The method used is descriptive method, while data collection technique consists of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Object of this research is all that exists in the Regional Office DJPB West Kalimantan which amounts to 67 employees. The analysis used was the Anova test and Independent Sample T Test. The results of this study showed that the mean performance is 104.31. For the ANOVA test of the level of education shows that F count larger than F table (4.313> 3.140) which means that H0 is rejected and it can be concluded that the average performance for the level of education is not the same or there is a difference. As for the differences found in employee education level education level S2 S2 which differ significantly with education level below the S1 and S1. For the ANOVA test for age showed that the F table Bigger than F count (3.140> 0.658) which means that H0 is accepted and it can be concluded that the average performance for the same level or age is no difference. To test for independent samples t grade indicates that the arithmetic ≤ t table ≤ t, ie -2.281 <1.997 <2.281, which means that H0 is accepted and it can be concluded that there is no difference between the average performance level of high grade and low grade.

The purposes of this study are : 1. to analyze the influence between the education level of financial staff on the application of accrual accounting. 2. to analyze the effect of the experience of running the cash basis toward accruals on the accrual accounting application. This research design is quantitative research by using regression test, where the principal data from samples of a population is collected by distributing questionnaire instrument. Hypothesis testing performed by Multiple Linear Regression was used to test the effect between variables of education staff finance level (X1) and experience running cash basis toward Accrual (X2) on Accrual Accounting (Y) application. The results of this study indicate that: a) The level of education of financial staff (X1) has a positive influence on the application of accrual accounting (Y). This is indicated by the results of research showing that staff education level has an explanation power of 59.3%. b) The result of experience analysis running cash basis toward accrual (X2) show value t count equal to 4,744 with sig. 0,000. Therefore the value of sig. <0.05 then Ho is rejected, which means experience running the cash basis (X2) has a positive effect on the application of accrual accounting (Y).

A population of 30 people account executive, used as a sample of 30 people taken from the business unit MNC Media others with the same title. The method used was a questionnaire. The conclusion is obtained no positive and significant influence between variables either jointly or individually after T test and F test Multiple regression analysis has also been done with the coefficient of educational level (X1) of 0.521 which means that every increase of 1 unit variable educational level (X1) it will raise the value of the variable productivity (Y) amounted to 0.521 units assuming other independent variables remain valuable. So is the experience coefficient (X2) of 0.614. The coefficient of determination at variable levels of education and experience together show the result in the amount of 50.6%, which means that the influence exerted by the level of education and experience to work productivity in this study was 50.6%, while 49.4% of them are affected by other factors that are not observed in this study.Key words: effect, education level, experience level, productivity, account executive
