The results of the study have shown that when exposed to vibration, changes in cardiac activity occur in rabbits, the nature and direction of which depend on the parameters of the dynamic factor. Vibration with a frequency of 20 Hz causes moderate tachycardia, and 40 and 80 Hz – severe tachycardia. Three months of vibration in the first month of exposure causes tachycardia, and after three months of exposure, bradycardia. There is also a reduction in respiratory movements and a decrease in the activity of the enzyme succinate dehydrogenase.

ABSTRACT Acute changes in glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and isocitrate dehydrogenase activity in the zona glomerulosa of the rat adrenal cortex were induced by peritoneal dialysis with 5 % glucose. Although less clear, the activity of 3β-ol-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase also seemed to increase as well. No changes were seen in the activity of succinate dehydrogenase. Dialysis with 0.9 % NaCl had no effect on any of the enzymes investigated. The possible significance of these observations is discussed.

The objective: studying of features of the psychoemotional and vegetative status at women with placental dysfunction at the previous pregnancy. Patients and methods. Complex clinical-laboratory examination of 89 women, from which was conducted: control group – 42 obstetrically and somatically healthy multipara, delivery through natural patrimonial ways; І group – 47 women with placental dysfunction at the previous pregnancy. Carried out a cardiointervalografia by means of a single-channel electrocardiograph and used a scale questionnaire of a condition of the pregnant woman. Results. It is established that regulation of cardiac rhythm at women at the previous pregnancy happens to placental dysfunction in the conditions of an autonomous contour which controls normal work of heart and vegetative nervous system. Further, there is an expressed strain of regulatory mechanisms that is shown by centralization of management of cardiac activity and sharp rising of activity of sympathetic nervous system. At the final stage influence of the central contour considerably decreases and patofunctionale vegetative equilibrium is again formed. Conclusions. The received results need to be considered when developing tactics of conducting pregnancy at these women. Key words: placental dysfunction, vegetative and psychological status.

When exposed to noise and vibration in experimental animals there was a decrease in the content of threeiodinethyronine, thyroxin and adrenocorticotropic hormone in blood plasma after 15 and 30 days of experience. An increase in loads led to an increase in the level of threeiodinethyronine and thyroxin under vibration exposure and was normalized with noise. The content of adrenocorticotropic hormone leveled in both cases.

Introduction. Vibration disease continues to occupy one of the leading places in the structure of professional pathology. In workers after the termination of contact with vibration generalization and progression of violations in an organism is noted. The pathogenetic mechanisms of the progredient course of disturbances in the nervous system in the post-contact period of vibration exposure remain insufficiently studied. The aim of the study was to test an experimental model of vibration exposure to assess the neurophysiological and morphological effects of vibration in rats in the dynamics of the post-contact period.Materials and methods. The work was performed on 168 white male outbred rats aged 3 months weighing 180–260 g. The vibration effect was carried out on a 40 Hz vibrating table for 60 days 5 times a week for 4 hours a day. Examination of animals was performed after the end of the physical factor, on the 30th, 60th and 120th day of the post-contact period. To assess the long-term neurophysiological and morphofunctional effects of vibration in rats, we used indicators of behavioral reactions, bioelectric activity of the somatosensory zone of the cerebral cortex, somatosensory and visual evoked potentials, parameters of muscle response, morphological parameters of nervous tissue.Results. In the dynamics of the post-contact period observed the preservation of violations of tentatively research, motor and emotional components of behavior. In the Central nervous system instability of activity of rhythms of an electroencephalogram, decrease in amplitude of visual evoked potentials, lengthening of latency of somatosensory evoked potentials, decrease in total number of normal neurons and astroglia is established. In the peripheral nervous system remained changes in indicators: increasing duration and latency, reducing the amplitude of the neuromuscular response. Conclusions: The experimental model allows us to study the long-term neurophysiological and morphological effects of vibration on the body. The formation and preservation of changes in behavioral activity, neurophysiological and morphological effects of vibration from the 30th to the 120th day of the post-contact period were confirmed.
