A solution to the Car body fault self-diagnostics based on CAN bus is developed. It completes the fault diagnosis communication between the body controller and the diagnostic apparatus by treating the ISO15765-2 as the network layer, and the ISO14229 as the diagnostic application layer. The parameters and services of the two standards are customized to the needs and characteristics of the body control system. Finally, the diagnostic programs of the corresponding body control module and the upper computer are compiled and tested. Satisfactory results are achieved.

Taking the DSC as the control core and the IPM as the driver,this paper design a highly practical brushless DC motor control system with CAN bus . The system use CANopen as the application layer communication protocol, which can simultaneously control the plurality of brushless DC motor efficiently.

this paper describes a method of LIN master node design for a car body control system. The method based on LIN 2.1 protocol, and giving a specific process respectively on hardware and software. It expounds the implementation of LIN drive from data link layer and application layer, and describing how to realize the data link layer based on state machine. Then it introduces the communication management and signal accessing. Finally it uses hardware and Emulin to design a test. Through this test, the LIN master drive is verified in accordance with LIN 2.1 protocol.

An electric window control system based on low-speed CAN bus has been developed to reduce the wiring harness of vehicle control system, improve the system reliability and cut overall costs. On the basis of requirement analysis of the control system, a CAN application layer communication protocol has been defined. The electric window control system has been designed using Freescale 16-bit single chip microprocessor MCS12DP256 as central processing unit, and the control software has also been developed, in which an integral algorithm was used to realize the anti-pinch function.

In order to reduce the fuel consumption and emissions of automobile, the engine idle speed control method was studied. The basic concept of engine idle speed and the requirements and strategies of idle speed control were introduced, and the features and structures of CAN bus technology were analyzed. An idle speed control system of automobile engine based on CAN bus was designed which included main control module, front control module and rear control module. The overall structure, hardware design and software implementation of the system were given. The system can realize the desired functions, and it has certain application value.

Based on the vehicle CAN bus technology, with features of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) control network be concerned, CAN bus protocols of application layer suitable for HEV are developed in the paper. And control network is built based on multi-master CAN distributed control technology. Through CAN controller programming of DSP, supported by the corresponding external drive circuit, the motor controller nodes is connected with the vehicle CAN network. Finally the CAN Bus communication of HEV energy assembly control system is designed and realized. Experimental result indicates that the system works well with stable signal and strong anti-jamming ability, and the communication with HEV CAN bus is realized successfully.

This paper describes the design of a CAN bus network industrial data acquisition and control system based on the application layer protocol, the CANO pen protocol. The structure of the control system is for the distributed control system. In this paper, it discuss the network for data acquisition and control system, Ethernet access control system, and provides convenience for remote control and data acquisition and processing. The software part of this design is the real-time operating system, which make the system more secure, efficient operation.
