In conventional continuous casting secondary cooling water control method on the basis of the proposed adaptive control strategy for water distribution.According to the production characteristics of slab continuous casting machine, the establishment of a dynamic soft reduction model of secondary cooling water control system and online. by introducing water distribution model and control system implementation, Through the adjuster to optimize performance, make the water distribution system in less money subject to meet the technical requirements of good results. Simulation and application of results showed that the effectiveness of the proposed model and control algorithms, speed control system for the disturbance has a good target temperature following the performance.

Efficient secondary cooling water control level slab continuous casting process and quality are closely related. Casting solidification heat transfer model is the basis of process control and optimization, heat transfer model based on determining the secondary cooling system is the most widely used method for casting production process can be simulated. However, when considering the many factors affecting the production and input conditions change significantly, real-time and strain of this method is not guaranteed. Therefore, the artificial intelligence optimization algorithms such as genetic algorithms, neural networks, fuzzy controllers, introducing continuous casting secondary cooling water distribution and dynamics of optimal control methods, the rational allocation of caster secondary cooling water and dynamic control is important.

The article is devoted to calculations of load on rollers of a curvilinear continuous casting machine during bending of the ingot in the levelling section. The calculation takes into account the elastic and plastic characteristics of metal and the flexibility of the roller apparatus. Determination of load on rollers together with meeting other requirements such as reducing the cooling water consumption, minimizing the energy consumption enables optimizing the technology of slab cooling in the secondary cooling zone (SCZ) and obtaining metal of the required quality.

This paper focus on the water distribution of secondary cooling for beam blank continuous casting process. Analysis of the influencing factors and initial determination method for important parameters of secondary cooling water, including specific water, water ratio in each secondary cooling zoon and the amount of water in outer arc, inner arc and sider at one secondary cooling zoon. After that, according to the simulation heat transfer process of the secondary cooling, to improve the secondary cooling system is given. This work provides a reference to the development of secondary cooling system.

Natural gas heaters are widely used in gas-fired power plants to meet the combustion needs and to improve the combustion efficiency. For the control features and technical requirements of the natural gas heater, the computer automatic control system for natural gas heater has been designed,and realizes the temperature and liquid level real time measurement and control. The system increases significantly the control accuracy of natural gas temperature, eliminates potential unsafety and improves production efficiency.
