China’s Advantages in the Construction of Ecological Civilization in the New Development Stage

Green growth is not only an important way to build ecological civilization and promote economic transformation, but also the core essence of ensuring high-quality economic development in the new development stage. Optimization of tax system design is a key measure to release institutional dividend to promote green development. From the perspective of tax reform, this paper analyzes the current situation and the challenges of tax greening in China in recent years, and puts forward general thoughts and suggestions on how to promote green development at the new stage so as to create a two-wheel drive mechanism of carbon tax and environmental protection tax, lead the structural reform of China’s tax system, continuously improve tax regulation, and construct a green tax system with multiple taxes and means to cooperate with each other and to regulate it comprehensively and effectively.

The rural revitalization strategy is the main strategy proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The Central Rural Work Conference held at the end of 2020 emphasized that after the comprehensive victory in the fight against poverty, the focus of China’s work on the “three rural areas” had shifted historically, i.e., to comprehensively promote Rural revitalisation. The study of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization in the new development stage is of great theoretical value and practical significance to the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country. The state has put forward new requirements of revitalization and construction of rural areas from top to bottom. This article briefly analyzes the problems faced by rural revival based on the perspective of ecological civilization. It takes Qiaoshi Town as an example to explain the main methods of promoting rural regeneration from the perspective of ecological civilization. I hope this article’s research content can bring certain value and enlightenment to the activation of rural ecosystems in various places.

The article justifies the need to create an integrated theory of efficient law enforcement, and in the author’s opinion it is the interdisciplinary approach that is designed to serve this purpose. Integration of various spheres of scientific knowledge which forms the base of the interdisciplinary approach permits to consider law enforcement with reference to and in mutual interdependence of all its system elements, to reflect actual state of the law effects on social relations. The possibility emerges for the search of more efficient ways that help to disclose law enforcement in various aspects, see its new dimensions, and identify the most problematic issues of this type of activity. Conditions are created for preserving functional integrity of law enforcement, and its transfer to the qualitatively new development stage is provided, which meets modern challenges, answers requirements for innovation and modernization of this process.

With the theme of ecological environment and low-carbon economic of the 21st century, the environmental protection industry possesses a huge market potential. Strengthen our environmental protection industry can create enormous economic as a new industries. Our environmental protection industry has already achieved certain progress, but it has still a large margin from the reality of the claim and the level of developed countries. In view of the problems in our environmental protection industry, this paper analysis the development status of China’s environmental protection industry, based on the prospect of environmental protection industry, propose measures of accelerating the development of China's environmental protection industry, which will push China's environmental protection industry into a new development stage.
