This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

The study aims to form a bankruptcy prediction model of rural bank in Indonesia at a time variation of 1 quarter (MP1), 2 quarters (MP2), 4 quarters (MP4), and 8 quarters (MP8) before bankruptcy. The quality of productive assets as a predictor variable consist of CEA, CEAEA, and NPL. The condition of rural bank bankrupt and non bankrupt as a dependent variable. The analytical method used is logistic regression followed by testing the model accuration. The population of this study is rural bank in Indonesia. The sample used was 241 rural banks that consist of 41 bankrupt rural banks and 200 non bankrupt rural banks. The data used are the quarterly financial statements of 2006 to 2019. The study result showed that of the four prediction models that successfully built, the 1 quarter (MP1) is the most feasible and accurate used as bankruptcy prediction model of rural banks in Indonesia that formed by CEAEA and NPL ratio. The MP1 has a classification accuracy of 93,8% at the level of modelling with cut off point of 0,29 and it has a classification accuracy of 83,93% at the level of validation with cut off point of 0,12. Based on those advantage, the MP1 was chosen as a model that able to predict the bankruptcy of rural bank in Indonesia.

This article analyze the individual characteristics and police work discipline on the performance of traffic police. Lumajang. This article used a quantitative approach and the testing of hypotheses, a population that is used is the police of traffic police, Lumajangthe sample collection and use of  census. The method of analysis of the data used in the article it is  multiple regression analysis. The result showed that significant individual characteristics have a positive impact on the performance of traffic police precinct Lumajang. Work discipline have a positive impact on the performance of traffic police precinctLumajang.

In facing global market competition, every company has different production standards. To meet work targets, the company imposes work on both low and high workloads. The workload was allegedly able to affect the satisfaction felt by the workforce. This study aims to determine the relationship of workload with contract labor satisfaction. The method used in this research uses the descriptive method by taking a sample of 86 contract workers. Analyze the correlation between variables, namely workload and job satisfaction, using the Spearman Rank Correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between workload and job satisfaction of contract workers found that there is a relationship with a percentage of 21.6%.

This study aims to determine the importance of management science and company operational standardization that is applied, to know a good and correct company development strategy in accordance with operational standards of company development strategy at UD. AQMARINA. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach where the data obtained from a UD. AQMARINA in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The data used is primary data, where the data is processed from interview data of company owners and publications. The results of this study state that the importance of management knowledge and company operational standards for strategy development is very necessary, this is because the process of organizing something is done by a group of people ororganizationto achieve these goals by working together to utilize the available resources by developing strategies. The standardization of company operations that is applied to this company is very standard, therefore it is necessary to have guidelines on the company's operational system so that it can run the company optimally. A good and correct company development strategy according to operational standards, this is done to get quality human resources with skills, work abilities, and job loyalty to a company or organization. The company's development strategy is not only skill development but also products produced in the form of product variants which are of course creative and innovative.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Free Cash Flow, Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on Dividend Policy. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the Consumer Goods Industry sector in the 2015-2018 period. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This study used purposive sampling technique to obtain samples according to the specified criteria. The number of companies based on the criteria in the study were 13 companies. The results of this research are free cash flow, liquidity, and leverage have no significant effect on dividend policy, while profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between attractiveness and word of mouth on the decision to visit Watu Ulo Beach in Jember Regency. The purpose of this study is explanatory (explanatory research) and predictions where explanatory research is a type of research that explains the causal relationship between one variable with other variables through hypothesis testing. The research population is tourists visiting Watu Ulo Beach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study is a multivariate analysis, namely, multiple linear regression analysis consisting entirely of 3 (three) variables. The number of samples in this study was 60 sample members. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness and word of mouth influence partially and simultaneously on the decision to visit Watu Ulo Beach. The results of the multiple determination coefficient (R2) of 0.558, this means that 55.8% of the visiting decision changes are influenced by the attractiveness and word of mouth variables while the remaining 44.2% is caused by other factors of promotion, service quality, an image of tourist attraction, and others not included in the regression equation created.

This study aims to examine the development of the management of the Employee Cooperatives of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) in Lumajang Regency. Where some cooperatives can run well and achieve achievements that can be proud of, some others are less well developed, some have problems, some KPRI are no longer active. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, the research method uses interview methods and documentation. Also supported by a literature review that is relevant to the subject matter. This study provides a systematic  overview of the management of KPRI in Lumajang Regency as it is. From several KPRI in Lumajang Regency, there are KPRI-KPRI that can carry out their roles and functions significantly in the welfare of their members. But there are some KPRI that are not healthy and finally can not work anymore. Of the 57 KPRI who are still active as many as 46 KPRI, the remaining 11 are not active. The main contributing factor is being unable to overcome the risk of trying. Thus, managers are required to be able to implement risk management in running cooperatives, by minimizing risk, transferring risk, controlling risk and risk funding.

This study purpose to determine the influency of product quality, price, promotion and quality of service of partially and simultaneously on the consumer decision making process in choosing a coffee shop in Lumajang Regency. This research type is descriptive with a causal associative approach. This research using 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis for hypotheses through the SPSS 21 for windows program. Results of the study showed that product quality, promotion and service quality there is a significant positive influency for partially on the decision making process of consumers in choosing a coffee shop in Lumajang Regency. The price of a positive influence is not significant to the consumer's decision making process in choosing a coffee shop in Lumajang Regency. Simultaneously product quality, price, promotion and service quality have a significant positive effect on the decision making process of consumers in choosing a coffee shop in Lumajang Regency. The variables studied affected 54.1% of the consumer decision making process in choosing a coffee shop in Lumajang Regency and the rest was influenced by another variables.

Effectiveness of the Relationship Level of the Company's Profitability to Stock Prices. The capital market becomes and has a major economic function in the Indonesian economy, two parties, namely investors and publishers who provide several things facilitated by the capital market that provides facilities or vehicles. Profitability ratios used are indicators of Return On Investment (ROI) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) to stock prices. The sample used was 56 companies that have entered into several criteria and then submitted an application using SPPS with classic approval issued first for all variables, after collecting classic assumptions then performed a statistical test to determine the relationship of cause and effect. The results of the statistical test can be concluded that investors consider various things and one of them is looking at the value of Return on Investment (ROI). Profit will be generated by the use of increased company assets so that the value of the company can be increased, in accordance with rising stock prices to get a good response from investors. In addition to the profits generated, investors also benefit investors. It is wrong to only see profits because big or small will show the company's ability to distribute dividends to investors. From this it appears that a complicated transaction occurs, investors will receive dividends will be higher, it is seen getting a company.
