Abstract: The need for cigarette consumption in Indonesia judging by the number of smokers is 64.5 million. As a result, each cigarette factory will produce continuously with one of the resources for production activities coming from human labor, where they are tasked with achieving company goals. However, in practice, human labor is always directed to have a high level of productivity by paying attention to the workload and fulfilling nutritional intake in order to minimize excessive fatigue and maintain stamina. This study was conducted to determine the partial impact of nutritional status and subjective fatigue level on the productivity of the cigarette-rolling workers at PT. X Kabupaten Malang. Where the model used is quantitative analysis with an analytical observational research design, namely a cross-sectional study. The instruments used include the International Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire, Glass Electronic Personal Scale with Camry brand model: EB9003, and Gea brand microtoise. The significance value of the nutritional status variable was 0.857 for the normal BMI category and 0.708 for the obese BMI category which showed no influence between nutritional status and productivity, and the significance value of the subjective fatigue level variable was 0.215 for the low subjective fatigue level category which showed no the effect of subjective fatigue level with productivity. Abstrak: Kebutuhan konsumsi rokok di Indonesia dilihat dari jumlah perokok ialah sebаnyаk 64,5 jutа рerоkоk. The sidelobe level (SLL) is an essential performance factor for satellite communication antennas. A low-SLL design can effectively suppress adjacent satellite interference. A low-SLL design method for a variable inclination continuous transverse stub (VICTS) antenna is proposed in this paper. The VICTS antenna is composed of three rotatable parts: a feeding plate, a radiation plate, and a polarization plate. The radiation plate comprises two groups of stubs with different radiation ratios. Combined with the nonlinear slow-wave structure attached to the feeding plate, the radiation ratio of the unit can be adjusted. The aperture field of the VICTS antenna using this method can be tapered in order to suppress the SLL. To verify the effectiveness of this method, the antenna prototype is fabricated and measured in a microwave anechoic chamber. The simulation and the measurement are in good agreement. The reflection coefficient of the antenna is kept below −15 dB and between 13.75 GHz and 14.5 GHz. When the radiation plate and the feeding plate rotate relative to each other, the pattern beam can be scanned from 5° to 70 ° . In the scanning range, the typical SLL can reach −18 dB.

In dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary to have the participation of the community in synergy with the government, so that it can break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. The country's success in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak cannot be separated from the community's compliance with the rules and policies made by the government, one of which is by applying the 5M method as an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This  research  was  aimed To know the level of knowledge of SMKN 1 PST students about preventing the spread of the Corona Virus with 5M. This research is a quantitative study using a quantitative descriptive research design using univariate data analysis. Univariate analysis to describe descriptively the frequency distribution of respondents' demographic data consisting of: gender, age, class. The knowledge level variable will describe the amount and level of knowledge with a level presentation. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was at the age of 17 years, namely 52 people (53.11%). The gender of the majority of the respondents was 50 men (52.08%). And each response is in the same class average between class X, XI and XII, namely 34.33%, 33.33% and 32.39%. Presentation of knowledge level: good knowledge 40 people (41.67%), sufficient knowledge 36 people (37.50%) and less knowledge 20 people (20.83%). The results of this study indicate that there are students who have less knowledge as much as 20.83%.

The current study sought to integrate aspects of classic strain and institutional anomie theories with concepts from deterrence and rational choice theories for application in a large sample of European respondents. Participants were 52,458 individuals (55% female, average age = 48 years) from the fifth round of the 27-country European Social Survey. Each participant rated their involvement in three relatively minor offenses (false insurance claims, buying stolen property, and traffic offenses) over the past five years along with their perceived certainty of getting caught and punished should they commit one or more of these prohibited acts. Each country's total 2010 Index of Economic Freedom score was also included in the study as a level 2 variable in a two-level multilevel modeling analysis. Consistent with predictions, participants from countries with higher Index of Economic Freedom scores displayed a significantly stronger connection between certainty of punishment and involvement in minor offending than participants from lower Index of Economic Freedom countries. An additional individual-level variable, the marketized mentality, was also included in the analysis and while it correlated with minor offending, it failed to interact with the Index of Economic Freedom or alter free market cultural ethos moderation of the certainty-offending relationship. These findings suggest that individuals living in a country with a strong free market cultural ethos are more apt to incorporate rational choice principles like certainty into their crime-related decisions than individuals residing in a country with a weaker free market cultural ethos.

Exclusive breastfeeding is given to infants aged 0-6 months, because the best nutrition for babies is only obtained through breast milk (WHO, 2020). According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) worldwide exclusive breastfeeding coverage is only around 44 percent during the 2015-2020 period. Based on data from the 2019 Indonesian health profile, it is stated that the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Indonesia for infants 0-6 months is 67.74 percent. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Prabumulih City in 2019 was 65.8 percent. The results of a preliminary study at the Prabumulih Timur Health Center covered only 43.1 percent of exclusive breastfeeding. The results showed that from 78 respondents. It was found that those who gave exclusive breastfeeding were 38 (48.7%) and those who did not gave exclusive breastfeeding were 40 (51.3%), low level of education 44 (56.4%) and higher education 34 (43.6%). working mothers 44 (56.4%) and mothers who did not work 34 (43.6%), low parity 30 (38.5%) and high parity 48 (61.5%), normal delivery 59 (75.6% ) and CS 19 delivery (24.4%). chi-square results 4 (four) significant variables with p-value <0.05, namely education level variable p-value = 0.013, OR = 0.280 (95% CI = 0.109-0.714), employment status p-value = 0.002 , OR = 0.193 (95% CI = 0.073-0.514), parity with p-value = 0.023, OR = 3.333 (95% CI = 1.279-8.688), delivery process with p-value = 0.012, OR = 5.100 (95% CI= 1,509-17,237). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between parity and the process of giving birth simultaneously with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Prabumulih Timur Health Center, Prabumulih City in 2021. It is recommended that the community give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies in order to prevent infant morbidity.

Abstract Background: High-dimensional genomic data studies are often found to exhibit strong correlations, which results in instability and inconsistency in the estimates obtained using commonly used regularization approaches including both the Lasso and MCP, and related methods. Result: In this paper, we perform a comparative study of regularization approaches for variable selection under different correlation structures, and propose a two-stage procedure named rPGBS to address the issue of stable variable selection in various strong correlation settings. This approach involves repeatedly running of a two-stage hierarchical approach consisting of a random pseudo-group clustering and bi-level variable selection. Conclusion: Both the simulation studies and high-dimensional genomic data analysis have demonstrated the advantage of the proposed rPGBS method over most commonly used regularization methods. In particular, the rPGBS results in more stable selection of variables across a variety of correlation settings, as compared to recent work addressing variable selection with strong correlations. Moreover, the rPGBS is computationally efficient across various settings.
