When developing a software, one of the most important aspects for success of any software project is to get the requirements right. The success of any software project depends on the quality of the requirements. As the projects change over the time, we try to study the requirement process in different type of projects focusing on classical, web-based and open source projects. The requirements dictate all other software engineering processes which in turn influence the Productivity, Quality and Risk. The requirements engineering steers the whole process of the software development to develop the right software. Requirements engineering not only helps the various software process teams but also helps the management to meet the constraints of cost, time and resources. Also requirements can help us to trace the quality of the software product.

The key of the success or failure of a software project depends on solving the right problem (Rumbaugh, 1994; Sawyer, 2005). Thus, software requirements should be correct, unambiguous, consistent, and as complete as possible (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers [IEEE], 1998). Errors in requirements raise software development and maintenance costs notoriously (Katasonov & Sakkinen, 2006). The later the requirement error is detected, the higher the correction cost turns out to be. Error correction costs have been widely studied by many researchers (Bell & Thayer, 1976; Davis, 1993). Errors in requirements may be due to several reasons such as poor communication among requirements engineers, clients, and users; poor or nonexistent requirements validation; and the level of sternness of the models being used, especially to model relevant information captured from the universe of discourse (UofD). Requirements engineering is the area of software engineering responsible for proposing and developing solutions to elicit, model, and analyze requirements by means of heuristics, guidelines, models, and processes which tend to requirements’ completeness, quality, correctness, and consistency. Many proposals have been put forward by many researchers (Bubenko & Wrangler, 1993; Jacobson, Christerson, Jonsson, & Overgaard, 1992; Leite & Oliveira, 1995; Macaulay, 1993; Reubenstein & Waters, 1991).

Abstrack- Educational Administration is the whole process of collaboration of two or more people by utilizing all available personnel and material resources and appropriate to achieve the educational goals that have been set effectively and efficiently. Professional teaching is a profession that is very important in the life of a nation, this is not because the educational position is very important in the context of national life. Educators are the dominant element in an educational process, so that the quality of education is largely determined by the quality of educators in carrying out their roles and duties in societ. Therefore the development of the teaching profession will have a major impact on improving the quality of education that is still lagging behind, as well as giving the right direction for students to play a role in the community to participate with the community in building the nation.

The author provides insight into surviving a traumatic, life-altering experience and returning to school to finish attaining a degree later in life. Completing the process of gaining a higher education can be more than simply rewarding, for a survivor, for someone older than the average student, or for someone simply searching for their place in life. The journey can help people recover, overcome obstacles and fears, and not only put their lives back together, but improve their quality of life. Finding the right school and a mentoring program, one that helps guide a student through a higher education, can be more than a scholastic achievement; it can be a part of the process of rebuilding a life and moving on. In fact, it can be transforming and inspiring. This chapter examines the process and offers insight and advice on the importance of reaching goals, despite any obstacles.

Requirements are changed dynamically to improve software usability and increase its value, but requirement volatility sometimes cause failures for many projects because of inadequate understanding of the changing causes and the consequences of these changes. This research highlights the importance of managing requirement changes, classify them, and control the impact risks of requirement volatility on software project. The proposed model is designed based on software requirements risks factors and how to reduce their impacts. Generally, requirements changing is considered as a difficult, costly and time-consumed task, and consequently it is too important to study the inter-relationships between the changes and their impacts on the other phases of software system. The good understanding of the changing causes and their consequences can improve and support requirements management process and also lead successfully to the predicted goals of changes. The high quality of the requirements influences the success of a software project during software development and maintenance processes.

197 Background: Advances in targeted therapy have led to an increase in the median overall survival in patients with HER2+ metastatic breast cancer (MBC). However, patient attributions related to living longer have not been studied. Methods: A one-time, web-based survey was administered through multiple US-based breast cancer organizations. The inclusion criteria were being female, age 18+, having HER2+ MBC, and living in the US. The surveys included health related quality of life (HRQL), symptom burden, activities of daily living, satisfaction with medical care, work productivity, and attributes of living longer. To assess beliefs about length of survival with HER2+ MBC, participants were asked to rate the importance of 16 items. Descriptive results were stratified by time since metastatic diagnosis and HRQL. Results: Of 560 attempted surveys, 365 (65%) participants met inclusion criteria. Mean (SD) age was 53.6 (10.5) years, 93% were white, and 27% reported having participated in a clinical trial. 59% of respondents reported living ≥4 years since HER2+ MBC diagnosis. Common reasons patients gave for living longer included: choosing the right doctor/medical team (91%), having a positive outlook on life (79%), and learning about the disease or treatments (79%). Women with <4 years since HER2+ MBC diagnosis were more likely to report having a positive outlook on life (85% vs 76%), using complementary and alternative medicine (45% vs 36%) and exercising regularly (74% vs 66%) compared with those having ≥4 years since diagnosis. Women reporting a better compared with a poorer HRQL reported more frequent regular exercise (73% vs 49%) and more often had a positive outlook on life (86% vs 64%). Conclusions: To our knowledge, this is the first study of women with HER2+ MBC and their attributions about length of survival. Having the right medical team, remaining positive, and being educated about the disease and its treatments were most important to participants. Women reporting better quality of life were more likely to report multiple attributions of living longer. HRQL and patient perceptions about their survival are important factors that should be considered in providing patient-centered care.

The major US household travel surveys do not ask the right questions to understand mobility in Walkable Neighborhoods. Yet few subjects can be more important for sustainability and real economic growth based on all things of value, including sustainability, affordability, and quality of life. Walkable Neighborhoods are a system of land use, transportation, and transportation pricing. They are areas with attractive walking distances of residential and local business land uses of sufficient density to support enough business and transit, with mobility comparable to suburbia and without owning an auto. Mobility is defined as the travel time typically spent to reach destinations outside the home, not trips among other destinations that are not related to the home base. A home round trip returns home the same day, a way of defining routine trips based on the home location. Trip times and purposes, taken together, constitute travel time budgets and add up to total travel time in the course of a day. Furthermore, for Walkable Neighborhoods, the analysis focuses on the trips most important for daily mobility. Mismeasurement consists of including trips that are not real trips to destinations outside the home, totaling 48 percent of trips. It includes purposes that are not short trips functional for walk times and mixing of different trips into single purposes, resulting in even less useful data. The surveys do not separate home round trips from other major trip types such as work round trips and overnight trips. The major household surveys collect vast amounts of information without insight into the data needed for neighborhood sustainability. The methodology of statistics gets in the way of using statistics for the deeper insights we need. Household travel surveys need to be reframed to provide the information needed to understand and improve Walkable Neighborhoods. This research makes progress on the issue, but mismeasurement prevents a better understanding of the issue.

Culinary efforts, especially ethnic and traditional snacks attract many people to Indonesia. Maintaining the quality of snacks for consumers requires a good packaging technique. Food packaging consists of a wide variety of packaging options that match the characteristics of each snack; this is no easy task. Decision support systems can help to facilitate decisions made regarding selection of the right packaging. This paper focuses on identifying snacks, types of packaging and active packaging parameters to build a decision support system in order to determine appropriate packaging. Types of packaging are determined using fuzzy Sugeno 4 parameters: fat, water activity, shelf-life and price. Active packaging of the snacks is done using the if-else rule with parameterised types of packaging, preservatives, oxygen barriers and water vapour barriers. The end result of this research is a web-based decision support system, which recommends types of packaging and active packaging for snacks.
