The key of success in terms of hotel industry is the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) determined by each hotel. This efforts important for the guests, so that visitors feel satisfied, comfortable and have willingness to return to visit a hotel. Room service at Natya Hotel, Tanah Lot has have implemented their SOP, but there are several obstacles when implementing it. This study aims to examine the constraints faced in the implementation of Room service department task in Natya Hotel, in order to see the professionalism of room service man. This research used a qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation techniques, interviews, documentation and also literature studies. The results of the study revealed the SOP that was run at Natya Hotel in the room service department are receiving orders from the telephone, making captain orders, preparing equipment, orders being delivered to guest rooms. The obstacles faced in implementing the SOP are namely less amount of staffs and language barrier. Keywords: Standard Operating Procedure, Room Service, Hotel

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the policy of providing performance allowance to employees at the Secretariat of the General Elections Commission (GEC) Kota Ternate, as well as their supporting and obstacle factors. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by using case study. The research data were obtained from informants who were respondents, ranging from staff to officials at the Secretariat of the General Elections Commission Kota Ternate. The results of the study showed that although the implementation of the performance allowance was already running  there were still some deviations in its management, namely: 1) no socialization or training was held on the management of performance allowance involving GEC Kota Ternate; 2) there is no appointment of a performance allowance management officer, namely the Performance Allowance Management Officer or the control book Management Officer, therefore, it happens overlap working  with routine treasurer; 3) there is not a standard operating procedure (SOP) as an assessment standard that aims to provide an assessment and sanctions against employees who do not carry out their duties and functions.

Medical records are an important part of the treatment of patient health, one form of service in each public health facilities is the distribution of medical record files. Based on research conducted at Hospital X Bandung, in the distribution of medical records the system used has not fully used electronic, the data entered into the application will then be searched manually by the officer for further medical record files distributed to each polyclinic concerned. The purpose of this study is to find out how the distribution of outpatient medical records at Hospital X Bandung using descriptive qualitative research methods that are research that aims to explain and describe the on distributing outpatient medical record documents with subjects in this study is an outpatient medical record document at Hospital X Bandung while the object in this study is the medical record officer in the distribution and filing. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the distribution of medical record files has been quite effective and in accordance with the standard of time that has been set and Standard Operating Procedure that has been made despite some problems and constraints that always occur at the time of distribution of medical records, one of them is the application system used errors or buffering, the code on each polyclinic is sometimes confused with each other, but the officers can solve the problem.

This study aims to compare the productive zakat program between Baznas Surakarta City and Lazismu Surakarta City and to study the disadvantages and advantages of these zakat institutions in distributing productive zakat. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data obtained by in-depth interviews with representatives of zakat and mustahik institutions. Sources of data obtained through literature related to productive zakat. The results of this study indicate that Baznas and Lazismu Surakarta City have differences between the distribution of productive zakat; mustahik criteria; muzakki criteria; zakat fund collection; distribution of zakat funds: and assistance to mustahik. The types of assistance given to the mustahik are both in the form of business capital and means of production. The productive zakat program run by the two zakat institutions has been very effective in helping and increasing the income of the previous mustahik, and some mustahik have become hypocrites. The difference between the two zakat institutions is based on the background of the establishment and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of zakat institutions, so that it becomes the hallmark of the two institutions in the practice of productive zakat funds to mustahik; become a reference for muzakki to distribute their zakat; and guide mustahiks to choose zakat institutions that are suitable for their business.

Archives needed to be managed properly because archives have a very important role for the life of an institution/organization so that if there were someone who needed them, the archives could be provided quickly and accurately. The objectives of this research were to analyze the management of population document archives at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pariaman City in connection with the creation, arrangement, storage, and discovery of archives; to analyze the obstacles in managing the population document archives; and to formulate the solutions (efforts) that could be done in overcoming problems or obstacles encountered by the archive manager. This was a qualitative research. The finding of this study indicated that the current management of population document archives at Pariaman City was not optimal and has not been implemented properly so that the management system needed to be improved. It was necessary to establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the field of archiving so that activities for archiving could be well controlled.

This study aims to determine the policy process of rescheduling as one of the efforts to handle problematic financing and Islamic legal views, especially the Islamic economy towards rescheduling policy as one of the efforts to handle problematic financing in BMT UGT Sidogiri Capem Pesanggaran Banyuwangi district. This type of research is a case study that is testing in detail against one background or one subject or one document storage or a particular event with research data collected both from interviews, observations, and documentation with interactive model analysis. The results of the research show that the policy of distillation is one way to handle problematic financing, where the problem conditions that exist in BMT arise from various aspects, both from the aspects of customers, employees, and nature. Besides that, the rescheduling process at BMT UGT Sidogiri Pesem Pesanggaran is by the procedures and provisions of sharia using the kafalah agreement and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that is in the cooperative or non-cooperative.

LPG X Depot has three main functions to receive, store, and distribute LPG 3 kg to SPPBE, SPBE, and agencies. The distribution of LPG 3 kg has increased 39.29% during 2012-2016. Therefore, the LPG filling process using unit filling machine (UFM) has experienced high load from year to year. This research has objectives to evaluate the effectiveness of standard operating procedure (SOP) of LPG filling process, to predict LPG 3 kg sales during 2017-2021, and to evaluate the number of UFM needed by LPG X Depot to fulfill the sales during 2017-2021. The research are descriptive qualitative research. The data regarding the effectiveness of LPG filling process SOP and the capacity of UFM were collected throgh observations; whereas the data regarding the sales of LPG during 2012-2016 was collected through documentation. The data was analyzed descriptively. The results show that: (1) the SOP of LPG filling process is effective with the effectiveness rate about 94.44%, (2) there will be a growth for 8.71% per year in the number of LPG 3 kg sales, and (3) there will be a need to add the number of UFM from 7 unit in 2017 to 16 units in 2021 tofulfill the increase of sales. According to data on the recapitulation of orderly violations of certain places of business and businesses at the Civil Service Police Unit of North Jakarta Administrative City, there were 16,220 violations of the prohibition of trade in 2019, far from the violation of the prohibition against buying street vendors merchandises, which were only 5 violators, then this research was conducted to analyze the implementation of the prohibition of buying street vendor merchandises at Koja Subdistrict region, North Jakarta. This research method used descriptive  qualitative  research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants  obtained  by the author, in this study it was found that the DKI Jakarta Government had not widely disseminated to the public of the rules on the prohibition of  buying  street vendor merchandise, there was still  a lack of  personnel for preventing violations,  and the need to revise rules related to a standard operating procedure (SOP) in prosecuting violations on the prohibition of buying street vendor merchandises
