Introduction: the authors study the possibility of the global regulation of the labor market. To highlight the topic the article presents the opinions of two experts. Methods: comparison, description, classification. The subjects of the study are international treaties ratified within the framework of international organizations and pools, statistical data. Analysis: economic, social, political and other changes constantly occur in the modern world. It influences the emergence of new forms of competitive ability, pursuit to new opportunities of profit, restructuring of industry, production units, mobility of the workforce, migration flows and formation of new communities, social and cultural relations. In such conditions it is important to observe labor and other social rights of employees, guarantees of labor unions activity. The article faces the questions of how and in what ways it is possible to develop uniform norms and concepts capable of promoting more fruitful specific state cooperation in the common interests of managing the labor market. Results: professor M. Ricceri pays attention to the fact that global competition «stresses» the growing importance of institutional factors to regulate the labor market, namely the applicable laws and rules regulating the conduct of more important participants of the development process: government, system of business, employees and labor unions. Their experience shows that improving of economy and social welfare and also promotion of sustainable growth ultimately depends on the capability to adapt institutes, norms and conduct globally. These are the problems which should be solved by integration and management decision. Professor I. V. Shesteryakova points out that nowadays labor legal integration of states is a process of mutual adaptation of labor legislation of the states through rapprochement, harmonization and unification based on international legal rules. Thus it is possible to work out uniform notions and approaches to manage the global labor law in the framework of labor legal geo-integration.

Sustainable economic growth requires a system for forecasting the in-demand skills and competencies. The existing methods of analysis and forecasting of the labor market use truncated databases based on surveys of employers or registered vacancies on the state portal, which do provide reliable forecasts of the required competencies for the education system to ensure their timely formation. It is also impossible to analyze the need in terms of competencies, and not the number of employees. Therefore, a more reliable source of data is the analysis of vacancies and resumes collected by scraping from online job portals, which allows you to analyze vacancies and resumes in the context of the described competencies, and develop a forecast of their dynamics. The article presents an algorithm for using artificial intelligence in the analysis and forecasting of skills and competencies in demand, the advantages of which lie not only in the volume and speed of the processed information, but also in ensuring the quality and comparability of data.

Balancing sustainable growth requires poverty to be reduced. The paper is aimed at determining under which conditions growth can be considered pro-poor. Own approaching to the definition of pro-poor growth is suggested. It allows identifying the growth factors, which directly reduce poverty. Furthermore, it analyses two transmission mechanisms through which growth can reduce poverty; a labor market and local redistribution. It reveals barriers in poverty reduction thus pointing at necessary state intervention. It also helps to evaluate if the sectors of strongest foreign direct investments contribute to poverty reduction. The hypotheses suggested in the paper are verified on a base of data from two sources: the Polish Household Budget Surveys and Local Data Bank offered by the Central Statistical Office of Poland for a period of 2005-2011. To identify the direct effects of growth on poverty reduction through labor market and local redistribution, we apply mediation models. Estimations of panel data models are used to assess dependence of poverty on economic growth and its factors, and relationships in the mediation models.

Introduction. The article analyzes the current trends of the global and domestic market of online education. It is established that the modern market of online education is characterized by the active development of micro-learning; promotion of mobile learning; the use of artificial intelligence in EdTech; the close link between training and employment; increasing the target market for companies working in the direction of career-long learning; demand for practices of mutual, or cross-learning, (p2p-learning); leading positions of educational companies in the development of modern EdTech; low prevalence of virtual and augmented reality (AR and VR) in the development of online education; ineffective use of gamification in online education; the popularity of project-based learning; the close connection of online learning with talent development practices; growth of the LMS market (learning management systems); sustainable growth of the corporate segment of online education; the spread of more innovative educational practices than asynchronous (self-paced) learning. Goal is to study the educational trajectory of man in the XXI century and determine the influence of behavioral factors on it. Results. Modern incentives for the development of the online education market in Ukraine are highlighted: outdated educational base, military conflict in eastern Ukraine, recognition by some universities of distance learning as a separate form of education, development of Internet technologies, changing qualification requirements in the labor market, reducing the value of traditional education. the role of universities in the socialization of individuals, the lack of territorial affiliation, the introduction of quarantine measures. The priority directions of construction of the educational trajectory of the person are generalized and the influence of behavioral factors on it is determined. It was found that the key aspects that individuals focus on when building an educational trajectory are: the desire to quickly enter the labor market, spreading the practice of mastering lucrative professions without significant material and time costs for training, increasing educational opportunities through the introduction of distance learning abroad and domestic institutions. It is proved that behavioral factors have a significant impact on determining the educational trajectory of a person. Therefore, the identification and regulation of such influences accelerates the effective adaptation of man to the changing conditions of the labor market and the market of educational services, as well as allows to effectively build and adjust its educational trajectories.
