This paper designs a Vessel Remote Video Monitoring System based on internet protocol. The system uses positioning and network transmission technology to transmit real-time images of ships offshore to the server, to set up the client and visual monitoring ends. Ships monitoring personnel enter WEB monitoring platform with different permissions, to monitor and process ships image data through the network view, scheduling, monitoring terminals and other system modules. It also adds density ratio-based automatic alarm module to realize the intelligent early warning of offshore Ships density. Experiments show that the system has a better result to achieve vessel images' intelligent remote monitoring and early warning.

In order to improve the monitoring efficiency of port coastal ship, and improve the ability of coastal management, the port coastal ships web remote video monitoring system is designed and realized. The GPRS/UDP technology is used to transmit the ship videos to the server in real time. The client terminal and visual monitoring terminal are established, and the ship monitoring personnel can enter the WEB monitoring platform with different permissions. The network browse module, scheduling module, monitoring terminal module are designed, the port coastal ships video data are monitored and processed, the automatic alarm module based on the density ratio is designed. The intelligent early warning of port coastal ships density is obtained. The application experiment is implemented on the port coastal entrance, experiment results show that this system can realize the remote video Web monitoring of ships and intelligent early warning, and it has good effect in application.

It s a design of video server based on embed Linux system. The platform is integrated with boa server, to realize the dynamic interactivity between remote users and web monitoring server by CGI program. Get the live image data by USB cameras, then transferring the image to PC by internet. By that means, the image display can be realized through any PC which is connected to net. The system realizes remote monitoring and image transmission by its own TCP/IP protocol, which promises the flexibility, sharpness and stable property.

A system, which is real-time, remote, automatic for monitoring the subsidence of building, is introduced. Hydrostatic leveling, displacement sense by electromagnetism, computer technology are integrated into the system. The system can realize real-time, continuous acquisition and management of the measured data, and when the quantity and speed of the subsidence exceed the certain warning value,the system can realize automatic early-warning. Compared with geometrical leveling, the system has advantages of high accuracy, real time, continuous, unattended, remote, wireless for monitoring and early-warning.

General technology concerning household video monitoring and home appliance controlling in computers, mobile phones, etc. is explored in this thesis and a household monitoring system based on IOT is set up. According to experiments, the household monitoring system has various functions such as operating once plugged, ad hoc network, various and interactive controlling methods and friendly serial ports.

To solve the difficulty of traditional video monitoring system in system upgrade and expansion, an solution of embedded video monitoring system based on DaVinci technology was put forward in this paper. By building the monitoring platform by DM6437 and DSP/BIOS in the solution, TVP5151 was used for receiving video signal in PAL/NTSC formats, and an JPEG Baseline Profile Encoder was integrated for video encoding, and the 10/100M Ethernet transmission function was realized based on NDK. Finally, the system is tested and the result shows that the system can capture and transmit D1 format signal in 25f/s and met the real-time requirement. At the same time, the system is easy to use and expand with a bright application prospect.

According to the actual situation of large range road disasters in seasonal frozen area, the road safety can reflect by the slope stability, the subgrade stability, the bridge safety and the ice(snow) on the road.The objective of this paper is to present a new monitoring and early-warning system, which can be used on the large range road in seasonal frozen area. The system consists of four parts, which are slope monitoring system, subgrade monitoring system, bridge monitoring system and ice(snow) monitoring system. In this system, the small world theory is used to build an IPv6 p2p network structure and semi-structured data is used to store any type of early-warning data. In addition, a bridge in western Changchun City in Jilin Province was selected as the case study example. Monitoring and early-warning results show that the system is stable and efficient , also can improve the scalability and reduce the dependence on central server in IPv6 network.

Abstract The article presents the use of video monitoring in a production company on the example of municipal thermal power plant. After analyzing the hazards and work inconvenience occurring in the analyzed enterprise, video surveillance zones have been designated with the division into the indoor and outdoor monitoring system. Video surveillance is provided for production, auxiliary and delivery processes. Moreover, video monitoring performs a control function over the occupation health in workstations at risk of explosion or fire. In addition, observation points have been set up in the visual monitoring system, among which the internal ones are served by the dispatcher responsible for the production process, while the external are operated by security guards of the facility.

The video recognition technology is applied to the landslide emergency remote monitoring system. The trajectories of the landslide are identified by this system in this paper. The system of geological disaster monitoring is applied synthetically to realize the analysis of landslide monitoring data and the combination of video recognition technology. Landslide video monitoring system will video image information, time point, network signal strength, power supply through the 4G network transmission to the server. The data is comprehensively analysed though the remote man-machine interface to conduct to achieve the threshold or manual control to determine the front-end video surveillance system. The system is used to identify the target landslide video for intelligent identification. The algorithm is embedded in the intelligent analysis module, and the video frame is identified, detected, analysed, filtered, and morphological treatment. The algorithm based on artificial intelligence and pattern recognition is used to mark the target landslide in the video screen and confirm whether the landslide is normal. The landslide video monitoring system realizes the remote monitoring and control of the mobile side, and provides a quick and easy monitoring technology.

Drinking water sources play an important role in assurance of life safety, normal production and social stability. In this paper, a real-time remote water quality monitoring and early warning system has been developed. The paper concentrates on the system architecture and key techniques of the real-time water quality monitoring and early warning. The implementation of the system by advanced water quality sensor techniques, wireless transmission, databases and water quality modeling is retraced in detail. It can be applied to the real-time remote monitoring of water quality and decision support for water pollution incidents.
