The article shows the results of the analysis of the study and formation of motivation of research activities of a student of the specialty "pedagogy and methods of primary education". The authors focused on two important principles: the study of motivation should be objective and carried out in a humane, respectful to the student's personality form. The analysis of differences in the levels of internal and external orientation of motivation to NID according to the methodology of motivation of research activities is given. The analysis of students ' responses allowed us to draw conclusions about the specific shortcomings of the organization of pedagogical conditions in the system of involvement of future teachers in NID. The low level of formation of motivation for research activities among students of the specialty "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" was revealed. It is concluded that there is a need to form a future primary school teacher persistent interest in research activities, and also stressed the importance of developing students ' positive social motivation and increase the level of internal orientation of motives, while ensuring that they were clearly aware, persistent and meaningful.

According to the primary school natural science education curricula cognitive activity has to be diverse and its content must be permanently changed. It is purposeful to supplement the educational process with children’s literature, music, folklore, acting, drawing and games (General Curricula and Education Standards, 2003). Game is one of the most universal and efficient child’s primary education strategies. Creative and orientated combination of game and artistic activities in the process of natural science education enables to seek that primary school students both perceive the environment as the aesthetic totality and get used to take care of it, both notice the beauty of nature phenomena and objects and feel the need to take care of nature, both perceive the interdependence of animate and inanimate nature and feel the interrelation of nature with various arts and artistic activities. Observation is the activity that is accessible to primary class pupils and serves as a basis for more complex steps in the teaching and learning process. Because the observation of the nearest environment can be strongly encouraged by the wish to depict the objects of the nearest environment in various ways, this article presents the examples of games employing depiction means, which not only integrate natural science education and artistic education but also promote active cognitive environmental research activity. In the article, the main factors of forming the informational and digital competence of the future primary school teacher have been specified. It has been concluded that the informational and digital competence of the primary school teacher should be considered in three aspects. It has been generalized that universal personal competence is formed throughout person’s life on all stages of education. The tasks of pedagogical education in colleges consist in providing the consistency of its development; studying the condition of competence of the student; correction and development of the student's competence; stimulation and orientation of the graduate to improve it. Formation and evolution of this type of competence relates to the tasks of each discipline that is studied within the curriculum of pedagogical education at colleges. Therefore, it has been summarized that the informational and educational environment of the college «works» for the development of universal personal competence for a future teacher. It has been figured out that pedagogical ICT competence is based on the universal component of this competence, in particular, on such components as valuable, communicative and technological, and all the general competences, which are set out in the educational standard of a new generation. The task of preparing primary school teacher within the pedagogical education in colleges is about the rigorous formation of the aspect of competence throughout the whole learning process by studying both special informational disciplines and disciplines of vocational training. The pedagogical ICT competence of the primary school teacher, while preserving the common characteristics of any other pedagogical specialty, has essential peculiarities. It has been summarized that these peculiarities are characterized by the versatility of the refraction of the researched competence in the multidisciplinary training of the primary school teacher. It has been stated that methodical ICT competence is predetermined by the specifics of educational activity of the primary school teacher and is based on such components as valuable, communicative, technological, motivational, and reflexive. Based on the results of the conducted research the author offers the ways of effective development of informational and digital competence of students.

The article presents the problem of forming the lexicographical competence in the system of professional training of the future teacher at the lessons of the philological cycle. By way of studying and analyzing scientific and technical literature the author defines the main directions of native electronic linguodidactics in general and the development and implementation of electronic lexicographical works for educational purposes in particular. To form the lexicographical competence the authors offer to use the informational technology, in particular the system of exercises and tasks of work with electronic dictionaries. The formed lexicographical competence indicates the high level of the future specialists’ language competence, defines the proper level of the development of the students’ lexicographical culture. The relevance of the work is conditioned by the need of forming the lexicographic competence that defines the level of language culture of the future primary school teacher.

The article defines the role of computer literacy as a component of future teacher training, identifies and characterizes the criteria and components of computer literacy in the light of today's requirements. The urgency of the problem of forming computer literacy of future primary school teachers in the process of professional training is due to the contradictions between the growing needs of society in teachers of new formation, capable of implementing modern information and communication technologies (ICT), and insufficient development of theoretical and methodological principles pedagogical education. The purpose of the article: to determine the role and place of computer literacy in the professional activity of the future primary school teacher; analysis of theoretical and methodological principles of computer literacy of future primary school teachers. To clarify the goal, various methods of scientific research were used: analysis of scientific literature − to determine the scientific and theoretical basis of the future primary school teacher to the use of information and communication technologies in professional activities; theoretical generalization, systematization of research - to substantiate the conceptual provisions of primary school teacher training in terms of informatization of education, the allocation of components of computer literacy of the teacher. The materials of the article reflect the current problem - the formation of computer literacy in future primary school teachers. The article identifies the role of computer literacy of future primary school teachers; the interpretation of the concept of «computer literacy» and its content is given, the theoretical and methodological principles of computer literacy are analyzed in the light of modern requirements.

The article analyzes cloud-oriented services. The authors defined categories of cloud-oriented services, such as: cloud-oriented services for communication; for cooperation; to increase motivation of students to study; for research activities; to test the acquired knowledge. The possibilities of their use for designing multimedia educational resources for primary school have been revealed. The peculiarities of formation future primary school teacher’s skills to work with cloud-oriented services in the study of educational disciplines, in particular: "ICT in education" (2nd year), "Methodology of computer science" (5th year, 6th year), "Special Practicum on Informatics" (4 year), "Special course on informatics" (4 course, 6 course), etc. is described. After finishig of the study of cloud-oriented services, almost half of students demonstrate confidence in their skills, since they can independently cope with the creation of their own content. Another 48.5% of respondents need help in developing cloud services. At the same time, it should be noted that in addition to the curriculum outlined in the article, the students develop the skills of work with cloud-oriented services within other disciplines, in particular: "Pedagogical technologies of learning", "Ukrainian language with teaching methods", "Children's literature with teaching methods " and other. It has been proved that the application of cloud-oriented technologies in the educational process promotes the high activity of junior pupils and increases their motivation to study. That is why the primary school teacher must have the skills to work with the cloud-oriented services.
