This article presents a general and normative overview of the Local Educational Project (PEL), its characteristics, structure, management and implementation as a local educational management instrument. In the same way, we point out some reflections in this regard and share a brief description of its development in the Huancavelica region (Peru).   El presente artículo presenta un panorama general y normativo sobre Proyecto Educativo Local (PEL), sus características, estructura, gestión y puesta en marcha como instrumento de gestión educativa local. De igual manera, señalamos algunas reflexiones al respecto y compartimos una breve descripción de su desarrollo en la región Huancavelica (Perú).

Este texto é um recorte da monografia realizada no Curso de Especialização em Gestão Educacional, relacionada ao Programa Mais Educação e ao projeto político-pedagógico. No referencial teórico partimos da ideia pioneira de educação integral na concepção de Anísio Teixeira, além dos fundamentos de Lück (2000, 2006), Veiga (2004) e Gadotti (2000). Objetivou-se analisar e identificar de que modo a união entre esses dois pontos pode interferir de modo qualitativo na formação dos estudantes. Nos resultados considera-se que mesmo não encontrando uma articulação entre o PME e o PPP da escola, o Programa tem aceitação na comunidade escolar, cumprindo o papel que se propõe: atender as crianças em situação de vulnerabilidade e acompanhamento da aprendizagem escolar.Palavras-chave: Programa Mais Educação, projeto político-pedagógico, educação integral. ARTICULATION PROGRAM MORE EDUCATION WITH POLITICAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECT: CONTRIBUTIONS IN FORMATION OF PUPILSAbstractThis text is an excerpt of the monograph held at Specialization in Educational Management which is related to the More Education Program and political-pedagogical project. In the theoretical framework, we start from the pioneering idea of Integral Education in designing Teixeira, beyond the fundamentals of Lück (2000, 2006), Veiga (2004) and Gadotti (2000). This study aimed to analyze and identify how the union between these two points can interfere qualitatively in the training of students. In the results it is considered that even not finding a link between the SMEs and the school of the PPP, the program has acceptance in the school community, fulfilling the role that it proposes: to assist children in vulnerability and monitoring of school learning situation.Key-words: More education program, political-pedagogical project, integral education.

Una de las formas de agrupación dentro de los centros de altos estudios, para la gestión de los recursos humanos, que posibiliten el trabajo estratégico, sistémico, humano y eficiente lo constituyen las Facultades Universitarias. El análisis incursiona en algunas reflexiones teóricas sobre la gerencia universitaria por facultades en la actualidad, retomando publicaciones especializadas en dirección empresarial y educativa; así como la experiencia de las autoras en este desempeño. Concluye que la dirección universitaria tiene un valor metodológico significativo al establecer que ésta solo tiene sentido si se relaciona íntimamente y responde al objeto de estudio de la pedagogía, es decir al proceso de formación integral de las personas. ABSTRACT University Faculties constitute one of the ways of grouping within higher education centers for the management of human resources to make strategic, systemic, human and efficient work possible. This analysis involves some theoretical thoughts on university management held by faculties, retaking specialized publications in business and educational management, as well as the experience of more than four decades of the author of this paper. The analysis concludes that university direction has a significant methodological value and it establishes that it makes sense if it is closely related to the object if study of pedagogy, that is, to the people´s integral formation process.
