Kepri TV is an agency engaged in television and audio-visual broadcasting. In this case, Kepri TV has many assets. Asset Management at Kepri TV is still not owned, so that asset data collection, borrowing and depreciation reporting are still done manually. This can be anticipated by using applications and calculating depreciation of assets using the Straight Line Method. Therefore we need an information system that can assist in the management of company assets. This application can assist in asset management, annual asset reporting, asset value monitoring, more recorded asset management data collection and managed and controlled asset borrowing and depreciation.

Pamulang University is a successful and growing private university located in South Tangerang City. Of course, University of Pamulang has many assets to support its activities. But currently the University of Pamulang does not yet have an internal information system to control the assets owned. There is no asset management information system that will certainly experience difficulties in tracking asset data. Solution to overcome existing problems, of course, it requires an asset management information system that can run asset management more efficiently and structured, and facilitate the data collection of assets, data collection of assets based on their conditions, grouping assets based on their types and making it easier to search asset data. The system development used is waterfall. This model consists of requirement analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit system, system testing, operation and maintenance. The tools used in this research are Windows 10 pro 64 bit operating system, sublime text 3, and the database used as data storage is XAMPP. The final results of this research resulted in an Asset Management Information System at the Web-Based University of  Pamulang.

The study is diversity of amphibians in campus area of sriwijaya university indralaya, ogan ilir, south sumatra was aimed to determine the diversity of amphibian species present in this area. The research has been done in March until May 2015, in the campus of the Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. The method in this study is use the transect method by placing seventh transect line on line with the direction of cutting contour lines. Data collection techniques using the Visual Encounter Survey (VES) and Pit-Fall Trap method in combination with the Straight Line Method and Fence (Drift Fence). Results from this study recorded 11 species of amphibians from five families of the Anura. Average diversity index at Sriwijaya University Indralaya region is 1.70 which fall into the medium category. Keywords : Sriwijaya university, amphibians, transect,diversity

PT Federal Internasional Finance (FIF) Group is a finance company whose majority shareholder is PT Astra. The high routine of PT Federal International Finance (FIF) Group has 39 hours of work a week so that PT Federal International Finance (FIF) Group has enough data to manage. For example regarding fixed asset data. Based on observations made by the author, PT Federal International Finance (FIF) Group computes computerized inventory of office inventory depreciation using Microsoft Excel. In office inventory calculations that have 50 inventory data, data redundancy often occurs, such as entering the same inventory name, often repeating and using inefficient time due to the large amount of inventory data that will be inputted into Microsoft Excel. To overcome this problem the authors designed calculations using the Straight Line Method to overcome the use of inefficient time and to avoid duplicate data. The design created is the context diagram design, the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) design, the Entity Relational Diagram (ERD) design, the Inter Table Design (RAT) design. In building this system a system is used, namely Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 Database.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accounting treatment of fixed assets in CV Sarana Adi Putra by using descriptive qualitative methods. This study refers to SAK ETAP Chapter 15 concerning fixed assets that apply in Indonesia. With the evaluation results of this study it can be concluded in terms of recognition of fixed assets are recognized if the fixed assets have been used as operational which is in accordance with SAK ETAP, and the acquisition of fixed assets is not in accordance with SAK ETAP because the company only records the purchase price, and costs incurred are directly charged . In terms of measurement of fixed assets, it is not in accordance with SAK ETAP because there is no policy governing the valuation. In terms of the methods of preparation, the company uses the straight-line method in accordance with SAK ETAP. In terms of the presentation of fixed assets, the company records acquisition costs, depreciation expense, accumulated depreciation, book value in which the accumulated depreciation is reduced according to SAK ETAP. in terms of disclosure of fixed assets, is not in accordance with SAK ETAP because there is no policy governing the disclosure.   Keywords: Fixed Assets, SAK ETAP Chapter 15 concerning Fixed Assets

Usually, to establish the degree of condensation of a complex species in solution, primarily when it is a weak complex, is more cumbersome than to determine the stoichiometric ratio itself. The present work describes a modification of the Asmus method in order to render it suitable for the determination of the actual stoichiometric coefficients and the stability constant of weak complexes whatever the degree of condensation may be.
