Background. One of the defining typical clinical and pathogenetic syndromes of the formation and severity of chronic pancreatitis (CP) are the syndromes of endogenous intoxication (SEI) and autonomic (vegetative) dysfunction (VD). We did not find any studies of hematological indices of inflammation and intoxication, and especially in comparison with the parameters of vegetative status in CP, which motivated us to conduct this research work. The purpose of the study was to establish the relationship between hematological indices of inflammation and intoxication and the parameters of the autonomic status of patients with chronic pancreatitis. Materials and methods. We examined 69 patients diagnosed with CP who were treated as out-patient. The following hematological indices were determined: leukocyte intoxication index (LII), adaptation index (IA) with subsequent determination of the type of nonspecific adaptive response, lymphocyte-granulocyte index (ILG). The correlations of LII with the parameters of psycho-emotional state (neuroticism, reactive (RA) and personal (PA) anxiety according to the Eisenk, Spielberger-Khanin questionnaires), VD according to the Wayne questionnaire, and the duration of the disease were studied. Results. 63% of patients with chronic pancreatitis were diagnosed with endogenous intoxication of mild and moderate severity according to the Kalf-Khalif index, which makes it necessary to use drugs aimed at its correction. Significant correlations were established between LII and personal anxiety (direct weak r = 0.23, p <0.05), neuroticism (direct moderate force r = 0.41, p <0.05), autonomic dysfunction (direct weak r = 0,1, p <0,05), duration of the disease (direct weak r = 0,15, p <0,05), structural condition of the pancreas by ultrasound manifestations in points (direct weak r = 0.29, p <0.05), the level of α-amylase of the pancreas (direct medium strength r = 0.30, p <0.05). The obtained results proved the presence of significant interactions between the parameters of inflammation and endotoxicosis with indicators of autonomic status and the state of the pancreas. This makes it necessary to prescribe anti-inflammatory and vegetotropic drugs to patients with CP to enhance protocol treatment. Conclusions. Among patients with CP, favorable adaptive reactions were observed in only 36% of subjects, adverse - in 25%, intermediate - in 39%, and the average value of the adaptation index was - 0.48 ± 0.18, which corresponds to the upper limit of the orientation reaction. This motivates additional prescription of vegetotropic and adaptogenic drugs to such patients with CP. Only in 10% of patients with chronic pancreatitis the general immune response has no deviations from the adequate immune response, in 48% of subjects there is an inability of the immune system to complete inflammation, in 42% - the predominance of autoimmune intoxication, which requires enhanced anti-inflammatory therapy.

Relevance. Assessment of the functional state of the body is one of the leading tasks of physiology. The article deals with the analysis of the initial vegetative status of students with different levels of motor activity. Materials and Methods. Registration and analysis of the heart rate variability was carried out with the help of a modern complex electrophysiological laboratory CONAN - 4.5. The heart activity of students engaged in physical culture within the educational process was evaluated on the basis of heart rate variability analysis. Results and Discussion. It was revealed that among the entire studied array of students (with the differentiation of the initial vegetative status calculated according to muscle tension index), normotonics are characterized by an optimal ratio between the parasympathetic and sympathetic divisions of the autonomic nervous system. At the same time, the value of the coefficient of physical activity in the studied group was determined at the level of 1.730.1. Conclusion. For vagotonics, the value of the triangular index was 2.50.2 conventional units (CU), which confirms the idea of an increase in the influence on the autonomic nervous system. The value for normotonics is 2.20.1 CU. This group was characterized by the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the autonomic nervous system. In sympathicotonics - 1.90.5 CU, which confirms the idea of increasing the influence of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system. In hypersympathicotonics-1.10.4 CU. To ensure adequate functioning of the cardiovascular system and for normal adaptation to physical exertion in students, it is necessary to form a level of motor activity that quantitatively corresponds to a coefficient of physical activity of at least 1.75.

The present research work is vital given the importance of studying risk factors that can cause mortality due to diseases of the circulatory system, especially among population of employable age. Our research aim was to establish what factors might induce developing hypertension based on examining psycho-vegetative status, biochemical and functional parameters of the cardiovascular system in underground workers depending on their age. We examined 109 men who were employed at a chromium mining enterprise and were exposed to occupational and psy-chosocial factors. The patients were divided into two groups; the test group was made up of 60 men who worked under ground under working conditions ranked as “hazardous” and belonging to hazard category 3.3–3.4; the reference group consisted of 49 men who dealt with surface works under working conditions belonging to hazard category 3.2. The test group was further divided into two sub-groups depending on workers’ age: people younger than 45 (n = 20, average age was 38.45 ± 2.95) and people older than (n = 40, average age was 50.90 ± 1.46). The reference group was also divided accordingly. The patients had their psycho-vegetative status examined profoundly with assessing neuropsychic stress, personal and situational anxiety, attention function, and subjective reflection of psycho-vegetative distress. The state of the cardiovascular system (CVS) was examined using results of functional and clinical-laboratory diagnostics. Decreased attention, greater personal anxiety and a greater number of psycho-vegetative complaints were detected authenti-cally more frequently among patients with hypertension (OR 7.50, 95 % CI 2.39–23.58; OR 11.06, 95 % CI 4.35–28.10; OR 22.50; 95 % CI 7.09–71.41). We detected differences in adaptation psycho-vegetative phenotypes between two sub-groups. A correlation between age and working experience and indicators of psycho-vegetative status was established for patients younger than 45 but there was no correlation with homeostasis indicators. There was a negative correlation between age and working experience and some indicators of psycho-vegetative status revealed for patients older than 45; there was a direct correlation between these parameters and certain homeostasis indicators given hypertension diagnosed in 95 % patients in this sub-group. As age and working experience grew, adaptation psycho-vegetative phenotype transformed and the process involved inversion of correlations with psycho-vegetative indicators together with aggravating functional disorders of the CVS. When transformation of this phenotype is diagnosed, it allows assessing risks of developing hypertension and makes for primary hypertension prevention through determining risk groups among workers.

In recent years, negative demographic phenomena are growing in Lviv region as well as in Ukraine on the whole. They are manifested in falling birth rates, rising mortality, rising morbidity which are inextricably linked with ecological imbalance and environmental degradation in general. The aim of our research was to identify the features of the degree of stress of the adaptation mechanisms, vegetative status and functional health (of population) of “radiation-clean” Lviv region and compare the results with the results of FEE of “radiation-contaminated” Vinnytsia and Chernihiv regions. We examined 1592 children of different ages and sexes living in Lviv region with the help of functional-vegetative diagnostics (FVD) of vegetative health by the method of V.G. Makats, which allows us to identify indicators of variance of vegetative levels that act as integral bioindicators of internal homeostasis. The bioelectrical activity of 12 symmetrical pairs of functionally active zones of the skin (24 PHASES), 12 on arms and 12 on legs, which reflect the functional activity of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems was studied. Atmospheric air pollution, drinking water quality, waste accumulation are the main factors that harm the health of the population. Emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere from stationary sources of pollution in Lviv region in 2019 were 16.7% less than in 2018. The overall dynamics of pollutant emissions in 2000-2019 was characterized by a downward trend, from 108.6 thousand tons in 2000 to 88.9 thousand tons in 2019. In 2019, 1.0% more waste was generated in Lviv region than in 2018. In 2019, 858 kg of waste was generated per capita in Lviv region, that is 99 tons per 1 km2. The Lviv region is not included in the radiation control zone of Ukraine and is considered to be «conditionally clean». While studying the variance of vegetative levels and, accordingly, the functional health of children in Lviv region in 2001-2006, we found that in female and male groups vegetative dynamics had a «sympathetic orientation» (critical functional stress of adaptation), so the percentage of surveyed children included in the zone of increase of sympathetic activity fluctuated from 36% in 2006 to 64% in 2004 in the female group under supervision and from 36,5% in 2003 to 55,7% in 2006 in male that is much higher than 15%. of the norms. The critical advantage of «sympathetic dispersion» is not ideal for functional health, but in this situation it indicates the absence of a «radiation component» of the integrated environmental pressure. Functional and ecological examination of Lviv region in 2001-2006 revealed its relation to the zone of «functional protection tension». We noted an opposite situation during long-term observations of the dynamics of functional health of children in Vinnytsia and Chernihiv regions which belong to the 4th zone of state radiation control. In addition, the children living in these regions were characterized by the development of persistent parasympathicotonia (vagotonia). While analyzing the state of functional health of children due to the vegetative coefficient (kV), which characterizes the adaptive potential of the population, it was found that at a rate of kV 0.95-1.05, which corresponds to the vegetative balance, in all gender groups and in all years of observation it is at much higher levels. Its average value ranged from 1.15 in 2002 to 1.30 in 2004 and 1.19 was the overall average for all years of observation. Speaking about children living in Lviv region, there are changes that reflect the imbalance of the autonomic nervous system towards the predominance of sympathetic regulation, accompanied by increased energy needs.Prolonged predominance of sympathetic regulation leads to depletion of energy reserves and, as a consequence, can provoke the emergence and development of diseases of various etiologies.

Infringements of vegetative systems activity was displayed by an oppression of eigotrops link, causing unsufficient vegetative reaction and inadequate vegetative maintenance of activity. Interrelation of character of vegetative reaction with terms of remote period was shown. Influence of age of the children, character of perynatal anamnes, degree of clinical indemnification were revealed.

Chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) in adolescent girls is a common pathology that reduces the quality of life and disrupts their social adaptation. Objective of the research: to study causative factors of CPPS in female adolescents to assess the vegetative status (VS) and autonomic reactivity (AR). Materials and methods: the examination results of 90 girls with CPPS are presented. The VS was investigated using Kerdo index and cardiointervalography. Results: рathology of the urinary system was detected in 12 patients, gynecological dysfunctions were determined in 24 girls, the adhesions of the pelvic organs were registered in 9 girls, and pathology of the gastrointestinal tract was the reason of CPPS in 45 female adolescents. Initial sympathicotonia was found in 63 patients. While AR assessing a predominance of the sympathetic part was recorded in all patients, where hypersympathicotonic AR was registered in 27 girls. Conclusions: CPPS in adolescent girls is combined with sympathicotonic reactivity, and in some cases with hypersymptotic, AR, which requires correction in order to increase the efficacy of treatment of the main disease.

Objective. To study the prerequisites for the development of hypertension based on the manifestation of psychovegetative dysfunction and some changes in the biochemical and functional parameters of CVS in the age aspect. Psychological adaptation of a group of underground miners in conditions of intensive labor was analyzed on the basis of indicators of psycho-vegetative status taking into account the influence of professional and psychosocial factors. In connection with the established diagnosis i.e. arterial hypertension (AH) syndrome, especially in middle-aged persons, it is of interest to study the indicators of psycho-vegetative status in the age aspect and to compare them with some changes in biochemical and functional state of cardiovascular system (CVS) in this contingent of patients. Materials and methods. The results of the study of psycho-vegetative status of 60 underground miners with AH syndrome (age 46.8 2.0 years, experience 22.0 2.4 years) using the method of psychophysiological testing as well as analysis of some clinical, functional and laboratory parameters are presented. Results. The adaptive psycho-vegetative phenotypes in a group of underground workers with AH syndrome in the age aspect were identified. Conclusions. With an increase in the length of service among labor-intensive workers, the characteristics of psycho-vegetative status change qualitatively in the form of elevated anxiety and neuro-psychical stress with a decrease in the function of attention combined with a negative relationship of these parameters with increasing age, that is accompanied by dysfunction of CVS; studying of this aspect allows identifying the prerequisites for the development of hypertension so as to form a risk group in time.

During childhood, the formation and differentiation of the main morphofunctional systems of the body takes place, mechanisms of adaptation to environmental conditions are formed. The adaptive capabilities of junior schoolchildren of the city of Astrakhan at the age of 7 years (of them 17 boys (56,7%) and 13 girls (43,3%) were studied, taking into account their vegetative status.

Purpose: Conduct an analysis of cardiac rhythm variability in the cows of the Jersey breed with a different vegetative status.Materials and methods. Indicators of the electrocardiogram (ECG) and cardiac rhythm variability studied on cows of the Jersey breed (n = 103). For the analysis and removal of ECG, the animal studied used the program «Conan-4.5» in the system of frontal administrations according to the method of P. M. Roshchensky. Clinical research methods were carried out according to the methods of clinical inspection of animals B. V. Ears and included — inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation of the heart area.Results. Among the entire studied array of animals, the largest amount was sympathyone — 50,5%, normotonics — 24,3%, hypersympathicotonics — 16,5%. The smallest amount — vagotonic — 8,7%. For the vagotonic, the respiratory modulation index was 8,16±0,02%, the index of the sympathetic system is 43±0,1%, and the index of slowly wave arrhythmia is 0,8±0,1%. This group of cows parasympathetic (software) prevails over the sympathetic department of the vegetative nervous system. For normotonics, the value of the respiratory modulation index was 4,14±0,03%, the index of the sympathetic system is 96±0,2%, and im is 2,5±0,2%. This group is characterized by an equilibrium state between sympathetic department and VNS. The ids for sympathicotonists amounted to 2,78±0,03%, the index of the sympathetic system is 195±0,2%, and im is 8,2±0,1%. At sympathicotonists, which are characterized by a predominance with VNS above software. The hyper smpathetical respiratory modulation index was 1,34±0,02%, ICAS — 588±0,1%, and im is 11,4±0,3%. In hypersympathicotonists, which are characterized by the predominance of the super-viper vehicle of the vegetative nervous system over parasympathetic.Conclusion. The separation of the entire array on the subgroups based on the vegetative status of animals was based on the indicators of the voltage index of regulatory systems. To confirm the correctness of the separation of the studied array of animals on the subgroup, statistical processing was carried out and a classification matrix was built. Also, to confirm the classification separation matrix, additional statistical processing of the material of the differences between the obtained groups in the square of the distance of the Mahalonobis D2 was carried out. In the course of further registration and mathematical analysis of the variability of the heart rate of cattle (cows of the Jersey breed) with the help of a modern complex electrophysiological laboratory «Conan-4.5» features of indexes of A. Ya. Kaplan were established.
