To study the structural performance of resin mineral composites part with metal embedded, a series of finite element analysis for mechanical parts made of different materials such as cast iron, resin mineral composites (RMC), and metal embedded resin mineral composites (MRMC) are conducted respectively in this article. Different performances of these three kinds of materials are acquired by static and modal analysis. It is proved that mechanical part made of MRMC has advantages of static and dynamic performance, to meet the requirement of vibration reduction.

Abstract. Combining characteristic of the Wind Tturbines's rotary support, using finite element method, the paper probe the rotary support finite element analysis of static and modal analysis. Through the static analysis of the rotary support, receiving the deformation and stress-strain results; through modal analysis, receiving the 6-order natural frequency and vibration shape.Analyzing of the main failure forms and Dynamic performance ,the results provide a theoretical basis of improvement of the design and to finalize the program.

Mine man-car skip underframe is one of key components of mine hoisting system, in order to obtain the optimal structure and function characteristics, the finite element analysis method based on ANSYS is used to make static and modal analysis for the mine slope ramp man-car skip underframe. Static analysis shows that: The strength of underframe under typical working conditions meets requirements, but the stress surplus is relatively large. Modal analysis indicates that: It's prone to have bend and torsional deflection between the 4th and 5th beam, and the free modal shape has saltation. According to the above finite element analysis results, corresponding structure optimization is made on the underframe section size and the position of beams. The optimizing results show that: The stress amplitude of structural optimized underframe increases by 16.9%, the stress surplus effectively reduces, and the weight of underframe decreases by 10.6%. The free modal shape is more smooth, vibration mode has no saltation, and the dynamic performance is improved.

The use of finite element theory and modal analysis theory, the structure of the machine static and dynamic performance analysis and prediction using optimal design method for optimization, the new machine to improve job performance, improve processing accuracy, shorten the development cycle and enhance the competitiveness of products is very important. Selected for three-dimensional CAD modeling software-UG NX4.0 and finite element analysis software-ANSYS to set up the structure of the beam finite element model, and then post on the overall structure of the static and dynamic characteristic analysis, on the basis of optimized static and dynamic performance is more superior double wall structure of the beam. And by changing the wall thickness and the thickness of the inner wall, as well as the reinforcement plate thickness overall sensitivity analysis shows that changes in these three parameters on the dynamic characteristics of post impact. Application of topology optimization methods, determine the optimal structure of the beam ultimately.

Because of the huge lifting weight and complex structure of large-tonnage gantry crane and in order to effectively design and review it, this paper aims to carry out a research on its structural performance based on the method of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis. During the early period of design, the method of theoretical calculations is adopted, and after specific design it comes the finite element analysis, so as to get the results of analysis under a variety of operating conditions, which illustrates that the structural design and review of large-tonnage gantry crane based on theoretical calculations and finite element are feasible, and also verifies that the method of finite element is an effective way to find a real dangerous cross-section, thus providing the basis for the design and manufacture of the crane structure.

Stress analysis of the bender components in the design of the begel fabricator machine was carried out using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) with three variations of the constituent material parameters, namely 6061 aluminum, mild steel, and cast iron with a modulus of elasticity of 68.9 GPa, 220 GPa, 120.5 GPa, respectively. The test is carried out by a loading parameter 2520 MPa and fixed constraint. The maximum von misses stress and displacement obtained for each material parameter components using aluminum, mild steel, and cast iron are 17.78 MPa; 0.00765, 17.49 MPa; 0.00229, 17.62 MPa; 0.00427 respectively.

Abstract: In this work the 3D model of the camshaft was done using Autodesk Inventor version 2021 with the literature data and finite element analysis is performed by applying restrictions and loads conditions, first by the absence of the torque and then by applying the torque. Three materials were analyzed in both situations: Cast Iron, Stainless Steel AISI 202 and Steel Alloy. Following the comparative study for the three materials, it can be specified the importance of the material for the construction of the camshaft. Keywords: Camshaft, Static analysis, Autodesk Inventor
