Analyse the electric energy metering production mode and data characteristics of production and dispatching platform mode under intensification mode. Put forward a method of data partitioning by archived data zone, real-time data zone, sampled data zone and business-management data zone. Form the device’s owner identification by device table number shifting strategy and realize the high-speed data retrieval between every two of the zones by using the index of device to monitoring dot and main table retrieval. This strategy has been used in developing provincial production and dispatching platform of STATE GRID and raised the operating efficiency of the platform.

According to the trend of the development of the computer system bus more, designs the general high-speed data storage system based on computer platform structure.Put forward the "one-way chain" cache structure, to avoid the computer operating system of real-time data transmission, the influence of the multithreaded mode data transmission and storage of parallel processing.According to the basic principle of data storage in a computer system, put forward the standard file operations function replace special instruction set, the method of implementing the SCSI disk array storage at a high speed.Test results show that the data storage system based on computer platform with more generalization method to achieve the high speed of data storage.

Increasing requirements for data transfer and storage is one of the crucial questions now. There are several ways of high-speed data transmission, but they meet limited requirements applied to their narrowly focused specific target. The data compression approach gives the solution to the problems of high-speed transfer and low-volume data storage. This paper is devoted to the compression of GIF images, using a modified LZW algorithm with a tree-based dictionary. It has led to a decrease in lookup time and an increase in the speed of data compression, and in turn, allows developing the method of constructing a hardware compression accelerator during the future research.

Data acquisition and record system plays an important role in signal processing. For the wideband signal acquisition and processing application, such as 3G/4G Base Stations, Wideband Microwave Backhaul, Military Communications, and RADAR, the need for high speed and smart software-defined radio (SDR) test platform is growing. In this paper, we implement a high compact form factor data acquisition and storage system used for the wideband signal application development. In order to implement high compact, low power and high speed real-time data storage, we use a PCIe-based switch architecture and leverage the Flash array as the storage part. The system supports RF sampling directly and offers a 16TB solid state storage module which could be read and write at the sustained speed of 12.8GB/s.

A high-speed data acquisition card using USB 3.0 interface has been designed in order to solve the problem that traditional data acquisition card could not take both data transmission bandwidth and easy connection with PC into account. The data acquisition card controlled the dual-channel 12-bit 20Msps ADC for asynchronous parallel sampling using FPGA as core control module, which made the sampling rate up to 40Msps. The sampled data which was processed by FPGA transferred synchronous from FIFO interface to PC via USB controller. The basic structure of hardware and the basic design method for software and firmware were given in this paper, in which how to use FPGA to realize FIFO was elaborated in detail. The timing simulation of using asynchronous parallel A/D conversion technology and using ADC device of 40Msps sampling rate for FIFO internal data transmission were simulated respectively, thus verified the reliability of asynchronous parallel A/D conversion.

In scientific domains such as high-energy particle physics and genomics, the quantity of high-speed data traffic generated may far exceed the storage throughput and be unable to be in time stored in the current node. Cooperating and utilizing multiple storage nodes on the forwarding path provides an opportunity for high-speed data storage. This paper proposes the use of flow entries to dynamically split traffic among selected neighbor nodes to sequentially amortize excess traffic. We propose a neighbor selection mechanism based on the Local Name Mapping and Resolution System, in which the node weights are computed by combing the link bandwidth and node storage capability, and determining whether to split traffic by comparing normalized weight values with thresholds. To dynamically offload traffic among multiple targets, the cooperative storage strategy implemented in a programmable data plane is presented using the relative weights and ID suffix matching. Evaluation shows that our proposed schema is more efficient compared with end-to-end transmission and ECMP in terms of bandwidth usage and transfer time, and is beneficial in big science.

Abstract The manual inspection for the damage state of the electric energy metering box consumes a lot of time, the workload is large, and the data storage is difficult. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes an automatic detection method for the damage state of the electric energy metering box based on the YOLOv5 algorithm. The actual metering box pictures taken by the operation and maintenance inspectors are used as the training set, LabelImage is used to annotate the data set, and YOLOv5s model is used to train the data set. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can accurately mark the position of the metering box lid and accurately predict its damage state. The average accuracy reaches 98%, which can meet the requirements for the detection accuracy of the power metering box damage state in the operation and maintenance inspection work.
