The consistence of emulsion has great influence on the normal running and life of the equipment relying on emulsion. The paper introduces the current situation in development of detecting technique of emulsion in china. The literatures about various techniques of automatic supervisory system of emulsion proportioning have been compared, and the respective characteristics have been discussed. In this paper, the on-line detection methods for emulsion concentration and the recent progresses in the research on detecting technology of concentration of emulsion are reviewed. Involves the main content includes: the measurement technology of emulsion concentration and detecting and proportioning technique of emulsion.

This paper first of all gives an introduction to the structure of rolling bearing, development stage of fault and the main fault types; then, it makes an analysis of the common detection methods and the technologies involved in rolling bearing fault; at last, based on the emphasis on the rolling bearing on-line detection and fault diagnosis system of acoustic emission technology, it elaborates the basic principles of acoustic emission, rolling bearing fault detection and diagnosis system experiment setting. Meanwhile, it introduces modern signal processing technology into acoustic emission information feature extraction and state recognition, such as wavelet analysis and wavelet packet analysis.

With the rapid development of industrial technology, people have put forward higher requirements on the precision of process and assemblage for the part of the machine. In the process of accessory, a finish machining for the hole parts are generally necessary. There is greater impact on the processing accuracy because of the influence from the measurement methods, tool wear, lathe itself and other factors. In this paper, a regional centroid algorithm is proposed based on the visual measurement technology and mechanics principle. Firstly, the image of the workpiece is collected by the camera. And then the workpiece image is processed by the image processing technology. Thus, the torque of each pixel on the workpiece image contour relative to the center can be calculated. Finally, the detection and judgment of the part size is realized by the torque. Experiments show that this method can achieve accurate on-line detection for the inner diameter of the hole parts.

Background: Winding deformation is one of the most common faults in power transformers, which seriously threatens the safe operation of transformers. In order to discover the hidden trouble of transformer in time, it is of great significance to actively carry out the research of transformer winding deformation detection technology. Methods: In this paper, several methods of winding deformation detection with on-line detection prospects are summarized. The principles and characteristics of each method are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as the future research directions are expounded. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, the development direction of detection method for winding deformation in the future is prospected. Results: The on-line frequency response analysis method is still immature, and the vibration detection method is still in the theoretical research stage. Conclusion: The ΔV − I1 locus method provides a new direction for on-line detection of transformer winding deformation faults, which has certain application prospects and practical engineering value.
