The design idea of monitored control subsystem of vessel dynamic cyclone oily water separator is based on LabVIEW software platform, adopted DataSocket technology, by using DAQcard-A-16E-4E data acquisition card to realize real-time monitoring. This paper introduced the components of the monitored control system, analyzed its working conditions. According to the experimental operating records on some real ships, the application results and characteristics are summarized.

The system is a data acquisition and control system used for multi-channel. It is based on the integration of LabVIEW, PCI data acquisition card and intelligent self-tuning PID. Aiming at the ART’s data acquisition card, the paper introduces on the allocation of LabVIEW and Non-NI data acquisition card. The modular design is adopted to realize real-time acquisition, processing, display, save and error messages for multi-channel signals. Utilizing exported standard signals and real-time signals via data acquisition card, we have controlled furnace temperature by intelligent self-tuning PID and made its range in certain variation change according to standard time temperature curve. And the practical application shows that the system works in the stable condition.

Aiming at the management problem of real-time data created while intelligent solar street lamps working, sectional data acquisition and control system based on internet of things is introduced in the paper. Communication protocol with unified form and flexible function is designed in the system, and communication address is composed of sectional address and subsection address. Three-level data structure is built in the polling algorithm to trace real-time state of lamps and to detect malfunction in time, which is suitable for sectional lamps management characteristics. The system reflects necessary statistic data and exception information to remote control centre through GPRS to short interval expend on transmission and procession and save network flow and system energy. The result shows the system brings improved management affection and accords with the idea of energy-saving and environmental protection.

The testing principle of metal ultrasonic is using ultrasonic probe to scan in the work-piece surface, and acquire the probe of reflection signal which is sent to computer to analysis by the ultrasonic data acquisition card so as to detect and locate defects in surface of the parts. This system designed a unique scanning structure using the principle of ultrasonic detection and scans the hardware and software control system to realize internal shape detection for different shape of work-piece.

It is important for the marine engineers to master the control principle with the widely application of PLC technology on marine equipment. Basing on the characteristic of marine oily water separator, a simulating control system on marine oily water separator was designed with PLC technology to meet the need of marine engineer training and competence assessment. The system integrates drawing bilge water, separating oil and water, draining off water, draining off oil and alarm of oil content high together. With running reliable and operating simple, it helps marine engineers/ trainees to master the control principle of marine oily water separator.

In this paper, we introduced features of data acquisition card based on PCI bus, and combined with researching on timing data collection system in the reducer test, built data acquisition system aiming at parameters of the reducer, and by using VC+ + to program, we achieved display on timing and real-time acquisition curve of data of torque and speed of the reducer, and have got good results.

In this paper, main software module in the subject The Bus Dispatching Optimal Control System Based on Real-time Data Acquisition has been designed. By gradually changing the departure time interval, the system uses SCM to simulate the system running status in various time periods so as to determine the optimal departure time interval, and has established the integrated and optimal scheduling model through the research and development of four functions i.e. data acquisition, remote network monitoring, C/S/S architecture, network access. This article will focus on the design of the main module of software part in the system.

The paper discusses the implementation scheme and software design that applies web technology into real-time remote monitoring system. Software design of monitoring system mainly includes design of serial data acquisition software and web-based remote monitoring software. Serial software acquires related data of solar heating system via RS-485 serial port and realizes storage of data. Web-based remote monitoring is in C/S mode, and users can browse and search data of solar water heating control system in real-time by using browser. The design scheme is a success in implementation of solar water system in campus, and realizes automation integrated with control, management, information and network through a combination of control network and Internet.
