The construction of efficient renewable resource recycling network is the premise of utilizing the enormous renewable resources in city and rural areas. According to the characteristics of renewable resources and the actual recycling conditions in China, the main influence factors of renewable resource recycling logistics network were analyzed Moreover, the guiding principles and general ideas of the construction of renewable resource recycle logistics network were analyzed, and its framework and operation measures were elaborately designed for government management departments and renewable resource machining enterprises to improve the ability of distributed processing of recycling and promote a healthy and orderly development of renewable resource industry.

The construction of efficient crop straw recycling logistics system is the premise of utilizing the enormous straw resources in rural areas. According to the biology characteristics of crop straw resources and the actual logistics conditions in China, the main influence factors of crop straw recycling logistics were analyzed at length. Moreover, the constituent elements of crop straw recycle logistics system were sorted into five categories, and its operation processes and system framework were elaborately designed for government management departments and crop straw machining enterprises to accelerate the industrialization utilization of straw resources.

With the guidance of sustainable development strategy, countries around the world poured to carry out the conception of circular economy into the strategy of protecting ecological environment. As an important mode of circular economy, Renewable Resource Industry increasingly draw every parts of worlds attention. However, the Renewable Resource Industry is a typical Institutional Economy, which needs the role of government as well as the market mechanism. However, Renewable Resources Industry is in the primary stage of development, whose policy system is not thorough and guiding concept is not clear. In this background, guided by the full life cycle theory and collaborative theory, starting from the features and realistic demand of Renewable Resources Industry, the authors structure an industrial synergy policy framework for Renewable Resources Industry, which including design policy, manufacturing policy, consumption policy, recycle policy, demands policy and government policy. The research findings provide us with systematic ideas and methods to make the Renewable Resources Industry policy.

It is very much true that people living in most of the rural areas depend on renewable energy resources for their daily domestic requirements. They either get an interrupted power supply from the traditional commercial electric supply or in some cases where the people living in a remote location may not get the traditional supply due to the distance. The people in the rural area already started using renewable energy resources for their daily needs. But it is seen that most of the rural area are potential to use many forms of renewable energy resources. There is a major requirement in combining more than one form of such energy to fulfill the needs. This paper explains the different methods of production of energy using the renewable resource in the rural area and a model to combine them to use the energy efficiently. This model suggests the controller to be designed which will use the energy produced from renewable energy efficiently. This controller has a responsibility to avoid the energy from the traditional method as long as there is a supply of energy from renewable resources. The controller uses the traditional energy only when there is no alternative energy supply from renewable energy.

Along with the process of economic growth and urbanization, China has entered a peak period of electronic appliances and automotive industry products obsolescence. On one hand, municipal waste disposal is increasing and causing environmental pollution and damage; on the other hand, native mineral resources’ exhaustion has increased year by year along with exploitation difficulty and mineral resources import growth. Meanwhile, urban industrial scrap, aka "urban mines", does contain abundant of renewable resources, such as copper, iron, and aluminum. Therefore, based on the theory of circular economy, the exploitation of these "urban mines" is the key strategic industry of China’s "12th five-year plan". This paper is based on the survey of Chengdu city regeneration resources industry situation. We analyzed the current status of regeneration resources recycling industry in Chengdu city, finding problems such as the number of existing garbage collection stations inadequate for renewable resources, and processing technology out of date. Generally speaking, the renewable resources industry in Chengdu is under developed.

The mechanical behavior of electrode composite during the drying preparation has played a crucial role in the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). Our work aimed at developing an integrated analysis method to study the component distribution, mechanical properties, and internal stress of composite coating in the process of electrode drying. The main influence factors of drying stress were thoroughly investigated. It was found that this present model could capture not only the heterogeneity effect of inactive ingredients but also the porosity-dependent viscoelasticity of electrode composite. Meanwhile, the calculated effective modulus and stress evolution upon drying time were in acceptable accord with the experimental data. Furthermore, the rapid solidification markedly increased the drying stress in electrodes and significantly impaired the tensile strength of electrode composite due to the highly gradient distributed constituents. However, the stress level at high drying temperature could be significantly reduced by an aqueous sodium alginate binder instead of poly(vinylidene fluoride). The obtained results will be a great help in efficiently manufacturing LIB electrodes with adequate mechanical integrity.
