This research is entitled 'SFE Learning Model for Mandarin Language Teachers at Senior High Schools in Tebing Tinggi City.' This activity aims to provide assistance in an effort to improve teacher skills in teaching Mandarin to high school students. This teaching training was carried out through a community service program with partner teachers in Tebing Tinggi City High School. This activity started from the anxiety of the principal, where the teacher had not been able to create an attractive and effective learning model. The research used training and mentoring method, starting with socialization activities and then opening in the form of offline motivational seminars. Furthermore, training activities were carried out online using the Zoom Meeting media for two months, involving teachers. The strategy in this activity used the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE) type of cooperative learning model. The results of this study are expected to be useful for all teachers in creating an interactive learning atmosphere, with various forms of games and facilitated by current technological advances.

The main objective of this research is to produce junior high school Physics teaching materials oriented to a simple practical tool that can be used to foster junior high school students 'creative thinking skills, with the specific aim of knowing the indicators of junior high school students' creative thinking skills that can be grown through the use of a guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple practicum tool. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the design of Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Design (Design of Prates-Pascates Equivalent). This research was conducted at the Labschool Junior High School of Tadulako University where  the class VIII students being the research subjects. The research instrument used was an essay test and observation sheet. The data analysis technique used was quantitative data analyzed by inferential statistics, calculating the significance of the differences in the average of both groups of samples and qualitative data analyzed by using the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that a guided inquiry learning model assisted by a simple practicum tool could foster the creative thinking skills of the students of Labschool UNTAD Junior High School in the indicators of flexible thinking, fluent thinking and originality.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Jigsaw learning model on mutual respect in grade VIII junior high school students. The study population consisted of 3 classes totaling 72 students. The sample of this research is class VIII students, amounting to 23 students. The determination of the sample class of this study was carried out using random sampling techniques. The research data were obtained through the distribution of pre-test and post-test in which validity were tested using the product moment formula. Research data were analyzed using quantitative techniques through independent sample t-test. The results showed that the use of the Jigsaw learning model had a significant effect on the mutual respect of students in the eighth grade. The results of this study can be a reference for education practitioners and related parties in an effort to instill mutual respect for students in schools, especially in the learning process.These findings can be further research material to find models, methods, or media that can be used by education practitioners and related parties for character education in schools.
