The emergence of coronavirus led to evident consequences for the global economy. During the previous financial crisis, organisations have already determined the elements of crisis management so they could met the new corona crisis readily. Global changes, like the current pandemic situation, provide a different view toward the future expectations. The pandemic has caused new way of functioning under special circumstances such as various restrictions in many European countries, restrictions on people’s mobility and other novelties that have encountered for the first time. Characteristics of this crisis include novelty and pressure in a business environment, which can reveal various vulnerabilities in organisations. Managers were affected by major business changes, and there appeared a need for rapid reorganisation of the current way of functioning. Management had to introduce new control systems that refer to their strategies for exchanging information and decision-making. In general, each crisis is a new opportunity for seeking modern and appropriate models and tools for business improvement. When business situations are challenging, managers are more oriented toward controlling. Therefore, organisations that focus on traditional management models are not very successful in normal circumstances, and even less so in a crisis. This study aims to examine the extent of the structure and function of management control systems in pandemic conditions in Croatian organisations. An overview of current systems in organizations was given, as well as management challenges of the pandemic situations. This study includes the analysis of management control system during the pandemic times. The research was conducted using survey method what referred to analyses of strategic plans, performance evaluation systems, and management controls for performance evaluation in Croatian organisations. The factor analysis of the main components was conducted in order to examine the contribution of predictor variables in explaining the broad-scope management control system. In order to examine the contribution of gender, age, work experience, education, company size, aggregation, timeliness, and integration for explaining of broad-scope the management control system hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. The results confirm that integration is significant predictor in the crisis controlling model, but at the same time, when the integration and timeliness should have positive connection, greater timeliness does not increase to the greater availability. This withdraws the conclusion that uncertainty of environment extents the speed of business processes. Despite of the equal integration during pandemic crises the remote working conditions caused the decrease of the promptness of reporting collected information, which requires new models of controlling in unpredictable situations.

There are various architectures that allow a distributed system that have been extensively tested in a business environment, with the purpose of having high availability. This infrastructure allows us a rapid deployment and a lower load on the network, rapid development among others. The present work aims to build software modules for a mini-service architecture, under a REST API managed by NestJs, sharing a Mongo database. General Objective: Implement the use of the architecture of miniservices in the development of the modules of resource management, control and monitoring of projects for the linking system between TecNM incubators and society in general. Specific: 1. Represent the processes using BPMN (Business Management Process). 2. Analyze the functional requirements of the resource module and service monitoring. 3. Design the architecture of miniservices. 4. Design the mini-services for the management of the resource module database and service monitoring. 5. Develop the mini-service for managing the resource module database and service monitoring. 6. Develop the mini-service for the management of the resource module and service monitoring. Methodology. To carry out this project, the SCRUM methodology is used, since for its development the participants were divided into two teams, due to the extension of the computer system. And SCRUM is characterized by offering a methodological framework of work that allows managing collaboration between various teams. As well as offering great adaptability to modifications on designs or previous coding, a very important point in this case, since we are working on a topic that is current and there is no previous experience, which generates constant tests and changes. SCRUM has another essential characteristic in this development, that it is designed for projects with a high level of uncertainty, as is our case, where the architecture of miniservices will be tested and the degree of improvements it provides will be identified. For all the above, this work has been carried out following the stages set by SCRUM, namely: 1.- Sprint planning. 2.- Stage of development. 3.- Sprint review. 4.- Feedback. Contribution. With this work, experience is provided in the configuration of an architecture that supports rapid development, decoupled, reusable and with the possibility of migrating to a microservice architecture..

This study is conducted to: 1) test and analyze the influence of educational level on financial report quality; 2) test and analyze the influence of work experience on financial report quality; 3) test and analyze the influence of accounting information system on financial report quality. This type of research i.e. research with quantitative data sources in this study is the primary data. Population in this study is all employees employed in district financial department in Surakarta with the sample amounted of 30 employees, where all population was taken as sample. The technique in this study use the question form. The data analysis in a linear regression multiple series program spss for windows version 17.0. From data analysis known that the variabel work experience (H2) and accounting information system comprehension (H3) have influence on financial report quality, and the educational level (H1) variable has no influence on financial report quality, with in the regression coefficient values show that showed a negative value i.e. t count-0.985 and significant value of 0.334
