The performance of a company will be known from the activity of its employees in supporting the success of the company's goals. The level of performance can be influenced by the emotional and spiritual intelligence possessed by the individual. Some professions have work hours that are not stagnant. The existence of busy seasons can make individuals experience ego depletion which can ultimately affect performance. This study was conducted to examine the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on ego depletion, examine the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on consultant performance, examine the effect of ego depletion on tax consultant performance and examine the effect of emotional and spiritual intelligence on consultant performance through ego depletion. The sample in this study were 104 people. The analysis technique uses SEM structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that emotional and spiritual intelligence have an effect on ego depletion. Emotional and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of tax consultants. Ego depletion affects the performance of tax consultants. Emotional and spiritual intelligence affect the performance of tax consultants through ego depletion.

This study aims to determine the effect of products and images on customer decisions in choosing a sharia bank with religiosity as a moderating variable. The population in this study were customers of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Simalungun Trade Support Branch, namely customers who have accounts, funding product accounts or individual financing, not corporate customers and are not customers because they work in a company (such as a payroll account). The population is 2,400 customers. Sampling using cluster sampling. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive method and the analysis technique used is structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed a significant effect of products and images variables on customer decisions in choosing a sharia bank, while religiosity was not significant in moderating the effect of products and images on customer decisions in choosing sharia bank. Sharia has become global, including the development of Sharia Hotels. In addition, the development of internet technology in Indonesia can be seen with the existence of e-commerce which benefits in the form of business convenience because the internet is seen as an advertising media that is cheaper, more efficient and effective. Tight business competition has made brand as an important aspect that can be a benchmark for a company. Sharia hotel owners use e-commerce to build strong brands and make consumers acknowledge that their brands are well received by consumers. This study aims to find out how e-commerce influences brand awareness in Narapati Indah Sharia Boutique Hotel and Convention Bandung. Respondents in this study were sampled using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method that allows testing a series of relatively complex relationships simultaneously. The results showed that respondents' responses regarding e-commerce and brand awareness at Narapati Indah Sharia Hotel were in the good category. In addition, there is a significant influence between e-commerce on brand awareness in Narapati Indah Sharia Hotel especially through their own website so that to depend on other parties are no longer needed.

The purpose of this study was to test the hypothesis that the outcome of contemplating death during young adulthood, a change in time attitude, is influenced by present-orientation via the views of death. A total of 199 undergraduates responded to a questionnaire assessing time attitude and present-orientation before and after the assignment to contemplate death. The results of structural equation modeling revealed that present-orientation has a direct effect on the outcome, but the view of death does not have a mediated effect. The results of ANOVA also supported the direct effect of present-orientation. The analysis of the individual description showed that present-orientation has relevance with how to think life after contemplating death. The relationships between contemplating death and young adults’ ego identity which is closely related to time perspective were discussed.

Salesperson is a part of a company who will always meet their customers. Salesperson should have the capability to respond to customers. This research aims at proving the importance of customer smart response capability in insurance industry in Indonesia. The respondents in this research are 317 salespersons in insurance industry. This research uses structural equation modeling to process its data. The results of this research show the importance of customer smart response capability in insurance industry. This customer smart response capability can improve salesperson performance. Additionally, customer smart response capability can mediate the influence of customer sensing on the salesperson performance and can mediate the influence of sales training effectiveness on salesperson performance. This research also has some contribution, both to knowledge and managerial contributions.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out the impacts of financial literacy and financial attitude towards financial satisfaction. This research uses primary data by spreading online google form questionaire, with non-probability sampling. The samples used in the research are Go-Pay users based in West Jakarta. There are 264 respondents in total, but the usable data was as many as 240 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS program version 3.3.2. The result of this study show that there is a positive positive impacts between financial literacy and financial attitude towards financial satisfaction of Go-Pay user in West Jakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengetahui pengaruh dari financial literacy dan financial attitude terhadap financial satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui proses pengumpulan data dengan cara membagikan kuisioner secara online menggunakan google form serta menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Go-Pay yang berdomisili di Jakarta Barat. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan berjumlah 264 responden, namun data yang dapat digunakan adalah sebanyak 240 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling dengan program Smart-PLS versi 3.3.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara financial literacy dan financial attitude terhadap financial satisfaction pada pengguna Go-Pay di Jakarta Barat.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Financial Attitude, Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge and Risk Tolerance on Financial Satisfaction. The sample in this study is all residents who already have income or income in the Jakarta area. The sample was chosen by the non-probability sampling method, amounting to 190 respondents by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is assisted with the assistance of the Smart-PLS program.3.3.2. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence of Financial Attitude on Financial Satisfaction, there is a positive influence of Financial Behavior on Financial Satisfaction, and there is a positive influence of Financial Knowledge on Financial Satisfaction. While the results obtained in this study indicate there is no effect of Risk Tolerance on Financial Satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti mengetahui pengaruh Financial Attitude, Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge dan Risk Tolerance terhadap Financial Satisfaction. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh penduduk yang sudah memiliki pendapatan atau penghasilan di wilayah Jakarta. Sampel dipilih dengan metode non-probability sampling yang berjumlah 190 responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Teknis analisis data digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dibantu dengan bantuan program Smart-PLS.3.3.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif Financial Attitude terhadap Financial Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Financial Behavior terhadap Financial Satisfaction, dan terdapat pengaruh positif Financial Knowledge terhadap Financial Satisfaction. Sedangkan hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh Risk Tolerance terhadap Financial Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study to examines (1) whether the turnover intention is influenced by job performance, job satisfaction and employee burnout; (2) whether job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; (3) whether job satisfaction is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts; and (4) whether burnout is influenced by self-efficacy. The study is conducted at PT. XYZ with the respondents are 102 staffs at the Station and Service Hub in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Terminal 2 and 3, Cengkareng. The analysis technique of this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.0 tools. The results of the study have proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job performance and burnout, but it is not proven that the turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction. It is also proven that job performance is influenced by self-efficacy and efforts. Job satisfaction is also proven to be influenced by self-efficacy, but job satisfaction is not proven influenced by efforts. Finally it is proven that burnout is influenced by self-efficacy.

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence the organizational transformation, compensation and organizational culture on the performance of local government bureaucracies in Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. This study used quantitative designs. The data collection was carried out by a survey to collect information from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study was all civil servants in Sumedang Regency, with a number of respondents amounting to 386 people based on the Slovin’s formula for sampling. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with results showing that organizational transformation, compensation and organizational culture have a significant influence on the performance of the Sumedang Regency Government Bureaucracy.
