This article summarizes literatures of TQM and its elements, organization innovation and its influence factors and their relationship. It aims at offering reference for the future relevant study, and combines the current research status, points out the future research direction.

This paper summarizes research progress of 3D style design based on sketching, especially focuses on 3D modeling method based on sketching, 3D stroke fitting. The future research direction on multi-strokes fitting and the use of digital pen pressure and other information for style design are proposed.

Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) has been widely used in recent years due to their advantages of small floor area, high reliability and good safety. It has arised a series of problems. At present, researchers at home and abroad have done more in-depth research on insulation fault, but research on mechanical fault is insufficient. Firstly, this paper reviews the research status of mechanical fault detection technology in GIS at home and abroad. Secondly, the aspect of the principles of mechanical fault in GIS, fault judgment and location technology, and early fault prediction and status evaluation in GIS were summarized. Finally, the paper prospected the future research direction on this basis.

Internet has been an important communication tool. The population of netizens has become the largest all over the world. Online shopping is regarded as a fashion in china. Online word-of-mouth has significant influences on shopping. Chinese researchers did researches on OWOM (Online Word-of-Mouth), discussed the connotation, communication process and communication effect, and practical application, and put forward some managerial suggestions. This paper presents a thorough review of optical voltage sensors (OVS) based on Pockels effect which contain many design schemes over the last decades. The principle and optical circuit of each scheme are described respectively, such as Integrated-optic Pockels cell, multi-segment OVS, quasi-reciprocal reflective OVS, dual-crystal OVS and OVS with special optical fiber. The main strengths and weaknesses in every scheme are analyzed. Finally, we summarized the remaining problems in OVS and the future research direction as well to improve the performance of OVS based on Pockels effect.

At present, traditional organic agents and catalyst have the lack of low efficiency, poor selectivity, toxicity, environmental pollution and so on. As a new type of green high efficient solvent and catalyst, deep eutectic solvents (DESs) have become one of the hotspots in the green chemistry field. In this paper, domestic and foreign research on DESs in separation and catalysis are reviewed in detail. Firstly, we summarize the characteristic properties of DESs. Secondly, the paper presents a review of DESs application in separation and catalysis. Thirdly, it point out the future research direction of DESs in separation and catalysis fields. All these provide comprehensive guidance in the future study and application of DESs.
