In recent years, China’s urbanization process is accelerating day by day, as a part of urban construction, urban landscape design is of great significance to promote the healthy development of the city, especially the application of low-carbon concept to landscape design can highlight the era theme of green and environmental protection. This paper mainly discusses the relationship between low-carbon and urban landscape, the specific embodiment of low-carbon concept in landscape design and the application of low-carbon concept in urban landscape design for reference.

With the promotion of low-carbon and energy-saving green building concept and technology, in addition to an important aesthetic ornamental value, the environment landscape surrounding buildings also possesses a key ecological meaning and environmental protection function. Making a case study of the green magic school roof garden and garden landscape in National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), through the application of the method in the case study like native plants, environmental protection material in landscape design through water saving, low maintenance, this paper discusses how to build green building and at the same time pays attention to the design and construction strategies of green landscape with ecological environmental protection concept. This research brings the significant meaning on studying and draw-on for us to create a beautiful, practical and sustainable "green landscape".

The landscape industry has become one of the industries with higher resource and energy consumption, and the implementation of urban low-carbon landscape construction is of great significance to improve the ecological environment. In this study, the method of low-carbon landscape construction was studied from two aspects including the carbon source control and carbon sink, as well as both direct and indirect effect. The results showed that the low-carbon landscape construction can be controlled from five aspects including landscape planning, landscape design, low-carbon landscape technology, low-carbon landscape behavior and low-carbon policy. Through a series of low-carbon measures, carbon emissions can be controlled at a reasonable level during the urban landscape construction, which also promotes the sustainable development of urban ecological environment.

Our country is in a low carbon economy development period, this paper described the whole evaporative air cooler is based on energy conservation and environmental protection thinking of development, this paper described the development history of air cooler in energy conservation and environmental protection, the main body of the thinking of equipment design and each index assessment, in a large number of experimental data are put forward on the basis of the concept of "full evaporation", according to the requirements of the indicators and process requirements of equipment parts for detailed design of equipment, automatic control design, form the mechanical and electrical integration, energy conservation and environmental protection, automatic control, full evaporative air cooler and heat exchange equipment.

There are many problems about the current management mode of the scenic spots in China with the contradiction between the economic development and environmental protection as the key problem. The study on the management and control mode of the low-carbon scenic spots can alleviate the overload operation in the scenic spots to a great extent and it can help increase the economic income as well as achieve a sustainable development of the scenic spots. The straight-matrix structure constructs a horizontal and vertical management coordination platform with the information technology as the support and it enables the management information to be processed and conveyed within the organization so as to realize a win-win development of economy and environmental protection in the scenic spots.

This paper identifies three types of model environmental cities in China and examines their levels of energy-related carbon emissions using a bottom-up accounting system. Model environmental cities are identified as those that have been recently awarded official recognition from the central government for their efforts in environmental protection. The findings show that, on average, the Low-Carbon Cities have lower annual carbon emissions, carbon intensities, and per capita emissions than the Eco-Garden Cities and the Environmental Protection Cities. Compared internationally, the Eco-Garden Cities and the Environmental Protection Cities have per capita emissions that are similar to those of American cities whereas per capita emissions from the Low-Carbon Cities are similar to those of European cities. The result indicates that addressing climate change is not a priority for some model environmental cities. Policy changes are needed to prioritize climate mitigation in these cities, considering that climate change is a cross-cutting environmental issue with wide-ranging impact.

The development of ecosystem tour will also welcome the inclination on the policy. Eco-tourism as a low carbon travel patterns, after nearly three decades of development, has made great progress, China's Eco-tourism is still in its infancy not only in theory but also in practice, this paper analyzed current ecotourism problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping provide a reference for the domestic development of Eco-tourism.
