This paper mainly researches the modern machinery production technique and high precision machining technology, which carries out the elaboration to the digital design and manufacturing technology, the advanced production mode and the automated manufacturing systems in the modern machinery manufacturing technology; it also introduces several common high precision machining technology, including: high precision cutting technology, ultra precision grinding technology and molding technology, in order to help promote the development of the modern machinery production technique and improve the high precision machining technology.

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in Chinese society, the mechanical manufacturing technology is increasingly maturing and requirements for the product quality and product precision is becoming higher and higher, so the development of mechanical manufacturing technology and high precision machining technology has been widely concerned by the relevant departments. According to the actual development of the modern machinery manufacturing technology and the high precision machining technology, on the basis of the principle of mechanical manufacturing, the characteristics of mechanical manufacturing technology and high precision machining should be analyzed thoroughly, meanwhile, the performance of the mechanical manufacturing process and high precision machining technology should be improved, thus, it can provide more theoretical basis and technical guidance for the development of mechanical manufacturing industry.

This paper addresses the issue of unstable machining quality of large-scale high-precision internal combustion engine block; the key machining technologies of complex thin-wall internal combustion engine block are studied. This dissertation takes the L type engine block that is used as research object; the modular and fast changing fixtures have been designed for machining engine blocks; due to the fact that this kind of engine blocks has different number of cylinders, we establish a model of precision machining scheme based on virtual manufacturing technology and manufacturing method; on this basis, the scheme is applied to the actual production process to verify the feasibility of the program. The research shows that the precision machining scheme established based on virtual manufacturing technology can effectively solve the key machining technology of the engine block, and one purpose of using this method is to improve machining precision and efficiency of the assembly production. This study intends to propose final machining technology project of high-precision products, and this will formulate and gradually perfect a machining process framework for large engine block, which has engineering exploration value to promote machining technology.

High speed machining (HSM) has become a development trend of modern manufacturing industry. It can not only significantly improve the production efficiency of products, but also greatly improve the machining accuracy and surface quality of production parts and reduce the production cost. Wood processing involves many processing processes such as sawing, milling and drilling. The compact four head motorized spindle can basically meet the milling and drilling requirements of wood processing. This paper studies the design, manufacturing technology and precision machining technology of woodworking machinery. This paper mainly adopts the finite element analysis method and applies the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to simulate and model the woodworking four head high-speed motorized spindle, then analyzes and calculates its dynamic and static characteristics, and comprehensively considers the main influencing factors on the dynamic and static characteristics of motorized spindle. The test results show that the method proposed in this paper is of great significance to improve the actual working performance of motorized spindle.

Ultra-precision machining is in the forefront of advanced manufacturing technology and also will become the basis of future manufacturing technology. Ultra-precision machining already has turned into the enabling technology to success in the international competition. Some new progresses in traditional ultra-precision machining processes including processing and measuring techniques, machining equipment, and analysis methods are introduced in this paper. Components with high form accuracy and good surface roughness are widely applied to precision apparatuses. Structured surfaces can be acquired by selecting reasonable machining parameters before mechanical process. The continuous growing markets will fuel many industrial sectors by ultra precision machining. We should pay great attention to the further developments of this technology.
