This study aims to analyze and test the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets on dividend payout ratios in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach. There were 46 companies that were used as populations in this study and by using a purposive sampling technique 13 samples were also obtained. The data analysis testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test. The results of this study show that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets have a simultaneous effect on dividend policy on property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2017 period with a Fcount value of 4.309> Ftable of 2, 87. Partially the debt to equity ratio, return on assets has no effect on dividend policy while the current ratio partially has a positive effect on dividend policy. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show the Adjusted R2 value of 0.207, meaning that the variation in the variable dividend payout ratio can be explained by variations in the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio and return on assets by 20.7% while the remaining 70.3%, is described by other variables outside research. Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) and dividend policy

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing how the influence of times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability both simultaneously and partially in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research approach, the type of research is associative or relationship and the nature of research is a causal relationship. The population in this study were all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Withdrawal of the study sample using purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample obtained as many as 90 observation observations. Data analysis method used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously times interest earned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability. Partially, times interest earned ratio and total asset turnover have a significant effect on profitability while time working capital turnover has no effect on profitability. The test results of the coefficient of determination obtained by the value of R Square of 0.502, which means that the influence of times interest erned ratio, total asset turnover and working capital turnover on profitability in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 is 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors.
