This study aims to determine the effect of products and images on customer decisions in choosing a sharia bank with religiosity as a moderating variable. The population in this study were customers of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Simalungun Trade Support Branch, namely customers who have accounts, funding product accounts or individual financing, not corporate customers and are not customers because they work in a company (such as a payroll account). The population is 2,400 customers. Sampling using cluster sampling. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive method and the analysis technique used is structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed a significant effect of products and images variables on customer decisions in choosing a sharia bank, while religiosity was not significant in moderating the effect of products and images on customer decisions in choosing sharia bank. The performance of a company will be known from the activity of its employees in supporting the success of the company's goals. The level of performance can be influenced by the emotional and spiritual intelligence possessed by the individual. Some professions have work hours that are not stagnant. The existence of busy seasons can make individuals experience ego depletion which can ultimately affect performance. This study was conducted to examine the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on ego depletion, examine the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on consultant performance, examine the effect of ego depletion on tax consultant performance and examine the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on consultant performance through ego depletion. The sample in this study were 104 people. The analysis technique uses SEM structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that emotional and spiritual intelligence have an effect on ego depletion. Emotional and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of tax consultants. Ego depletion affects the performance of tax consultants. Emotional and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of tax consultants through ego depletion.

ABSTRACT This study examinedthe influence of the process of reporting and depositing taxes as well as satisfaction and compliance in personal taxpayers in Sleman regency against economic resilience. The purpose of this study was to analyzed the influence of the process of reporting and depositing taxes and taxpayer compliance and compliance with economic resilience.This research was an empirical research by taking samples of taxpayers in Sleman District. Survey data were analyzed statistically using descriptive method and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of computer program AMOS v22. The results showed that the process of reporting and depositing taxes and satisfaction and compliance in taxpayershad posistive influence, which had a significant impact on the economic resilience of the region. This could be said as a form of economic resilience of the region which was the basis of national resilienceABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh proses pelaporan dan penyetoran pajak serta kepuasan dan kepatuhan dalam wajib pajak pribadi di Kabupaten Sleman terhadap ketahanan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh proses pelaporan dan penyetoran pajak serta kepuasan dan kepatuhan wajib pajak terhadap ketahanan ekonomi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan mengambil sampel para wajib pajak di Kabupaten Sleman. Data survei dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan metode deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program komputer AMOS v22.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaporan dan penyetoran pajak serta kepuasan dan kepatuhan dalam wajib pajak berpengaruh posistif, yang berdampak signifikan terhadap ketahanan ekonomi wilayah. Hal ini dapat dikatakan sebagai wujud dari ketahanan ekonomi wilayah yang merupakan dasar dari ketahanan nasional.

Perusahaan perbankan saat ini harus berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan, dikarenakan memiliki dampak terhadap hasil hubungan pelanggan (Customer Relationship). Salah satu kunci sukses dalam industri perbankan adalah dibutuhkannya interaksi personal dalam bentuk implementasi strategi relationship marketing (pemasaran relasi), hal ini dikarenakan sifat layanan yang tidak berwujud dan tidak bisa dipisahkan dari penyedia layanan dengan demikian lembaga perbankan harus peduli dengan pengembangan dan pengelolaan hubungan dengan pelanggan.Tujuan studi ini mengkaji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, komitmen kontinuan serta loyalitas nasabah debitur pada PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat. Hal ini di karenakan, kualitas layanan selain memiliki efek pada komitmen hubungan, kualitas layanan yang disampaikan dapat menjadi motivasi dalam diri nasabah debitur untuk melanjutkan hubungan dengan perusahaan perbankan. Komitmen pelanggan dipandang sebagai faktor kunci dalam retensi pelanggan dan loyalitas, sedangkan kualitas layanan umumnya dipandang sebagai struktur utama yang mendorong loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam studi ini, ukuran kualitas layanan diantaranya, adalah; kualitas interaksi (interaction quality), kualitas lingkungan (environment quality) dan kualitas hasil akhir (outcome quality). Adapun komitmen pelanggan, dalam hal ini dibedakan menjadi tiga yaitu, komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuan.Sampel dalam studi ini adalah 126 nasabah debitur PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat yang menggunakan kredit untuk kegiatan usaha dan minimal satu kali transaksi peminjaman, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling untuk menentukan kantor cabang dikarenakan lokasi PT. Bank Kalbar menyebar secara geografis serta proporsional sampel dalam menetapkan jumlah responden pada masing-masing cabang. Teknik analisi data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil study mengatakan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, dan komitmen kontinuan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, serta komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah debitur PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat.

Sharia has become global, including the development of Sharia Hotels. In addition, the development of internet technology in Indonesia can be seen with the existence of e-commerce which benefits in the form of business convenience because the internet is seen as an advertising media that is cheaper, more efficient and effective. Tight business competition has made brand as an important aspect that can be a benchmark for a company. Sharia hotel owners use e-commerce to build strong brands and make consumers acknowledge that their brands are well received by consumers. This study aims to find out how e-commerce influences brand awareness in Narapati Indah Sharia Boutique Hotel and Convention Bandung. Respondents in this study were sampled using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method that allows testing a series of relatively complex relationships simultaneously. The results showed that respondents' responses regarding e-commerce and brand awareness at Narapati Indah Sharia Hotel were in the good category. In addition, there is a significant influence between e-commerce on brand awareness in Narapati Indah Sharia Hotel especially through their own website so that to depend on other parties are no longer needed.

Virtual fan communities (VFC) have become very popular among fans of sports teams. A VFC provides an online place for fans to meet and discuss the team, consume media, and develop friendships. Students will learn, in this case study, how to use partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess fan attitudes toward the VFC and sponsors of the firm. Students will also learn how sport organizations can benefit from leadership with statistical know-how. The case is fictional, but it is based on an actual research study conducted in conjunction with a prominent virtual fan community in which ownership had an interest in fans’ attitudes toward their service.
