Aiming at the problems of vibration and noise appeared in the work of lifting the skip underframe of the mine, a parameterized model of the underframe of skip is established by taking advantage of UG. And a finite element modal analysis is done by leading 3D model into the ANSYS, and the credibility of the finite element model is verified by combining the modal test. On the basis of comparing the characteristics of the external excitation frequency, the dynamic characteristics of the underframe of skip are evaluated and the structure is optimized. The results of the optimization indicate that: not only the modal frequency of the first eight orders of the ship underframe has avoided the range of external excitation frequency, with a smooth mode of vibration, avoiding the occurrence of sympathetic vibration effectively, but it has lost a weight of 10.6%, achieving an improvement of the hoisting capacity of the skip equipment. This research is of important reference to the technical transformation of skip equipment for some mine enterprise.

Aiming at the problem of intense vibration of the long pipeline delivering coal slime in the power plant, the finite element model of pipeline is established and modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS. The natural frequency and vibration characteristics of axial vibration are obtained. The vibration characteristics are studied and different pipe segments that produce bigger vibration very easily in operation are determined. Theoretical guidance about pipeline vibration under the external load for further analysis is provided.

In order to attenuate the deformation of spray boom, a finite element model built based on ANSYS, according to the reasults of numerical modal analysis and modal texting, the reliability of the finite element model was affirmed. Then, an isolator was introduced between spray boom and frame, a frame-isolator-spray boom model was built in ADAMS. The effect of the isolators which have different parameters was research, the reasult shows: The isolator has much effect on attenuating spray booms deformation, the stiffness of isolators spring dampers has little effect on spray booms deformation, but the damping of isolators spring dampers has effect on spray booms deformation.

The CAD software was used to establish 3D model of frame of dump truck, and the finite element model was established through Hyper Mesh. The stress distributions of the frame in vertical accelerating, turning, twisting and climbing conditions were computed through finite element software when the dump truck was loaded 80t. The result is consistent with the actual situation of the frame, which proved that the approach of finite element analysis is feasible. And we proposed the improved method of the frame according to finite element results.

Based on Solidworks software, the three-dimensional model of two wheels scooter is set up. The finite element model of two wheels scooter is generated. Modal analysis of driving system and telescopic mechanism of bar on two wheels scooter is investigated. The first five orders natural frequency and major modes of driving system and telescopic mechanism of bar are clarified. The method and the result can be used as a reference of dynamic design and lay foundation for calculation and analysis of dynamic response for the two wheels scooter.

The quality of high speed machining is directly related to dynamic characteristics of spindle-toolholder interface. The paper established normal and tangential interactions of BT spindle-toolholder interface based on finite element contact theory, and analysed free modal in Abaqus/Standard. Then the result was compared with the experimental modal analysis. It shows that the finite element model is effective and could be applied in the future dynamic study of high-speed spindle system.

In order to know about the damping characteristics of leaf spring in the actual working conditions, the finite element model was build with large deformation, interleaf friction and contact considered simultaneously. In the single sinusoidal excitation, the effects of different friction coefficient, amplitude and excitation frequency on the hysteresis and damping characteristics of leaf spring were studied. Many results were reached in the paper. It provided the references for researching the vibration characteristics of leaf spring further in the nonlinear states.

With the spindle system of a vertical gantry machining center as the research object, based on the vibration theory and finite element method, the modal analysis of spindle system is studied. Firstly, the finite element models of the mandrel box body and motorized spindle frame of spindle system are established by ANSYS. And then do the modal analysis of singleton in the boundary of free constraint. Lastly, based on the analysis results to establish the finite element model of the whole spindle system and do the modal analysis of the whole system which under constraint condition. The result shows that the swing of motorized spindle frame and motorized spindle sleeve of spindle system are more obvious.

Fatigue rupture is the major reason of crankshaft parts failure. Traditional fatigue analysis is fairly complicated and causes a great error. The finite element model of s195 engine crankshaft is created under SolidWorks environment, whose static analysis and fatigue analysis is carried out by using Simulation module. Also the vibration character of the crankshaft is calculated through modal analysis. Result shows the fatigue strength of the crankshaft is enough and it will not produce resonance in operation.
