In order to search for the future technological strategy about the high-temperature materials including the coating systems with superior environmental performance, historical archives have been made on the research reports of the JSPS 123rd Committee; about Heat-Resisting Materials and Alloys, for more than 50 years. According to the historical and economic backgrounds associated with a variety of the fuel utilization, the environment-resistant materials have been developed to apply skillfully against different kinds of aggressive environments. Furthermore, future prospects of the corrosion-resistant materials and coating systems were attempted from the viewpoints of both the global environment protection and the energy saving and/or new energy development which must contribute for a prevention of the global warming.

Environment protection, like a new religion consists of: environmental programmes, objectives and targets, training, incentive schemes, audit frequency, site inspections, administration and community relations. This paper presents the main environmental performance indicators. They should therefore be cost-effective and appropriate to the size and type of organization and its needs and priorities. Organizations should make the optimum use of the environmental information they collect. To this end the indicators should fulfill the dual purpose of assisting the management of the organization and providing information to stakeholders. In article we present a set of Environmental Performance Indicators (EPI). These indicators should therefore be cost-effective and appropriate to the size and type of organization and its needs and priorities. We present many categories of environmental performance indicators: comparability (indicators should enable a comparison and show changes in the environmental performance); balance between problematic (bad) and prospective (good) areas, continuity (indicators should be based on the same criteria and should be taken over comparable time sections or units); timeliness (indicators should be updated frequently enough to allow action to be taken); clarity (indicators should be clear and understandable).

People in the world are more concerned about environment protection than ever before, which calls for green manufacturing (GM) and industrial ecology. With more eco-industrial parks (EIPs) built up recently in China, this GM, however, is progressively integrated into a ideal framework featuring in economies of scale as well as circular economy, aiming at saving energy, protecting the environment and sustaining economic growth. Jiangxi provincial government commits itself to constructing ten EIPs, one of which is Hengfeng EIP that succeeds both in business & investment invitation and circular economy. Likewise, some of the issues surrounding the environmental performance and resource management require a lot of exploration.

Aiming at the energy waste problem in the modern hotel, hotel intelligent control system applied the PAC, internet communication, touch screen and on-scene communication technology, combined with human-based management mode. Practices substantiate that the system is safe and reliable, presenting good man-machine interactivity, reducing the energy consumption and costs, improving the market competitiveness of the hotel.Modern hotel should the clean production, energy resources’ saving, which is also an important step of environment protection that has been repeatedly asserted. Hotel is a typical representative as for energy consumption. It is estimated that the power consumption in a medium-sized (300 rooms) star hotel open for business, runs up to 500 to 700 KWH annually [1]. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote energy conservation in hotel. "Intelligent hotel energy conservation and environmental protection control system" is built around the concept of energy-saving and consumption reducing. Meanwhile, it surrounds three themes: utilization of new energy, energy efficiency, environment protection. It cherishes an comprehensive modern facility, which include central air-conditioning, boilers, water cycle, lights, intelligent garage and all the installation deserved. Its study is a prospective and practical one.

This paper reports a new four-dimensional energy-saving and emission-reduction chaotic system. The system is obtained in accordance with the complicated relationship between energy saving and emission reduction, carbon emission, economic growth, and new energy development. The dynamics behavior of the system will be analyzed by means of Lyapunov exponents and equilibrium points. Linear feedback control methods are used to suppress chaos to unstable equilibrium. Numerical simulations are presented to show these results.

With the proposal of a sustainable development strategy, the development of new energy is accelerating day by day. The impact of new energy on economic growth has become increasingly apparent. Therefore, this article will analyse the characteristics and development status of new energy. This article focuses on the analysis of the development of new energy in China, including the current data on wind energy and biomass energy in China, so as to put forward the influence factors of the development of new energy on economic construction. At the same time, it also proposed a new energy development strategy centred on economic growth. The purpose of this article is to guide the coordinated development of new energy development and economic growth.

Solar energy development at the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) is concerned with reducing the cost of photovoltaic (PV) systems by promoting low cost, high efficiency solar cell manufacturing technology and photovoltaic system demonstations. The first involves reducing the cost of solar cell modules by producing better silicon materials and improving fabrication techniques. A number of demonstration systems are in operation.
