Land consolidation has played an important role in improving land utilization rate , ecological environment and the sustainable utilization of land resources. It has significant function to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of land consolidation scientifically, reasonably and effectively. This article discusses the definition and function of land consolidation and the significance of comprehensive benefit evaluation. ANP method is introduced in comprehensive benefit evaluation. Combined with the selection principle of evaluation indices, the evaluation index system was obtained, based on which, we established the evaluation model. Using the ANP method, a wealth of uncertain, fuzzy and random factors involved in evaluation process as well as interaction of the factors can be analyzed and treated reasonably. The instance analysis of Gaoyan Mountain land consolidation project proves the correctness of the model and the practicality of the ANP method, which has significant reference value for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land consolidation project in the arid areas of northwest China.

Combined heat and power generation is also called the heating reconstruct project, comprehensive benefit evaluation of heating reconstruction project provide a more scientific basis for project construction and project operation, strengthen scientificalness for decision-making , avoid investing blindly and improve investing returns of the project. To begin with, it is emphasize on the analysis of the project whole, and then established evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model based on financial and non-financial data collecting of the project. At the third, evaluating the financial feasibility, project environmental benefit and social benefit evaluation of the heating reconstruction project. Eventually, it comes to a conclusion for a validation of heating reconstruction project feasibility.

Facing the current complex operation and management situation, power grid companies must improve the level of precision investment and improve the efficiency of project input and output. Based on the different goals of project investment, this paper uses comprehensive benefit evaluation methods to carry out micro-investment demand analysis from the project dimension, builds a quantitative evaluation index system for comprehensive benefits of power grid projects based on effectiveness contribution evaluation, and combines the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the index weights. Analyze the contribution degree of each project to the power grid after it is put into production through indicators, and realize the priority ranking of power grid investment projects according to the comprehensive benefit evaluation score of the project. The research results can provide reference and reference for improving the output efficiency of power grid investment projects.

Interconnection of transnational power grids plays an important role in realizing the optimal allocation of energy resources. It can also deepen regional economic cooperation, achieve energy conservation and emission reduction, and improve people’s livelihood. This paper constructs a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for transnational power networking projects which is suitable for the four stakeholders of investors, international lending institutions, sending-oriented states, and receiving-oriented states. Therefore, on the basis of this index system, this paper adopted the weight determination method based on the order relation method and Gini coefficient method to synthesize subjective and objective information. Then the comprehensive benefit evaluation of such projects was carried out by matter-element extension model with grey relational projection value. Therefore, the problem with the Euclid approach degree leading to a low discrimination of many samples to be evaluated was effectively solved. The final empirical analysis results showed that the focus and evaluation results of the comprehensive benefits of such projects from the perspective of different stakeholders were quite different. The results of comprehensive benefit evaluation will improve the accuracy of decision-making and the objectivity of evaluation, so as to provide decision-making references for different stakeholders.

Land consolidation project mainly includes the flat land, irrigation and drainage, roads, farmland protection and ecological environment conservation and so on. Land leveling project is the key project construction of land consolidation project. The ground slope, soil type, ridge height, labor wage, material price and bulldozing transportation distance are the main factors affecting the land leveling project investment. In this paper, it was mainly analyzed for the engineering characteristic and the change regularity of engineering characteristics among ground slope, ridge height, additional land area and the field width. And the factor of influencing land leveling project investment was put forward, which can provide a certain reference value for the management of land consolidation project budget funds.

With the increasing demand for clean and low-carbon energy, high proportion of renewable energy has been integrated into the receiving-end grid. The grid-side energy storage project can ensure the safe and stable operation of the grid, but it still faces many problems, such as high initial investment, difficult operation and maintenance, unclear profit model, lack of business mode. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of energy storage projects in order to guide the sustainable development of large-scale energy storage projects and power system. By studying the technical and economic characteristics of energy storage, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system from four dimensions of energy efficiency, economic, social, and environmental benefit. Combined with typical business modes and determining the subdivision index system of different modes, the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of grid-side commercial storage project based on Fuzzy-Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach is established. Empirical analysis of a 100-megawatt storage project is carried out to evaluate the project benefits comprehensively, the potential problems of the market development and business mode of the grid-side large-scale storage project are discussed, and the future development orientation and suggestions are put forward.

In Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, we conducted an experimental study to evaluate the root morphology and crop yield for the intercropping of maize and cotton. Due to the shading effect of maize and the reduced root surface area of cotton root system, intercropped cotton yield was smaller (14.7%) than monoculture cotton yield. By contrast, intercropped maize with cotton yield was higher than monoculture maize yield. Compared with typical production of each crop separately, intercropping of maize and cotton showed several benefits: increased the land utilization rate, with a land equivalent ratio (LER) greater than 1; and increased the root length, root surface area, and light interception in maize, which contributed to an increase in maize yield.
