occupational pathway uses cardiopulmonary assessment as a cornerstone to identify, diagnose and manage post-COVID-19 pathology.

One of the hospital functions is to providing medical treatment and health recovery service according to regulation. Nutritional installation has one of important facilities that director of hospital had to pay attention. This process starts form planning, producing and distributing food for patient. The important role from this section is providing food to reach suitability diet for patient, it intended to cure the patient and prevent a complication, decrease morbidity and mortality patient. This study purpose to determine the root cause problem in nutritional installation in RSUD X and the alternative solution problems guided by guidelines and regulations of the minister of health. The research method was a field research which data collected by observation, interview and literature review. The result found there had been four factor based on fish bone analysis and the most effective one is makes Nutrition Installation Service Guide.

Typical computing devices for implementing cloud-based control systems based on data center equipment are analyzed. The task is to formulate the types of control of the studied devices; find the calculated ratio to determine indicators characterizing the types of control; and identify technical monitoring tools that control cloud-based management systems. The characteristics of the backup and data recovery service widely used in cloud management systems are analyzed. Estimates have been developed to control the parameters of cloud-based management systems.
