To describe 6kv high-pressure explosion-proof switches, the main device of ensuring the safe operation of in coal mine power supply system, are widely used in coal mine, which can complete the mission of underground high-voltage power supply and distribution and the controlling of high-pressure water pump motor. The short-circuit of high-pressure explosion-proof switch is not a common fault, but the event usually cause a large area power outage, especially at high gas underground mine, which is a serious threat to production safety. In this paper, the analysis of switch short-circuit accident triggered by the isolating switch shows the reason of the accident, and we can summarize the relevant experiences and lessons learned.

According to the problems which are relay protection is difficult to adjust and when line fault occurs it will easily get override trip in the underground 6 kV power supply system in Gu Shu-yuan Coal Mine. This paper presents a centralized selective short circuit and leakage protection system. Which focuses on the analysis of the short circuit longitudinal differential protection, based on pattern recognition method of single-phase earth leakage protection principle, and completes the rapidity and selectivity of the leakage fault line selection . Through the simulation, experimental and field operation shows that the schemes can effectively improve the reliability and safety of high voltage power supply system in Gu Shu-yuan Coal Mine ,it also establishes the necessary foundation of the goal of "network relay protection" in high voltage power supply system for in China.

As mining process in the Mechanized mining face, making it easy come with flap top[1] along the the upward and downward entries. In this paper, through the use of carbon dioxide cannon, we do pre-split blasting experiment on triangular flap top in mechanized mining face, exploring an effective solution to a large area of goaf flap top suddenly breaking down, with the hurricane caused damage and fan-out of toxic and harmful gases, to achieve the purpose of production safety.

We have developed the high voltage power-supply unit for ingenerate high pressure due to underwater shockwave by discharging and electrical sparking consists of Cockcroft-Walton circuit. This power supply has the problem of the contact switch operation due to melting of materials of contact switch by electrical spark. We have studied the optimization of materials of contact switch by reducing energy loss and problem of operation. In this research, We changed material of contact switch metal to carbon. And verified that new contact switch made of carbon is effective to reduce energy loss and solve problem of contactor switch operation.

The principle of high pressure water jet technology and its unique characteristics and advantages were introduced in this paper, specific applications of the high pressure water jet technology in coal mine production and security aspects were analyzed. It was widely used in coal mine tunneling, preventing and controlling ground pressure and gas outburst, the application of the dedusting fan, cutting the coal mine machine and cleaning and descaling downhole equipment. Finally, the feasibility and safety of the high pressure water jet technology in coal mine was summarized, and the article made prospect for its future application.

When the power supply system for coal mine underground take place a short circuit fault, multilevel switch often respond at the same time. And the existing comprehensive protector cannot satisfy the real-time and rapid quality requirements of preventing override trip system for high-voltage power grid of coal mine underground. So this paper put forward the research for comprehensive protector of preventing override trip based on the EtherCAT. This paper first analyzes the principle and characteristics of the EtherCAT technology; and then puts forward the overall scheme of preventing override trip system; Finally, study and design the slave station and master station of preventing override trip system based on the EtherCAT.
