Research purposes for knowing role financial and non financial compensations in upgrade work productivity of Pegawai Negeri Sipil on Dinas Sosial Kota Banjarmasin. Component of compensation consists of salary, wage, incentive and fringe benefit. Population in this research amount 35 peoples and sample 20 peoples. Explenation tittle among them, compensation is all income being of money, direct goods or undirect receive of employes are reward or service given to agency. Work productivity is ratio between result achieved with role participation of labour unity of time. Dinas Sosial Kota Banjarmasin is agency of government to manage matter society, as help social to disaster, religion, etc.

Organizational performance is the end result of the work done to achieve organizational goals that have been established. All that is determined by the existence of good labor productivity. There are several things that affect the productivity of labor, including the provision of wages and discipline work. One way to reward and acknowledge the existence of manpower is through the provision of wages. In addition to wage factors, labor productivity can also be influenced by work discipline factors. This study aims to determine the effect of wages and discipline of work on the productivity of labor at the company's Duta Trans Jaya Jakarta. The population of the research ani there are 40 employees, so researcher uses saturated samples by using all the popolation. So the sample in this study is 40 people. Based on the above data it can be seen that the value for wage variables, and work discipline (simultaneously) has a significant effect on work productivity, where the significant value of F of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha accepted and Ho rejected this means that there is A significant influence between wage and work discipline variables on work productivity at PT. Achievement of company goals, PT. Traktor Nusantara often faces problems, where from within and from outside the company. One of the problems that comes from within the company in relation to human resources is the level of work productivity of employees who are still far from expectation. This is allegedly caused by the level of employee education that has not been in accordance with the function of office, in addition to the competence of employees who have not been in accordance with the field of work. This study aims to determine the influence of education level and competence on employee productivity. The sample used is 22 employees. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, documentation and observation. Data analysis with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods with the help of statistical tools SPSS application for linear regression model calculation. The results showed that the level of education has a positive influence on the productivity of employees of PT. Traktor Nusantara. The amount of influence of education level variable to productivity based on test of determination is equal to 38,1%. Competence influence on work productivity of employees of PT. Traktor Nusantara with contribution of 19.1%. The level of education and competence together have a positive influence and able to explain 38.2% of the changes in work productivity, while the remaining 4.7% sebesat is another variable outside the study.

ABSTRACT<br />This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership and Application of Fingerprint Attendance Model to Work Productivity With Work Discipline as Moderating Variable. In this research,  sampling method used is accidental sampling method (non-probability sampling). In this study using three variables, independent variables are Leadership (X1) and Attendance Model Fingerprint (X2) with dependent variable is Productivity (Y) and moderating variable is Discipline (Z). Population in this research is employees at PT. ASTRA Daihatsu Motor, and samples are 85 respondents. The result of the research shows that Leadership variable is not able to moderate to Work Productivity, Fingerprint Attendance Model variable has a significant effect on Work Productivity, Work Discipline variable also has a significant effect on Work Productivity, Leadership and Work Discipline is not able to moderate to Work Productivity, Fingerprint and Discipline Attendance Model Work is also not able to moderate against Work Productivity<br />Keywords: Leadership, Fingerprint Attendance Model, Work Productivity, and Work Discipline.
