In view of the present our country coal mine high-voltage power grid widely used 6kV or 10kV cable direct power supply condition. To describe a DSP-based adaptive line selection leakage protection program of high-voltage power grid. It adopts under-compensation, adaptive random tuning and phase-sensitive comparison to judge the fault branch and achieve selective leakage protection, and make the protection system more perfect and reliable.

The coal mine power supply mainly rely on cable, its insulation level directly affects the coal mine safety production. Has long been lack of perfect insulation parameters online detesting equipment, the traditional detection methods need to stop the normal grid power supply, affect the normal production of coal mine, it is great significance that research a kind of on-line insulation parameters detection equipment. Using three-phase reactor in the neutral point insulation system to make artificial neutral point, from this point inject low-frequency voltage signal, the signal through the cable ontology, cable to ground insulation resistance and capacitance, and to a loop resistor. Measure the voltage and current signals and modulus conversion, using DSP to realize rapid changes of Fourier algorithm, can quickly and accurately calculate the cable to ground insulation parameters. The algorithm is effective to solve the traditional measuring circuit transformer reactance and unbalance current's influence to the accuracy of measurement, measurement process will not affect the normal operation of the electric power system, the insulation parameters can be accurately measure online.

To describe 6kv high-pressure explosion-proof switches, the main device of ensuring the safe operation of in coal mine power supply system, are widely used in coal mine, which can complete the mission of underground high-voltage power supply and distribution and the controlling of high-pressure water pump motor. The short-circuit of high-pressure explosion-proof switch is not a common fault, but the event usually cause a large area power outage, especially at high gas underground mine, which is a serious threat to production safety. In this paper, the analysis of switch short-circuit accident triggered by the isolating switch shows the reason of the accident, and we can summarize the relevant experiences and lessons learned.

When the power supply system for coal mine underground take place a short circuit fault, multilevel switch often respond at the same time. And the existing comprehensive protector cannot satisfy the real-time and rapid quality requirements of preventing override trip system for high-voltage power grid of coal mine underground. So this paper put forward the research for comprehensive protector of preventing override trip based on the EtherCAT. This paper first analyzes the principle and characteristics of the EtherCAT technology; and then puts forward the overall scheme of preventing override trip system; Finally, study and design the slave station and master station of preventing override trip system based on the EtherCAT.
