The functional relationship is analyzed between three-phase asynchronous motor electromagnetic torque and some factors; Mechanical characteristic curve of motor performance is drawn; The inherent mechanical properties and human mechanical properties are explored in a specific application. Facts prove that mechanical characteristic analysis of three-phase asynchronous motors, to reduce the failure rate of the three-phase induction motor, to improve the running capacity and production efficiency are important.

In the real venicle testing, evaluating the mechanical properties of the clutch just depend on the related characteristic point on mechanics characteristic curve at present, The evaluation method failed to make full use of the informantion included in the characteristic curve and may lead to miscalculation. According to the stuation, by parameter transform can get clutch undamped mechanical characteristic. Through the method of regression analysis, then the qualify can be judged by comparing the test curves of clutch undamped mechanical characteristics with the curve of modeling. Experimental results show that the new evaluation method is feasible.

In this work, the effective mechanical reinforcement of polymeric nanocomposites containing spherical particle fillers is predicted based on a generalized analytical three-phase-series-parallel model, considering the concepts of percolation and the interfacial glassy region. While the concept of percolation is solely taken as a contribution of the filler-network, we herein show that the glassy interphase between filler and matrix, which is often in the nanometers range, is also to be considered while interpreting enhanced mechanical properties of particulate filled polymeric nanocomposites. To demonstrate the relevance of the proposed generalized equation, we have fitted several experimental results which show a good agreement with theoretical predictions. Thus, the approach presented here can be valuable to elucidate new possible conceptual routes for the creation of new materials with fundamental technological applications and can open a new research avenue for future studies.

The most widely used single-phase asynchronous motors are described and also substitution and vector dia-grams are reviewed. Theoretical and mathematical descriptions of processes of controlling and enabling asynchronous modes of operation were provided, on the basis of which computer models of a single-phase asynchronous motor in static and dynamic modes was created in the Matlab program. Experiments were per-formed on the real and virtual models, and the data obtained were processed and compared to confirm the adequacy of the developed virtual model.
