Problem and goal. Within the framework of the study, based on the data of the Workplace Learning Report study, specialists from the USA, Canada and other countries, the transformation of corporate training over the past decades was analyzed, the main problems and challenges of companies/enterprises in the process of additional professional training of employees and ways to solve them were identified. The main problems of corporate training at the present time, as in the past, include budget deficit and search for free intervals in the schedules of employees for educational sessions. And the solution was the growth of online training, the use of online platforms, which made it easier to find time in the sche- dule of employees for training, create opportunities for flexible editing of educational content, and for managers it was easier to evaluate additional professional training thanks to the control tools built into online platforms. Methodology. However, it turned out that not all age categories of employees are ready to expand online training: older age workers prefer traditional or mixed training, as opposed to young people. Results. The study found that the degree of digitalization correlates with the size of the company: the comparative effectiveness of digital tools for additional professional education increases with the scale of the system in which they are applied: a deployed digital educational platform requires very few resources to expand to new branches and employees, rather than classical educational formats that require personal participation of teaching staff. Conclusion. The main trends in the development of corporate training in the coming years are described.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the nature of secondary education and encouraged teaching through blended and e-learning. This article explores how the author integrated concepts he previously applied in tertiary education and corporate training, particularly Finks Taxonomy of Significant Learning and P3 Task Taxonomy, through blended and e-Learning to a secondary education context. These ideas developed into a teaching methodology for a business curriculum and were delivered in an international Christian school in Cambodia. The teaching methodology helped streamline curriculum development, adapt to the changing conditions, and improve overall lesson delivery. The study recommends that the teaching methodology be explored further and be developed as a framework to support new and developing teaching staff.

The globalization of business and the consequent exposure to global competition, besides the economic and social changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic made the Training & Development (T&D) sector increasingly important for professionals in the corporate environment. In this sense, managing stakeholders and a portfolio of clients, as well as analyzing the relationship between customer and service, are necessary and strategic for the success of professional training organizations. This paper aims to support the strategic process of portfolio formation of T&D courses offered by a company in the Information Technology (IT) training sector in Brazil, through the application of the ELECTRE-MOr multicriteria sorting method. We have obtained a categorization of several courses, aiming to define which ones should be prioritized, maintained, or discarded by the company’s management. The results showed that, among the analyzed courses, only 17% should be prioritized, 61% maintained, and 22% discarded by the company.

Abstract. The methodology used was a documentary-bibliographic review which included articles indexed in databases such as Scopus, Dialnet, Sport Discus, WoS, EBSCO, Redalyc, among others, between the years 2005-2019. As the main finding, it was possible to show that the impact of motor skills and the formation of body expression in the teaching role plays a determining role in the life cycle of human beings, since it directly influences both motor development, as in the epistemic conception of the body concept, generating motor consciousness in human beings. AbstractConstruction industry is highly exposed to accidents than other industries. Due to the multi-disciplinary nature of the construction industry, more than one task is required to be performed at the same time. If safety planning is improper, it may lead to serious accidents on-site, directly affecting overall productivity. Recent technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) have the potential to manage safety on the construction site. This study deals with the status check of the awareness of BIM in Indian construction along with benefits, barriers faced in Indian construction. This study also presents the benefits that BIM implementation can bring for safety management. In this study, a questionnaire was designed to ascertain the level of awareness of BIM in the Indian construction industry. The questionnaire was distributed to construction professionals from all over India. A total of 171 valid responses were received from all the corners of India. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences analysis (SPSS) has been used for data analysis. The survey concludes that the Indian construction sector needs to work on the three main aspects that include awareness of BIM and its benefits for organizations, accumulation of BIM in the tertiary education system, and delivering corporate training in construction organizations for a successful realization of benefits by the implementation of BIM.
