The water scarcity issue is becoming a critical issue to the climate change, industrialization and urbanization. Prompt to the advances in biotechnology, Oleaginous microorganisms have been discovered and successfully applied in biological wastewater treatments, which are highly effective for wastewater clean-up and energy efficient lipid conversion to value-added products. This paper aims to review the recent advances of the application of different types of Oleaginous microorganisms (e.g. yeasts, microalgae, and fungi) as well as the advantages, limitations and application fields (food industry, municipal waste and chemical plant). The future prospect and challenges of Oleaginous microorganism that warrant in environmental settings or engineered systems are also highlighted in the review. In order to improve the Technology Readiness Level (TRL), the future research direction should be more focussed on the economic and environmental studies.

Background: In machine vision, the 3D reconstruction is widely used in medical system, autonomous navigation, aviation and remote sensing measurement, industrial automation and other fields, and the demand for reconstruction precision is significantly highlighted. Therefore, the 3D reconstruction is of great research value and will be an important research direction in the future. Objective: By reviewing the latest development and patent of 3D reconstruction, this paper provides references to researchers in related fields. Methods: Machine vision-based 3D reconstruction patents and literatures were analyzed from the aspects of the algorithm, innovation and application. Among them, there are more than 30 patents and nearly 30 literatures in the past ten years. Results: Researches on machine vision-based 3D reconstruction in recent 10 years are reviewed, and the typical characteristics were concluded. The main problems in its development were analyzed, the development trend was foreseen, and the current and future research on the productions and patents related to machine vision-based 3D reconstruction is discussed. Conclusion: The reconstruction result of binocular vision and multi-vision is better than monocular vision in most cases. Current researches of 3D reconstruction focus on robot vision navigation, intelligent vehicle environment sensing system and virtual reality. The aspects that need to be improved in the future include: improving robustness, reducing computational complexity, and reducing operating equipment requirements, and so on. Furthermore, more patents on machine vision-based 3D reconstruction also should be invented.

Research background: The outbreak and spread of COVID-19 brought disastrous influences to the development of human society, especially the development of economy. Purpose of the article: Considering that knowing about the situations of the existing studies about COVID-19 and economy is not only helpful to understand the research progress and the connections between COVID-19 and economy, but also provides effective suggestions for fighting against COVID-19 and protecting economy, this paper analyzes the existing studies on COVID-19 and economy from the perspective of bibliometrics. Methods: Firstly, the discussion starts from the statistical analysis, in which the basic distributions of the studies on different countries/regions, different publication sources, different publication years, etc., are presented. Then, the paper shows the cooperation situations of the researchers from analyzing the related citation networks, co-citation networks and cooperation networks. Further, the theme analysis of the related studies is presented, in which the related co-occurrence networks are shown, and then the detailed analyses of the studies are introduced. Based on these analyses, the discussions about future research are presented, and finally we draw a conclusion. Findings & value added: The analyses not only present the basic situation on the research about COVID-19 and Economy, but also show the future research trends, which can provide meaningful research expectations.

Objective - The purpose of this paper is to find out the key research direction and disaster relief optimization method of governments and organizations at all levels in Guangxi to deal with tropical cyclone disasters. Methodology/Technique - In terms of research methods, most of the research results focus on the qualitative research of emergency logistics, and the results of quantitative research are relatively few, but there are many kinds of quantitative calculation methods. In terms of focus, the optimization methods of emergency supplies dispatching are studied more, but the forecast results of emergency supplies requirements are less. Finding - Through literature survey method and in-depth interview method, the research status of emergency logistics is reviewed and analyzed in four aspects: tropical cyclone disaster, basic theory and method of emergency logistics, emergency supplies requirements prediction and emergency supplies dispatching. Through literature combing, there are three main aspects of the discovery. In terms of disaster types, most of the existing research results pay more attention to earthquake, flood and other natural disasters emergency logistics treatment, the results of emergency logistics treatment for tropical cyclone disasters are less, and the results of emergency logistics treatment for tropical cyclone disasters in Guangxi are fewer. Novelty - By comparing and determining the future research direction of this study, we focus on the formation law of tropical cyclone disaster chain in Guangxi, the optimization treatment methods and practical applications of emergency supplies requirements prediction and emergency supplies dispatching. The research results provide theoretical and methodological guidance for governments and organizations at all levels in Guangxi to carry out tropical cyclone disaster relief, and also point out the research direction and focus for further research in the future. Type of Paper - Empirical. Keywords: Emergency Logistics; Tropical Cyclone Disasters; Emergency Supplies Requirements; Emergency Supplies Dispatching; Guangxi JEL Classification: N7, Q54. This article argues that despite a citation review is a rarely used research tool, this can be very useful to assess the impact of new research topics, both from the future research direction and the bibliometric perspectives. An explorative study is presented around the research area marked as Industry 4.0 with the conference paper mentioned in the title of this citation review. Even though the given reference paper is relatively recent, there are already twenty-seven citations listed among three different scholar databases. These are Google Scholar, ResearchGate and Semantic Scholar. In light of this, the article provides a bibliometric confirmation and analysis for the progression of the line of research adopted by de Giorgio et al. in the exploration of non-traditional methods using virtual reality technology and human-robot collaboration for adaptive applications in Industry 4.0. Furthermore, it represents a model for the authors’ self-development and an example of an unconventional approach to scientific work that may help improve related bibliometric research and scholar database strategies to index new articles and topics in the future.

As an emerging research direction in the field of systems and control, distributed control or decentralized control has attracted great interests of researchers in the past decade. In this paper, a bibliometric analysis of the relevant publications is presented based on the data collected from the Science Citation Index Expanded Web of Science. In particular, we make a discussion on the trend of total publications, journal distribution, top research organizations (i.e. universities and institutes), and publication performance of nations, and the focus is on highly cited articles and authors, subject categories, and the future trend of hot topics. Some key bibliometric indexes such as single country articles, first author articles, and internationally collaborative articles are employed to give us a detailed picture about the intrinsic relationship and the state of the art of distributed control publications. Finally, the statistical analysis indicates that multi-agent systems are extremely popular in recent years and will dominate the future research on distributed control.

This paper presents a thorough review of optical voltage sensors (OVS) based on Pockels effect which contain many design schemes over the last decades. The principle and optical circuit of each scheme are described respectively, such as Integrated-optic Pockels cell, multi-segment OVS, quasi-reciprocal reflective OVS, dual-crystal OVS and OVS with special optical fiber. The main strengths and weaknesses in every scheme are analyzed. Finally, we summarized the remaining problems in OVS and the future research direction as well to improve the performance of OVS based on Pockels effect.
