The development of modern construction technologies requires the development of efficient building materials with a unique property set and the improvement of existing ones. Fiber-reinforced concrete is one of the types of effective composites that meets the specified requirements, ensuring the structures operation reliability. The difficulty of achieving its maximum physical and mechanical characteristics is due to the complexity of the fiber equal distribution in the concrete matrix. Studies aimed at the optimization of the formulation and technological manufacture parameters of fiber-reinforced fine concrete, have revealed that from the perspective of obtaining products with optimal physical and mechanical characteristics, it is most feasible to introduce the agglutinant sand (cement + sand) of pre-prepared suspension from fibers, water of mixing and naphthalene formaldehyde plasticizer. Optimal dosages of input products were also revealed (basalt fiber, cement, plasticizer), which made it possible to create mixes of fine concrete and products based on it with class B25-B60 for compressive strength and Btb2,8-Btb6,0 for bending, frost resistance not less than F300.

From the viewpoint of control theory is given the synthesis of building materials. A control of structure and properties of the material is carried by changing the relevant technological parameters. Material is regarded as an object of control in mathematical modeling. The model is presented as a solution to the Cauchy problem for an ordinary differential equation fourth-order. The synthesis is based on parametric identification of mathematical models. The parameters are typical points of the kinetic processes of the formation of physical and mechanical characteristics of the material. Among them: roots of the characteristic polynomial; inflection points; the extreme points, etc. Applications of this approach to the synthesis of building materials for special purposes are given.

Experimental and laboratory research into residual physical and mechanical characteristics of historical masonry structures (GAČR 2008; Witzany 2008), in particular the determination of residual strength and modulus of elasticity in compression, included research oriented towards the effect of moisture and porosity on the respective characteristics of masonry units – bricks, sandstone and arenaceous marl. Partial results published in (Witzany et al. 2008) and in this paper testify to the need for further research into the effects of porosity, moisture and chemism on the development of characteristics of building materials applied on historical structures.

Introduction. Methodological approaches and validation of the emergence of a new transdisciplinary area -geonics, which is considered as the art of applying knowledge of the inorganic world, are presented.Materials and methods. The concept of technogenic metasomatism as a stage in the evolution of building materials, characterized by the adaptation of the composite to changing conditions is formulated. The Law of affinity of structures, which consists in the selection of raw materials for a composite with similar physical and mechanical characteristics, is described.Results. The examples of non-traditional raw materials use in the areas of construction materials science (intelligent composites, restoration mixtures) and architecture (the building of the Belarusian Potash Company in Belarus, the 'Reflection of the mineral’ building in Japan, the design concept of the monument to the Kursk magnetic anomaly) are presented.Discussion and conclusions. It is proved that the development of a transdisciplinary approach to geonics will improve the comfort of human stay in the environment.

The problem of increasing the bearing capacity of the base is an relevant problem in modern geotechnical construction. When significant loads are transmitted to the base, the use of traditional technologies is not always justified. Often there is an urgent need to use non-standard ways to strengthen the bases. In many cases, the geotechnical situation is aggravated by the presence of weak underlying layers with unstable physical and mechanical characteristics in engineering-geological sections. When strengthening such bases with the help of traditional piles, the latter can get negative friction, which significantly reduces their bearing capacity on the ground, sometimes reaching zero values. This may lead to additional precipitations of the objects being constructed and constructed in the zone of geotechnical influence. The use of ERT piles in most cases successfully solves many complex geotechnical problems.

The paper considers possibilities of using a hybrid fabric made of high-modulus carbon yarn brand ZhGV and high-strength aramid yarns brand Rusar-NT for polymer composites reinforcement. The results of studies of the physical and mechanical characteristics of hybrid composite material and values of the implementation of the strength and elasticity carbon fibers and aramid module for composite material are presented.
