In investing capital an investor needs a company's financial statements that will help in making investment decisions. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets on dividend payout ratios in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017 period. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach. There were 46 companies that were used as populations in this study and by using a purposive sampling technique 13 samples were also obtained. The data analysis testing method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the classic assumption test. The results of this study show that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets have a simultaneous effect on dividend policy on property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2017 period with a Fcount value of 4.309> Ftable of 2, 87. Partially the debt to equity ratio, return on assets has no effect on dividend policy while the current ratio partially has a positive effect on dividend policy. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show the Adjusted R2 value of 0.207, meaning that the variation in the variable dividend payout ratio can be explained by variations in the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio and return on assets by 20.7% while the remaining 70.3%, is described by other variables outside research. The research objective is to examine and analyze the effect of Return On Asset, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio on Dividend Policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach method. The population to be used in this study were 174 companies, and the sample criteria were assessed using the sampling technique so that 26 companies were obtained as samples. The data translation technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis of the coefficient of determination obtained from the amount of adjusted R square (R2) of 11.5%, it can be denied that Return On Assets, Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have an effect on Dividend Policy by 11.5% while the remaining 88.5% believe in other variables that are not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and assets growth on the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016. The population in this study were 124 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 57 financial statements consisting of 19 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that the current ratio did not affect the dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,246> 0,05. Return on equity has a positive effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,030 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of 0,284. Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,042 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of -0,155. Assets growth has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio with a significance value of 0,045 <0,05 and a regression coefficient of -0,378.

This study aims to see stock price stability at a Pharmacy company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2016 by using several variables such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio. This research is a type of quantitative research which used fundamental analysist by referring to an analysis of company performance that is used to predict stock prices in the future. The method of determining the sample in this study is based on purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of eight pharmacy companies. The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period. The aims of study to determine the effect of rentability of own capital, solvability, Profitability and Liquidity on dividend policy. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 as many as 18 companies. While the sample is determined using the purposive sampling method. Companies that meet the criteria are only 7 companies. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression methods. The results of research, own capital rentability and current partial ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio (DER) and return on assets (ROA) partially have a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio. The results of the F-test show that the variable profitability of own capital rentability, solvency, profitability and liquidity simultaneously influence dividend policy. Consumer Goods industry is a sector that is considered sufficient to encourage the economic growth which has contributed the growth of the country's economy. There are various ratios that can be used as a measuring tool in research. This study uses the theories Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over and Return On Assets. The method used in this study is a quantitative, and the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of the research is explanatory. Data collection was performed by means of documentation. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Population were consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2015 to 2018 totaling 26 companies. The 104 samples of the study were drawn by purposive sampling technique. The research used a classic assumption test such as the test for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. The research model used is multiple linear regression. The study concludes that simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Inventory Turn have a significant effect on Return On Assets. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) while the Inventory Turn Over has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) of consumer goods companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015 -2018.

Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity (ROE) to stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. This type of research is quantitative. This research population publishes all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data contributed to the research of 54 companies, and obtained a sample of 18 companies. Data analysis method used is path analysis (path analysis) using the multiple test. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not affect stock returns; (2) Return on equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock returns; (3) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR); (4) Return on equity (ROE) has a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR); (5) Dividend Payout ratio (DPR) can mediate the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns; (6) Dividend payout ratio (DPR) can mediate the effect of return on equity (ROE) on stock returns.

Stock return is one of the triggers in the investment process, stock returns are often used as a measurement tool by investors in making comparisons of investment alternatives, this can help investors to know the company's success before investing. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze empirically the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Dividend Payout Ratio on stock returns. The selection of scientific study data is collected by companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The sample collection technique used is purposive sampling technique, with only 9 (nine) companies that meet the analysis criteria using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 21 software. This is according to the classical assumption test and the fit test of the regression model which results in a data that can be used for analysis. The conclusion of the study shows that Return on Assets is able to influence positively and significantly, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio have no effect on stock returns. This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER) on stock prices. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling, 34 samples of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018 were obtained in accordance with predetermined criteria, so that the total sample of 102 total were ready to be processed. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that earnings per share variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Conversely the current ratio variable has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, while the variable return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio has no effect on stock prices.

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of liquidity (CR), profitability (ROA), sales growth (SG), and dividend policy (DPR) on the stock price after the implementation of IFRS. This is a quantitative research with the samples consisting of 13 companies of the 45 companies listed on LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2011-2013. Totally, there were 39 data collected for the analysis. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result provides evidence that lead to a conclu-sion. Therefore, it can be concluded that, partially, the variables of Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), sales growth (SG), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have an effect on stock prices. In addition, Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices. However, the sales growth (SG) has no significant effect on stock prices.
